L'hôtel SLS est l'un des plus beaux de Brickell. Dans un immense gratte-ciel, 124 chambres spacieuses, modernes, parfaitement équipées et au design élaboré par le célèbre Philippe Starck sont les alcôves parfaites pour tous les fans d'hôtels urbains chics. La sublime et grande piscine sur les toits ravira les amateurs de bronzette. Le bar au look cosy, un tantinet animalier tout en étant très chaleureux, est parfait pour un cocktail à l'apéro. On peut ensuite poursuivre au restaurant italien Fi'lia, connue pour être une vraie table gastronomique à Miami.

I had a blast for my sisters bachelorette! Miami is Miami! Love this city! The hotel staff helped in so many ways to make this an amazing weekend for all us!

Just overall disappointed. Spent 4 nights at the hotel and had to ask every day for the room to be cleaned and restocked with soap, towels, etc. The rooms are nice but incredibly noisy. You can hear partying from the hotel and street at all hours of the night. Not to mention the ongoing construction that starts the moment the partying ends. Black out curtains don’t even close completely so they don’t meet the criteria for “blackout” when sunlight is beaming in. The pool and bar area is shared with residents and my partner and I were approached by a rather creepy resident. Not to mention $25 for a margarita that tasted like a lemon drop shot you get at a dive bar.

A few good thing to say, the gym facilities are fantastic. As is the location. Lobby staff were incredibly nice.

Needless to say, wouldn’t stay there again.

My experience at this hotel has been the worst experience I've ever had. The front desk was very rude and made us wait 3 hours for our room even after we arrived at the requested time.

The view from the room was just a street with homeless people, nothing to write home about. Beds were small and uncomfortable by the bathroom was nice but overall the room was worse than your average hotel room.

I would not pay more than $120 for this hotel room again. I recommend finding another option.

Miami local here - I went twice using ResortPass. Check in was simple. Their gym, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and pool are excellent amenities. Great service from staff. I had a variety of food/drinks at the pool bar and they were top notch for what it was. Other guests in the area were nice as well. Overall very relaxing vibes overlooking Brickell/DT no obnoxious music either. Zero complaints I will certainly return for more staycations!

I don’t usually write reviews but the SLS RESIDENCES is absolute WORST building i have ever lived in through out my ENTIRE LIFE. Cars get STOLEN out of the lot almost every other month including my car. The security guards witnessed my car getting stolen and notified me 14 HOURS LATER. This was definitely an inside job everything about this was shady . Not even the management cared their response was “ we have nothing to do with that” . EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This building does NOT provide safety to the residences. Elevators are ALWAYS DOWN it takes about 15-20+ to arrive to the floor it’s is a joke here Party people 247 music loud all the time , people coming in and out of the hotels and pools drunk all the time disrupting . You can literally see on other sites the reviews are all the same. If you’re an artist , high paid individual or even have a family and looking for luxury & safety you’re better off saving your money and looking somewhere else.
