Ce palace magnifique et entièrement rénové est très intéressant au niveau architectural, car il mêle à la fois les styles Art déco et MiMo, tout en étant très design. Les 376 chambres ultra-confortables, dans un style épuré et chaleureux, sont luxueuses sans être ostentatoires, avec du très beau mobilier, salle de bain en marbre et draps 100% coton. Vous profiterez également d'une magnifique piscine avec vue sur l'océan. Quant au spa, c'est de loin l'un des meilleurs de la ville.

I was visiting a guest here. I didn't stay here but I had to leave a review for the exceptional customer service I encountered. Warren at the front desk was so kind and personable. He helped with everything I needed and was so friendly. I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel. Warren needs a raise ????????

The beach access isn't too bad and the pool area was very nice. The pool is bigger than it seems but unfortunately it's very shallow. There is a really nice gym on the 3rd floor with lots of equipment and nice flavoured water. Coconut while we were there.
There is a $55 resort fee which includes gelato in the lobby from 4-6, a cocktail for 2 at the pool side restaurant, 2 hour bike rental. Overall not really worth it but all the hotels in South Beach have resort fees so that was expected.
There are so many good restaurants nearby and the trail that goes all the way to the pier park was stunning so we would definitely stay again.
