Safe had no key could not use
Bathroom door warped and broken

Headphones stolen from room. Front desk said there has reports of other people’s stuff missing but refuses to do anything about it. Sketchy place. Avoid at all cost if you value your belongings

Great view from hotel but a sub par hotel overall.
Room was out dated. Front desk staff was welcoming and room was clean. It costed us around 450$ for 2 days stay for a single room and the price was not worthy at all. Hotel was over priced.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage direkt an der Bucht. Allerdings ist der Weg nach Miami Beach und auch nach Downton weit und nur per Auto oder Bus machbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit defekter Einrichtung (Toilette, Fön) zu kämpfen - repariert wurde erst auf mehrmalige Nachfrage. An der Rezeption saß bei uns eine pampige Mitarbeiterin, die sich nur sehr wiederwillig unserer Anliegen angenommen hat. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der gesamten Anlage hat noch sehr viel Luft nach oben - das scheint aber niemanden zu interessieren. Wir haben selbst nach Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption gebettelt - von Seife, Schampoo, Kaffee etc.gar nicht zu reden. Das Hotel hat Parkplätze, die extra berechnet werden, aber vergleichsweise günstig sind. Das Frühstück (war bei uns im Preis enthalten) bietet wenig Auswahl und überwiegend Süsskram. Teller waren zwar Mehrweg aus Kunststoff, dafür aber teilweise nicht sauber, sehr unappetitlich. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel durchaus empfehlen, wenn man nicht allzu zimperlich oder anspruchsvoll ist.

Catastrophique.. non mais vraiment je pèse mes mots. Hôtel miteux avec moquette au sol, trace de sang sur les portes, pas propre du tout. Entrée par dehors pour rentrer dans les chambres avec un immeuble très ancien et abîmé. Aucun service en trois jours personne n’est venu nettoyer la chambre. Franchement c’est une honte. Fuyezzzzzz!

very nice and helpful personal, only the floor in the room is a bit dirty (we noticed on our white socks…). Rooms are nice and comfy. It’s a good location because it’s central if you wanna go to South Beach, Wynwood, North Beach or Fort Lauderdale. Nice view to the sea from the pool and breakfast spot.

Was pretty surprised by the cost of the standard breakfast. Guess I'm spoiled by the BWs elsewhere. Phone cord tonhandset was broken. Bed was very comfortable, and ac was very welcoming. Staff were kind.

It was clean but we didn't like the location of our room. They put us in the building separate from the check in office. Very clean, comfortable bed. They did not have a recycle bin. I didn't take photos.

Nie polecam!!! Zabukowałam pokój dla mojej rodziny przez stronę BW ok godziny 16. Po przyjechaniu na miejsce przed północą pracownica nie potrafiła znaleźć naszego pokoju. Była bardzo nieuprzejma, chciała przebudować na pokój dwuosobowy ZA DOPŁATĄ i ze zdziwieniem stwierdziła, że nie wie jak się tam pomieścimy na 1 łóżku. Po dalszej rozmowie, że wymagamy pokoju zarezerwowanego, po rozmowie telefonicznej z menagerem uznała, że może nam dać 2 pokoje (jeden z dopłatą a drugi 60% taniej).
Przypominam, że mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój czteroosobowy w cenie podanej na stronie internetowej BW! Pracownica była bardzo nieuprzejma, stwierdziła że ją to nie interesuje gdzie mamy spać z dziećmi, że możemy sobie iść gdzie chcemy bo ona pokoju takiego jaki zarezerwowaliśmy nam nie da. Po wymianie zdań stwierdziliśmy, że ma przyjechać policja. Sprawy nie odpuścimy. Na szybko znaleźliśmy w Courtyard by Marriott Miami Beach South interesujący nas duży pokój na South Beach Miami zaraz przy Ocean Dr taniej niż 2 pokoje zaproponowane nawet ze zniżką!!! Lokalizacji obu hoteli nie muszę opisywać jak ktoś zna Miami.

PS: A dla BW dodam, że po przyjechaniu do hotelu w ok. 10 min zabukowany pokój na nas czekał bez problemu i dopłat!

Pour le rapport qualité/prix

L’Hôtel est situé à mi-distance entre le downtown et South beach, et est proche de plusieurs commerces ( supermarché, pizzeria...).
La chambre est vieillotte et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Cependant elle est grande, la literie est de qualité et propre. La salle de bain est petite.
Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant voisin, et coûte 12 dollars ( je n’ai pas testé ).
La piscine est belle et propre et surtout magnifiquement situé face à la mer.
Un des points forts est la grande terrasse de l’hôtel avec chaise et table qui permet de profiter de la vue magnifique sur la baie.
Je conseille cet hôtel pour ceux qui veulent visiter miami et ses environs sans trop passer de temps dans leur chambre.

Localisation qui offre un bon compromis aux rues bruyantes de South Beach.
L'idéal est tout de même d'être véhiculé.
L'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix

hôtel très bien situé, non loin de South Beach. Belle piscine chauffée. Demander chambre au 5ème étage, vue piscine et marina, c'est superbe ! Vue aussi sur la city de Miami Downtown.. Il y a aussi un restaurant au pied de l'hôtel.
