Un hotel bueno , no será de 5 estrellas pero el precio y todo es perfecto para ahorrar y vacacionar , los cuartos son súper limpios , hay piscina y siempre está calientita y tienen yacusi, está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas como farmacias y gasolina , por cualquier emergencia, fui con mi familia y la pasamos súper bien , lo que no recomiendo es desayunar tarde hahahahha porque la comida no es buena, pero el servicio y la atención son muy buenas muy recomendado 100% y siempre puedes encontrar descuentos y tiene restaurante adentro y happy hour ????????✅✅✅✅

The stay at this hotel has been completely horrible. The front desk is rude the housekeepers don’t know how to do what they asked to do by the guest. We were in room 405 and then had to be Moved to room 728 due to the hotel over to loud teenagers who were throwing things across the room and Cursing so loud that you can hear them across the road in 405 and this was happening in room 402, 404, 406, room 408, so we moved to room 728 when we got there the room was completed this price and downgrade from where we were. That holder was broke. every time you leave the wholesale and come back yes parking in the handicap price and not handicap. Keep in mind that I am 100% disable Veteran who was treated like complete garbage when I spoke to Lucina as a front desk, who could care less about anything except for renting out a bunch of rooms. She did nothing to accommodate me and told me I could call the front desk and let them know what was going on at the one 800 number. This is a place that I will never stay in. This is a complete nightmare, I celebrate my Daughters birthday. Due to this horrible day, I will be having to spend the same money for a couple of months to make up for her birthday and get some house cleaner to instruct. Who That know how to follow instructions. Honestly, this whole staff needs to be taken out and the place needs to be updated is out of date.

Worse experience I ever had at a hotel . First vacation trip woke up to my toilet being flooded with poop in it at 6am . Flooded all over the room checked out and was told I was gonna get my refund a week later was told I wasn’t getting one . Never will I come back here.

We were only in town for 1 night and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Having a restaurant onsite was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant booking this hotel but my stay was wonderful; our room was clean, and did not have any bugs or smell bad. We had a great check in process and Luciana was very helpful during our stay and provided some excellent customer service. I would stay here again when I come back to universal.

I would not recommend this place at all, in every corner I see a roach and before I booked the hotel I looked at the reviews and all of them said clean this hotel shouldn't be a 3 star hotel. Even in the bath room I seen roaches and I shouldn't have to worry about having to take my 2 year old a shower and looking in a corner to see if a roach is gonna pop out of no where

Clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Room was nice but small bathrooms and poor lighting in the room. Also when we booked online, it showed food symbol as one of the amenities, however we found out later that breakfast was 14.99 extra each!!

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and parks.

Hotel has Roaches in the rooms, they made all African American people show ID to get their key fixed, if it stop working, other races they just fixed the problem

Rooms were clean, service was great and conveniently located near Universal. We should have used the shuttle service more but the available timing to schedule one was like every two hours. They also have a sales force by Wyndham near the check out who wants to get you into a timeshare if they can. Pushy sales people if you do happen to go to one of the meetings. Great start though.

We stayed there over a year ago and came back recently to find that they painted the lobby and hallways a dingy color making it feel old the rooms weren't as nice as before and it smelled musty the first time we stayed it was for 3 or 4 days it was way nicer if it's not broke don't fix it. They shouldn't have chose the paint color they did because the look is terrible very disappointed. Not staying again.

I had to find a room last minute and Best Western came through for me once again. I love this property it was amazing from the great check in process to the smooth check out.

Always a hassle free visit whenever I stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, cold AC units & quiet do you can get a good nights sleep. Barbara is always so sweet every time I have the pleasure of having her assist with my check in process.

We will never be staying at this hotel again. the hotel is extremely run down & outdated. There is a very musty smell (mostly downstairs). the room service here was terrible. When we came back, the bed wasn’t even made. Most of the time (for us) the key card didn’t work. (We had to go back to the front desk to ask for a new one) We had to do this 2 times. The only plus here was the location (next to Universal). We otherwise just felt uncomfortable here. Should’ve Just Stayed At Endless Summer.

Hotel was great location wise. Orlando is Orlando which means traffic was expected. But the location of this hotel is sufficient. Less than a mile walk to Universal. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Universal hotel garage. A 20 minute drive to Disney.
The stay was comfortable overall, but the room itself was not as clean as it should have been. While it was tidy, The floor was dirty, the pullout mattress had a fitted sheet on it already and the mattress itself was EXTREMELY weathered and stained looking.
I brought my sanitizing wipes and spray and wiped it all down and sprayed prior to unpacking.
The internet while it worked, ended up being extremely spotty. Overall cell service for the Orlando area sucked so we relied on the internet to help us get service. It was slow and spotty. We did not take advantage of the breakfast because we were not sure if it was complimentary like all the other BW’s we have gone to.
The shower water pressure was minimal and the plug for the bathtub was broken. We had to fit it to the plug to get the bathtub to fill up.
For the parking, we have a handicapped sticker because of our son being disabled, but multiple times during our stay we would see cars with no hotel parking permit or handicap permit parked in the handicapped spot forcing us to have to find somewhere else to park. This was extremely frustrating.

Prior to booking, I took the time to read tons of reviews. Since they were mostly mixed, I thought it couldn't be THAT bad, but it was. Upon check-in, the first room I was provided absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. In addition, the hallway itself did too. Considering these are supposed to be 100% non-smoking rooms, I was confused. I explained the situation to the front desk, and I was accommodated right away. They switched my room, and that one definitely smelled much less strongly. The photos will speak for themselves; honestly, it’s disgusting. The room floor was dirty, the shower was dirty, the countertop was dirty, etc. The pool/jacuzzi area is nice, and I enjoyed my time out there. I didn’t experience any poor customer service; my rating is definitely based on how nasty the property itself is. One night, I decided to take the stairs down instead of the elevator. Lo and behold, there were tons of cigarette butts all throughout the staircase. I figured out why the property reeks: people are smoking in the staircases without any sort of consequences. I’d also like to note that although the hotel bartender, whose name I honestly can’t remember, was very nice, they didn’t know how to make practically any drink. Though affordable, I would not stay here again.

3 night stay before cruise.
Wouldn’t recommend.
Hotel has cockroaches in bedrooms and beds! We had to be moved to 7th floor.
2nd night were we in an interconnecting room with noise from 2 drunken morons next door - swearing and slamming against wall and door.
Rooms are tired, basics not refilled.
Didn’t eat there as not convinced re cleanliness.
Pretty awful tbh.
