Un hôtel chic et très confortable dans les hauteurs de Downtown. Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec élégance et disposent toutes d'une vue imprenable sur Miami. Le personnel est très serviable et l'un des concierges est français. Le bâtiment en lui-même est souvent filmé dans Les Experts : Miami ou encore Burn Notice.

LOCATION: The location is great since the hotel is in the middle of Brickell and ideal to walk around.
SERVICE: The service is TERRIBLE!!!! If you call guest services from your room, your call will very seldom go through and if it does the person at the front desk has no idea on how to take care of the guests. If you order room service, the person would either forget to send your order or simply act like she/he did not know what was going on. I had to wait 45 minutes to get a BUCKET OF ICE!!! this does not make any sense at all at a hotel that is supposed to be premium given the price and reputation. IMPORTANT TO NOTE, that despite the front desk having over 4 people, no one over there knows what they are doing and they are incapable of solving any kind of problem for guests. I asked for the manager Oscar several times, and have not gotten any response from him. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WHEN MAKING THE DECISION TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
