This place was great. Very close to the beach and all the action, but unlike some other reviewers, our windows were not on the main street so the noise level was fine. Definitely worth the price.

The room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities . There was a cool little balcony in the common area where you can sit and have a snack or a coffee while overlooking Espanola way.

I one thing I could complain about is the room did have a wierd moist smell, but you get used to it after being there for a few minutes.

Also, some people complain about the check-in process, but it was actually very easy, as long as you read the instructions.

Perfect location, especially for night life (although that wasn't why we came and it was little loud at night... but they actually give you ear plugs).

No where to place luggage if early is quite inconvenient and costly.

We spent the tail end of our vacation after a cruise on Española Way at Kasa El Paseo. This was a fantastic location right in the heart of south beach Miami. We were minutes to the beach with lounge chairs provided, blocks away from the Lincoln Mall, and steps away from numerous delicious restaurants of all varieties! The room was very clean and comfortable! Highly recommend for couples on the go!

Todo fue perfecto, la ubicación es espectacular en toda la Española Way, un lugar seguro y de mucha vida. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y muy linda. El sistema de claves para ingresar a la habitación facilita mucho pues evita que se pierdan las llaves. También es muy bueno que el hotel facilita sillas en la playa.

El señor Jose fue supremamente atento, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo e hizo que nuestro tiempo en el hotel fuera el mejor, le agradecemos personalmente.

El precio, la ubicación, la atención del personal, la limpieza y las comodidades lo hacen definitivamente el mejor hotel de Miami Beach.

Great location. Though there is virtual front desk, they are very quick to reply to texts. They even provide beach chairs for free. That we were able to extend the checkout time to 3 pm for a fee was very convenient. Very clean hotel. Jose was very helpful when we needed his help. They even provide ear plugs. But, it was way more quiet than we expected for a hotel on Española Way. So, we did not even need to use them. So, I highly recommend this boutique hotel to everybody.

We loved being able to stay here! It’s in a great location and it’s super convenient and easy to access. Any time I needed anything, I knew I could get it quickly resolved. I was at ease all week and I 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back!!

0 stars! Our first night was a horror!! There is always a very loud and vibrating noise in our room that didn't let us sleep at any time. We are totally exhausted and can't imagine spending another night in the room!
The table and even the wall are vibrating. Incredibly loud and uneven, no chance of sleep, not even with earplugs.

Thank you for allowing me to stay at KASA during my recent visit. The room was absolutely wonderful and the location was perfect for my needs. I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very nice accommodations. We stayed in room 1301. It was on the third floor. Two bedroom. The internet was spotty and so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but things like that can happen. Kasa was very nice to refund us $75 for the inconvenience. The noise below at night from late nighters may be bothersome to some, so bring ear plugs if you need quiet in order to sleep. We were fine with it and slept right through that kind of noise. It was the noise inside the room that kept waking us. I'm not sure about the history of the hotel, but we experienced some creepy happenings at night such as disembodied shadows and voices that woke us by calling our names as well as noises that were very clearly coming from inside the room like knocking and what seemed like books dropping on the ground, but after investigation everything in the room appeared as it was. We didn't get very good sleep as a result since we were awakened a few times by these things. Despite all this, we enjoyed our stay and never felt scared or unsafe. Whatever it was - it wasn't malevolent. The room was great and the balconies in the second bedroom had a great view of Espanola way below. Things to know: Kasa says valet is $35 per day, but it is $40 per day. It also says that valet opens at 8:30am, but they open at 8:00am. The shower has full sized shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap included and lots of towels.The Mercato Della Perscheria restaurant just across the street from the hotel is fantastic. There is a Walgreens within walking distance from the hotel if you need to pick up drinks and snacks. La Industria Bakery is about a 10 min drive from the hotel (it's on the water). The food and service there is quite good.

Hi there! The location was great; a couple minutes from the beach and it’s in a vila with restaurants and stores near by. But because of that it’s loud at night specially in the weekends. Because of the restaurants around you will wake up listening to glass clinking. The room we stayed in was a standard 2 bed studio and it was very small. The pictures showed a tv, but there was no tv in the room. In the bathroom, there was only half of the shower door, so the whole bathroom floor gets filled with water once you shower because there is no curtains and the shower door is only half way. The body soap was filled with water so it was watery and we had to buy soap to shower. But the worst part is the digital “costumer service”. There is no one ever at the front desk, the check in and check out is online. If you need help there is no one to help you because it’s online. We called the number for extra towels and they brought a few but told us that we wouldn’t get any more if needed. Costumer service and assistance was 0 and needs lots of improvement.

Kasa location is very central in Espanola Way, near the majority of the restaurants nearby, and very close to the beach. That being said, you can always hear the business of the location from your room.

Our experience there was not the best. To start, they have to front desk, so it took us hours to find the actual "hotel," and answer all of our questions that were not answered through emails.

Due to the lack of a front desk and security, our room was not the most secure, and we were constantly afraid of having our stuff stolen

Lindo lugar, muy buena ubicación, la pasamos de lo mejor.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I didn't need any ear buds due to the fact I didn't hear any noises from the busy street. The 2 bedroom was clean and smelled good. Only problem was the bedroom door didn't close and also upon check in we didn't know they didn't have cable I don't really stream on my phone so I didn't have TV for my 3 night stay Other then that the parking is a nightmare and to get your belongings into the building was a task being that we were getting yelled at constantly by the valet because where we had to park to unload.. Then we had to use a trolly cart that was difficult to pull up to the door thru all the people walking around and bumpy sidewalk. But in all I did have a great time and the location very close to the beach.

This hotel is not a normal hotel--the desk isn't staffed 24/7 (they do a virtual front desk option) and there are few amenities (eg they don't clean the rooms every day). That said, the price and location are amazing and the rooms are nice. José was able to help me quickly when I spilled food on the sheets and generally way great. There is a balcony overlooking Española Way and the rooms are fairly quiet given what a busy area they are located in.

I would recommend this Hotel to all.

The whole check in process is virtual via text, the process was very easy and straightforward. Location was perfect right on Española Way, close to the beach and bus stops. The was very clean and spacious, plus beach towels were provided complimentary in the room already. While it can not be guaranteed, they managed to give us an early check in, which was very helpful. I can recommend this lovely little place for everyone.

We had a great experience at Kasa El Paseo! We were four friends in a two bed suite for four nights and it was the perfect space. We appreciated the kitchenette and the extra sitting area to spread out. The whole room was clean and inviting and actually wasn’t very loud as we were in the back of the building away from the street. The location was perfect, within just a few minutes walk to the beach, parks, attractions, night life, and countless restaurants. Check in and check out was easy and it was a great value. We would absolutely stay again next time we visit!!

Excelente lugar para quedarse, mi pareja y yo disfrutamos mucho de Kasa South Beach Miami, la ubicación es excelente ya que estás en el corazón de South beach, la habitación muy bonita y limpia y excelente que uno solo puede entrar y salir cuando quiera con los códigos del lugar y la habitación. ¡Super recomendado Kasa para disfrutar de un viaje de descanso!
