Une très bonne adresse pour les petits budgets qui souhaitent néanmoins résider à South Beach et qui plus est sur Collins Avenue près de la plage et de l’animation tant nocturne que diurne. Simple et sans prétention, l’hôtel dispose d’une piscine, d’un point Internet, d’un distributeur de boissons, d’une grande cuisine avec trois réfrigérateurs où chacun peut venir préparer ses repas. Les chambres quant à elles sont relativement spacieuses et propres. L'adresse a également sa propre agence d'excursions.

Good location, you will have to carry your own bags, limited front desk help, large clean pool, the room was clean. An los building with some upgrades , good for the money.

Lovely stay at this property and great location next to all of South beach restaurants, nightlight life, ocean drive and the beach of course !!

Tropics is a quaint little hotel with a 50s flair. It's right at the heart of South Beach, near every restaurant, bakery and bar you can think of from Cuban to Mediterranean. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, the view from the room was great, the smart TV was handy to stay in during the rain watching movies. There is a shared kitchen - which I didnt use, except for the microwave. The pool is pretty big. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, I felt SAFE as a solo female traveler, which was worth more than what I paid for... I walked 5 minutes to the beach a block away after getting some coffee, and then walked most of Ocean Dr. before coming back to rest or do work on my laptop. Will definitely return!

We stayed during November 18-22, 2023. The room and bathroom were renovated, clean and with all necessities. All people from reception were really attentive and communicative with us, especially Jorge and another guy. They were really helpful for information. The hotel is one street away from Ocean drive and the beach, really near from restaurants, and clubs. Miami was great, because the accommodation was comfortable. Thank you.
