We stay at the 1 Hotel quite often and we can say this time around our experience totally lacked . The service all around was very much so delayed in terms of bell service ,or anything we needed for that matter was not executed. The property, Watr , the beach , pools and everything about the hotel is so exquisite , but we were moved twice due to bathroom issues in the room and never attended to therefore leaving us to use the restroom in the lobby during our stay. Having a toddler and running down each time just for them to get to a restroom was such an inconvenience and we stay here primarily because of the service and the convenience when it comes to catering to families . I would hate to change properties because of this and know the standard they uphold. I’m just disappointed this time around and know what we experienced is so not like the property and their employees service . We hope for a change by the time we revisit next month, we truly love it here but the service tending to issues like this was so disappointing.

We come here frequently, and are always blown away by how incredible everything is. Our last trip, we brought a friend - both rooms were a little bit delayed, though nothing we really noticed. Sabrina made sure that both rooms had a little gift basket of macarons sent up to apologize.
Kisha B. sent up champagne and a very sweet note when she was told by our guest that we were celebrating a small bachelorette party.
We can't say enough about the service, from the front door/valet, to front desk, to servers at the pool. Brenda and Cait, specifically, at the pool are always so excited to see us and they truly go above and beyond - they know what we want before we ask for it, and even managed to get us some very hard to get reservations.

This hotel was amazing! The property is stunning with many levels to explore and enjoy from the pools, restaurants, bars and finally the beach. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the staff were exemplary in the service provided. Memorable stay!

Great location. The place is really nice and modern. The beach is really nice and you have all the beach equipment necessary to have a nice day. The lobby is quite noisy but the rooms are really quiet, ideally to rest. The location is great as you are near everything in South Beach. Nervy you have a Publix supermarket and Walgreens.

This is a good place to feel fancy and get one drink. Reason being, we spent $63 for two drinks. That’s an absurd price. Alcohol is so cheap guys be serious. What are we doing? It’s a lovely place, very pretty, more of a chatty cocktail vibe. Large space for sure! Just way over priced (we get it, we’re in Miami ????)

Best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Kettlebells up to 100 lbs; dumbbells up to 85 lbs; rogue barbells and commercial-grade power racks; every hammer strength selectorized machine you would want; GHD; assault bikes; row ergs; and more. Fantastic hotel!

Wir haben suite , Zimmer sehr groß . Wir waren 4 Nächte und haben viel Spaß gehabt. Beim Pool sind immer Full , Mann muss extra 700 bis 1000€ für ein Bett bezahlen . Das gleicher gilt für fitnestudio auch immer extra kosten . Das Hotel ist wunderbar doch leider mit viele extra kosten

Stayed for 7 days in November, over thanksgiving. As adults it was FABULOUS! Great service, great atmosphere and views. It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff are all friendly and diligent. Rooms were kept immaculate everyday. We had two toddlers with us. This was a bit of a challenge. Other than going to the pool all day everyday the resort doesn’t have many options. Yes, they have a kids club but if you have a wild toddler hanging out and color isn’t quite realistic. I would definitely stay again but without kiddos ????

Awesome hotel with amazing views.
I only wrote this review to say that that the bartenders in the lobby bar are the worst. Condescending in a nasty nice way with a smile on their face. I stayed from the 17th-19th of march and I’d say that the males who worked in the afternoon were the worst of it. All bar service in other areas was perfect.

Be careful of leaving your card opened with a bartender, It's a great place, but some of the bartenders are very shady and they will try to double charge you

Service is not what it once was. Have stayed here numerous times over the past several years for weeks at a time and this trip will probably be my last. Five stars for the door men, servers, and cleaning room. They are truly the sweetest.

Yes, perfect location and central to everything but for these prices, spare yourself and book at the Faena or even W instead because this is no longer a luxury experience in my book.

First world problem but seriously — why is the Wifi at this hotel the absolute worst? No other hotel on the beach has wifi this terrible. It does not work. What year are we living in where we can’t have decent, reliable wifi? You can’t work from anywhere on the property or take calls because the wifi can’t handle the capacity. It’s a safety hazard if you’re traveling alone.

Pools are always overcrowded and unless you arrive first thing in the morning, may the odds be in your favor. Music is blasting too loud, people on the phone at the pool, it’s no longer a relaxing, luxury experience. It’s trashy. Also, half of the people that take up space at the roof pool — aren’t even staying at the hotel! Shameful and disrespectful to the paying guests.

The food is okay but nothing special and overpriced and they could do with a more creative menu. Elevators are so slow and overpacked, they need more trash cans around the property, and doors to the pool area are constantly broken. Also — why does the fire alarm go off everyday? It’s disruptive, strange, and needs to be addressed.

They do not monitor/restrict who comes in here on the weekend and it’s become so trashy and overcrowded. This would NEVER happen at the Faena or Four Seasons Surfside who require you to be staying on property to access the hotel.

I use to love this hotel and have so many great memories here but it’s definitely losing its luster between the crowd it’s bringing in, and minor adjustments they refuse to acknowledge. Won’t be back.

My husband and I loved our stay here with our baby girl! The property is gorgeous, very clean and tastefully decorated. You can tell it’s an eco hotel. The pools and beach are very well maintained, and the service in both was fantastic. Special thanks to Barbara who helped me get the stroller from the pool onto the beach and to Adrian who helped get it through the sand. They went above and beyond.
The service from the front desk upon check in was also efficient and friendly, especially from Yasmin and unfortunately I can’t remember the other woman who checked us in. They gave us a very generous upgrade to one of the residence suites which was huge and so convenient as it had a kitchen so we were able to cook food for our baby. Our baby loved crawling around all that space.
The front desk were also understanding and accommodating in trying to find us a similar room on a lower level as the original one given to us was up high and I was a bit hesitant with our baby.
The Habitat restaurant was also delicious for breakfast.
The only thing that was a slight disappointment, if anything, was the Guest Services. They rarely answered the phone when we tried to contact them several times due to the hair dryer in our room not functioning (we tried several outlets and resetting). I normally love to dry my hair naturally with the heat so wouldn’t have minded, but it was both a very humid and windy evening so I would’ve preferred not to go out with wet hair. They kept apologizing and said they’d bring us another one but we waited for over an hour with my husband having also gone down several times. Once they finally did that one didn’t work either so we thought they may have brought back the same one. At that point it was getting very late to go out for dinner with our baby and I just decided to leave my hair as is. I didn’t feel this experience was enough to deduct a star but hopefully will improve next time.
Other than that we loved the hotel and would stay here again!

The best hotel in whole MIAMI! From the moment you step through that door, the aroma of the hotel just takes you away.
Luckily it’s something you can take home, they sell the candle at the gift shop! To compare it to something its like the Santal33.
The decor is stunning and they also have a rooftop restaurant and pool area overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended to check it out. Food is also good. Note the hotel has a filter system all around, which makes the water in every room drinkable! I love love

We love everything about 1 hotel South Beach, but most of all, a day bed on the beach. No better way to enjoy your stay in Miami.
