It’s a high priced Hampton Inn, in a great location. My biggest complaint is the valet situation. There is no direct parking, which makes the valet the only real option, for $25/night. No big deal, but if you force me to use it, I better not wait 20+ minutes for my car, especially after calling down ahead of time.

This hotel had signs out front of the hotel stating come in and enjoy the roof top bar. We saw these signs after parking our vehicle with valet. (She was amazing) I pointed out the sign and the valet said you must go it amazing and you will enjoy your beverages with a view. We told her we would be back after our dinner reservation. As promised we came back and she told how to get to the roof top bar. Walked and proceeded to the roof top bar. As we came in we asked the hotel desk to confirm we were heading the right direction. At this time she said yes, when need us to the elevators, and told us to hit the power button to the rooftop. While waiting at the elevator, the same lady came up to us and said you cannot enter the rooftop. Bartender is not here. This time it is 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening. This was a surprise to us. As we are walking away and heading out, my mother went up to the front desk lady and asked her why did the bartender leave? At this time we were told because we are not hotel guest that we are not allowed to go to the bar. But you outside the hotel. They had three sign signs stating please come in. Enjoy the drink at our rooftop bar. we stated this to her and she walked out front and removed one signed. You can see we took our business elsewhere. And that business enjoyed our $300 tab!!

I do not recommend this hotel. Staff is incompetent and are not interested in doing their jobs. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Breakfast area is out of coffee (has decaf only). In room refrigerator is not plugged in. One thing after another!

I was double charged for my room. I’ve called to speak with a manager 5 times now over the last couple weeks and left my name and number each time and still have yet to be called back or acknowledged. I spent one night here 1/27 for my sisters bachelorette and we booked and paid in full through Priceline. When we got there they said they had to run our cards for the rooms because something was wrong with Priceline. We showed them we in fact paid through Priceline and showed our receipt in which they said they’d charge our cards and refund the money the next day maximum of 5 days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I can’t get a hold of a manager and I’m out almost $400. The rooms were not even worth $350. You’d have better rooms and service at a holiday inn express. Also the location is in a weird inclosed plaza area with a cbd breakfast place and a bar/restaurant with drag queen shows that you have to walk by to get to the hotel so it’s not very child friendly if you’re religious or conservative.

Nice hotel, room was great. Entrance is a little tricky, just look for the valet sign on the street and stop there. You won't see the hotel from the street to get to the main entrance. You Walk through a section of stores and a coffee shop to get inside. The bed was fantastic and the bathroom was huge and modern. The rooftop bar has great views of the city. Nice location close to everything. The only disappointment was the maintenance in the room, A leak occurred from the room above before our visit and instead of scraping and patching the wall they simply painted over the wrinkled paint that was stretched from the water getting behind it. It was a quick fix but not done properly. I've worked in hotel maintenance and this would not be acceptable. Also some touch up on the closet door was needed. Minor items but I will definitely go back to this hotel next time we are in town.

Great location. I was there on business and my meetings were downtown. It appears to be an older hotel. If you have a vehicle, all the parking is valet. The rooftop bar was closed so I can't comment. However, the inside bar and hotel restaurant was sparsely used. My room, #403, was supposed to be an upgrade. However, the view was of an alleyway and a building next door getting a new roof. The bathroom was very spacious, but there wasn't a heat/air vent in the bathroom and it got kind of cold. The stool also had a slight leak.

If you need convenience, this is a great location. If you're interested in activity and people mingling, you may want to stay somewhere else.

We are Diamond Hilton members so we were happy to receive an upgrade to a studio king suite room. What a complete disappointment. Our room was completely outdated with a pull out sofa that I wouldn't dare even sit on. It was covered in stains. There's a window AC/heater in the room that blows the curtains around when turned on. The TV is a non-high definition TV and the overall room decor is something you'd find in a 2 star hotel. The parking situation is also awful. Valet only and $25 per day. The hotel itself is difficult to find with a small sign out front. I have stayed in plenty of Hilton lower end properties such as Hampton Inns for much less cost that were 10xs nicer than this. The only positive was the location being walkable to some nice restaurants. This is an extremely disappointing Hilton property. I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Hilton or franchisee...you need to do better!!

First let me say I booked this Hilton hotel because I wanted an upscale hotel. I expected beautiful holiday decorations, plush/spa like amenities but I was so disappointed. Now this is not a bad hotel for a normal hotel, but for the price/name/location/advertisement....I expected so much more. I will never stay here again for the price - there was no draw to bring me back. There was nothing plush or upscale. No complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning was the final straw. Yes, there is an area to order but you have to walk around looking for someone to ask if I can get some coffee. The roof top bar was very disappointing. Nothing there was inviting to make me want to sit and have a drink. We walk through and went right back down. Don't even get me started on how difficult it was to figure out where to park or even valet. I found valet after driving several times around the building rolling down my window to ask a guy sitting on a box against the wall if he was valet. I love Hilton but this hotel misses the mark and needs some work to live up to anything other than a normal hotel, yet it's over priced and hard to get into. Disappointed with my stay and wished I would have chosen somewhere else.

There was a man consuming drugs outside of the lobby on hotel property in an enclosed space near my wife and kids. I asked the front desk about it and they said they had no security on site. Do not come here

Hotel staff was great. Front desk attendant, Mia, was a great help with local information and always happy to assist with any question we had. Valet's were available and very responsive to when we requested our cars.

Nice hotel right in the middle of the river district. Price was reasonable as well. My only complaint would be that our room had no microwave or fridge. The rooms are large and very nice.

Finally finished remodeling and lobby looks Super nice! ???? Plus rooms are always spacious and shower is decorated cool like you're in Hawaii or something ????

I cant say anything good about this place. For starters, they lied about not still doing construction when I called to confirm our booking. They are still half under construction so there is no easy way to enter the building with all your belongings. The AC systems in the room are so loud and out dated that they wake you up. The walls are paper thing so I woke up to the man next door saying he was giving the job to someone else. Basically a normal tone conversation can be heard. The door in our room that connects to the room next door was unlocked the whole time, we are lucky no one came in and stole all of our wedding belongings. This place has no form of service. The staff are clueless and they have lied about their transition to Hilton. Nothing about this says Hilton. It’s awful, don’t stay here.

Overall very good, just have three small flaws:
1. The material of the quilt is too thick, not as comfortable as cotton, so it is not easy to sleep
2. The height difference between the chair and the table is large, which is not good for office work
3. When the air conditioner on, it is too loud, there is no silent mode, and it can only be turned off when falling asleep.

Great place to stay! I work at a restaurant nearby and recently started staying here quite often. The staff is SO friendly and the accommodations are great. Also extremely clean. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay downtown!
