Clean rooms, free snacks, and a nice guy

Shamrock exceeded expectations. Firstly, location was so close to all the downtown bars and restaurants making it easy to walk everywhere. Secondly, the room was clean, great decor and furniture. Had AC, a fan and a cute little fake flame heater. There were extra blankets if needed, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as some complimentary water, snacks, soap and shampoo. Good size modern TV and enough space for table and chairs made for a comfortable time getting some work done on my laptop. The shower was also great, lots of power and multiple settings. Reception were super speedy and helpful and got me in my room straight away. Lastly, wow the mattress, soft but firm, very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Starbucks and a Cuban restaurant next door although they also had coffee available at reception. Amazing value and highly recommended, 5 stars from me ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

We were exhausted from driving 13 hours, we were traveling to Ft. Myers Beach, Fla from Indianapolis, In and we searched and searched and could not find a place to stay anywhere. My son came upon this place.. he called, rooms available, he made a reservation, we arrived and all 4 of us absolutely "LOVED" this amazing, quaint little place! The staff is so very kind, caring, professional and polite and will carry on a conversation with you which made us all feel like we mattered. We were here 4 years ago (12-27-19..I believe) and I had forgotten about writing a review until this came up in my Google as to where and when I traveled on a specific dates and certain years, soooo I searched to where I could leave a review and finally found it! I would definitely send every person I know traveling through Ocala, Fla to stop in and stay here..the prices for the rooms are very affordable! The rooms were amazing, it was kind of like taking you back to country living but a bit more fancy.! I/we will return sometime in the future to Shamrock Cove. If there was a way to give a 10 star review I definitely would without hesitation! Thank you for making our stay spectacular and thank you for your wonderful hospitality and kindness. You really care about those who stay here!

Calling this a "historic inn" is a stretch but the room was good for the price. A bit small but good.
The best part of this hotel is by far the guy who works in the office. I'm horrible at names, I want to say Adam but I'm not sure? He had a very nice long beard. Anyways, he was great. So friendly and hard working.

This place is a hidden gem she is cute and clean and quaint.
