a little dated room but know theyre working on it ..room quiet ..Shoeless Joes great sports bar... overall good experience!

Fire alarms went off twice in the night. The staff told me they were having problems. Hot water in the shower is luke warm.

There for business this time but, would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers.

I always thought DoubleTree was a better hotel but this one was terrible. What a dump. Thankfully I used airline miles for an airline I usually don't use to stay at a hotel chain I rarely stay at. Never again

They hosted the anime convention and it was awesome. Great staff and really nice hotel. Can't say anything about the rooms but everything else was pretty dope.

This was a terrible experience.

1. I got in around 9PM the toilet was clogged. I called the desk they said they would send someone up. I called back at 9:30 and she said that the maintenance person was not here and her coworker was trying to find a plunger (In this size hotel, no one can find a plunger?) I stated I had to go to bed and she said she would tell someone for the morning. I had to get up and go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. At 5 AM I went downstairs to find a plunger. I found the security guard who proceeded to hand me a plunger wrapped in a trash bag with disgusting water in the bottom of the bag. I grabbed it from him and he said I get off at 6 so I wont be here when you bring it back. BRING IT BACK! Uh, no, I will not be walking through the hotel with a bag of poo water and a plunger any longer than I needed to. I reminded the front desk girl in the AM before leaving to send someone to the room because the plunger did not work and there was an issue with the toilet. She signed me up for some text thing and said she would text me when it was done. I never got a text so, while eating dinner I called and asked if my toilet was fixed, to which the girl on the phone said, oh let me send them right now…WHAT

2. The room was smelly like mildew - maybe time to get rid of the carpet or upgrade the Air conditioner.

3. My coffee station in the room was on the ground level of the shelf. Who wants to use a coffee maker that sits an inch off the floor? I went to the lobby for coffee it was tiny cups, plain creamer just not very “Hilton”

4. On the website, it states that transportation to the airport is from 7AM - 10:00PM. I went to the lobby at 6:43 to be sure I made it on the shuttle and the girl told me, oh the shuttle left at 6:35 and wont be back until 7:30. Another couple came down shortly after me and were told the same thing. I had to pay for a Lyft to the airport. Unacceptable.

5. The reception girls were very nice, but apologies only go so far. They should have alerted management with my situation in my opinion.

I will not stay at this property again. What is interesting is that I get surveys for every Hilton I stay at and have not gotten a survey for this hotel, which is why I went to Google Reviews.

Had an amazing time at one of their conventions. Excellent staff and excellent amenities!

I’m still upset about this and it happened a year ago but I feel like I need to just let it out and maybe I’ll feel better lol. Booked with this hotel for a wedding - rooms were nice, little restaurant underneath. I was nursing at the time, first time away from my child so I’m a first time mom freaking out, called ahead, told them I needed a reliable freezer, not the tiny room one that doesn’t freeze anything, they said no problem. Checked in, went to the room, tiny fridge, called down, they acted clueless and said the only freezer they could offer was the one in my room. Randomly; there was a beautiful LG fridge with French doors on our floor (it must have been an old club floor of some sort) it was roped off and the room was dark; asked if I could use that - they said no due to infection control. It was miserable; I had to run to a drug store and get a cooler, horrible experience being a nursing mom all around despite planning ahead no thanks to them: There. That maybe makes me feel a little better

Went to comic convention in one of their ball rooms recently and had a blast!!! Spent way toooo much $$$$$. Got some great deals on comics!!! Comic show with comic artists coming up soon as well!! Little more expensive admission price for next show, tooo be expected with artist guests signing books. Should be really fun !! Check it out!!!

If you are booking through priceline just know it says 4star it is not. The hotel itself is very dusty- but beyond that my husband got pink eye from a hand towel he used here. Paid $15 more for a room with a pool view but the windows were destroyed.

Save yourself $200 and go stay at motel 6 same quality lot less money

Schönes Hotelzimmer gross und sehr sauber. Restaurants und Shops gegenüber. Grimaldis Pizzeria sehr zu empfehlen. Reservierung empfohlen. Würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen

Black mold in ceiling. New room had bugs. Terrible experience. Needs to be updated

I regret choosing Doubletree than Hampton Inn. I was wrong with everything.

Liked it a lot, but no free breakfast in the morning ????. Everyone was super nice, they do strive to make you feel welcome.

Hated it! I regret staying here. Never again!
First, you should know this location is renovating and there is a smell of dust on the first floor. The room was small, half the size of a regular room. The shower was small. I kept banging into the shower door while bathing. They should have charged half the price on my bill, since everything was down sized. Speaking of bill, check your statement for frivolous charges, cause they will charge you an incidental charge, what's that! I went to the front desk and complained, to no avail. The manager on duty this past Sunday morning was untrained in customer service. When she was told, that I would never stay here again. She replied, "OKAY"! Hilton management How about training your staff in empathy.
I expected a lot more from a Hilton staff member.
I paid too much money to receive lack luster accommodation and service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Went for an event, staff are extremely kind and pay attention to every detail. Food was very nice.
