A paradise turned into a concentration camp. The administration is the most intolerant and sociopathic thing I have ever met. Reservations are full of absurd restrictions. Pets are not allowed, children must have their own room, there is no flexibility of any kind, even paying extra. The administration appears everywhere like a shadow, chasing, harassing, scolding. Rooms poorly stocked with supplies. If you arrive 15 minutes before check-in, you must leave the property grounds and wait outside for the exact check-in time. Check-out is at 11 in the morning and as soon as you check out you must leave the facilities or they will force you out like a mangy dog. Disgusting treatment!

Worst service I ever experienced, the
Place is nice but the Owner extremely stalker even with kids calling them out, making hard every step on the process, not recommended at all.

The term “a little slice of heaven” doesn’t begin to describe Bay Harbor & Coconut Bay Resort. From the moment you pull in, the landscaping surrounds you and puts you at peace. The cleanliness of the resort can’t be topped and the staff is phenomenally nice and kind. Waking up every morning to fresh and delicious scones and coffee will be a memory that we carry until we come back next year! We also loved the kayaks!

Excellent waterfront views. Fishing from the dock was great. Free breakfast scones in the morning! Sensational vacation location!

The atmosphere and to meet the owner, Peg was outstanding. A very personable place....gorgeous sunsets, scones are yummy, close to everything but it's not commercialized. That's what we enjoyed!

My wife and I have vacationed here before! We love it here. Peg and Jonathan the hosts and owners are wonderful people which makes this stay even better. Beautiful grounds great place for peace ,quiet and relaxation. We are already planning our next vacation here! Thanks again ! The scones are delicious! Cannot wait to go back!

Best place we stayed during our trip from Key West to Key Largo. Nicely updated rooms with a view and location location location!!!! I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff and the scones were to die for. THANKS ????

This place lives up to the other reviews you read on here. I can’t say enough about how clean it is. The scones were amazing. Thank you Peg. It’s not overcrowded, quiet and relaxing. We took advantage of the paddle boards and appreciate the heated pool. All the staff was very helpful. The property is beautiful.

The room was very clean. It had exactly what we needed. They served homemade scones and coffee for breakfast every morning. And they were so delicious! The owners were very helpful in recommending things to do a restaurants to try. There are free kayaks to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte und hatten das Cottage 1,welches direkt am privaten Strand liegt.Kajaks stehen zur Verfügung.Die Bay Harbor Lodge verfügt über einen beheizten Pool und sehr sehr sauberen Zimmern.Jeden Morgen gibt es kostenlose ,selbstgemachte Scones welche von der Eigentümerin Peg jeden Morgen gebacken werden.Personal sehr, sehr höflich und die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt.Kommen gerne wieder

Peg and her staff are fabulous. Clean, updated rooms. Free kayaks to view the Manatees. And the scones are incredible. My wife and I highly recommend a stay here.

The cute well maintained cottages are very clean. scones are awesome. The staff are genuinely care about your comfort and needs and go out of the way to ensure all your needs are met

We visited for the first time over the New Year holiday. The room was updated and very nice with a little outdoor area overlooking the temperature controlled pool. We felt very welcomed by the staff and the owner operators played a role in the business which is always nice to see! The resort is actually two separate properties made into one, and offers beautifully manicured grounds with walking paths, hidden nooks and quaint seating areas as well as a small beach, docks and lounge chairs along the water. Kayaks and SUPs are available for use and the water out to the mangrove islands in the water way are accessible at depths no more than 6-8 feet depth. The location offers walkable food and drink as well as gas / convenience in addition to 2-5 minute driving options for these services.

What a lively place!! The rooms and grounds are very clean and nicely decorated, the beds and pillows comfortable and our deck overlooking the water is a very nice spot to enjoy and evening glass if wine! The scones in the morning are delicious ???? Peggy and Jonathan are delightful hosts! I would recommend Bay Harbor to any time.

I was nervous about booking a 2 star hotel, but I wanted something budget friendly. This place was so great! The room were super clean, and the free scones + location of the hotel was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again

I am not sure why it's a 2 star , we were treated better then some 5 star resorts that I have stayed at. The staff goes out of there way to get you anything you need. Peg's scones are delicious. One last thing a shout out to Jonathan, he has to be one of the best , friendliest, and most professional
Service oriented people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this resort to anyone. You will not be disappointed. We are already planning to come back and stay again.
