Établi sur une plage paradisiaque dans un cadre tropical magique et luxuriant, cet hôtel de la Waldorf Astoria Collection du groupe Hilton à la façade blanche immaculée, est un établissement historique superbement restauré. Conçu dans les années 1920 par le maître d’œuvre des chemins de fer de l'Overseas Railroad, Henry Flagler, c'est un des hôtels les plus prisés de Key West. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, modernes tout en ayant une touche raffinée tropicale à deux pas d'une plage de rêve. Quant aux 2 piscines et au spa c'est la cerise sur le gâteau.

Resort is beautiful on the outside, rooms are very old style we paid $700 plus for a night, we usually like to relax at night and watch tv or movies this 5 star hotel doesn’t even have smart tv, balcony doesn’t even have light to sit outside at night time and chill. Overall I don’t think $700 plus is worth it to stay in here there are way better resorts than here. Also if you ask for ocean view they give you a room that doesn’t have a balcony and “you can see the ocean thru a small window”

Wow spent for 5000 for 4 nights 10 minutes after checking in a full blown concert broke out..... shaking the building. We came for peace and quiet...... far from what we received. They then moved us to another room that was extremely small and no balcony.
A. They could have mentioned about the concert .
B. They could have changed my room rate to match the smaller room
C. Pls don't tell me.... "but it's a free concert"
D.ten out of ten people in the same side of the building were complaining with not one manager willing to ask them to turn it down.
NEVER will I return... But reading their pre written responses to anybody who is having an issue.I really don't think they care. I was in Room 330.I'm sure you can find out who I am.

I would never come and stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet ocean front room you need to look further. We checked in and there is literally a concert outside our balcony.

Screaming, crying, whiney kids everywhere. Totally ruins everything. Couldn't even have breakfast in peace. Seriously, what are they screaming about at 8am in the morning? Literal bloody murder screaming at the table. The parents act like nothing is happening. Teach your kids to act like they've been somewhere! Hotel does nothing about it if you want a relaxing peaceful stay, DO NOT stay here.

The resort was very nice except that all of the elevators that we could find were out of service during our entire stay. It was very difficult getting our luggage to and from our room upon arrival and departure. Also, the cleanliness of the hallways and stairways, which we used frequently, was not what I expected from a five star hotel. Some hallways smelled like mold and there was a cereal spill on the main stairs that was not cleaned up for over a day. None of the hallway carpets looked like the got vacuumed or cleaned regularly.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor lounge areas were very nice.

Overall our stay was nice. There were a few fails, especially the elevators being out of service and the cleanlinessof the stairs and hallways, that were hard to overlook.
