Ne vous fiez pas au lobby où le kitsch floridien a la part belle. Malgré ce côté années 1970, cet hôtel est tout confort. Les chambres et suites sont modernes et spacieuses, parfaitement équipées avec climatisation, frigo, micro-ondes, télé avec écran plat, coffre, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser. Celles qui donnent sur la belle plage de Sunny Isles vous permettront de voir le soleil se coucher et se lever sur l'océan : instant magique garanti assorti d'une photo sublime ! La piscine, juste face à la mer, est assez grande et plutôt agréable. Vous apprécierez aussi la belle et grande plage de Sunny Isles où se trouve l'hôtel. Elle est beaucoup moins touristique et bondée que celle de South Beach. Pensez à aller dîner un soir au restaurant de l'hôtel, le Kitchen 305, car les plats sont toujours de bonne facture et l'ambiance bat son plein après 22h car un DJ se met aux platines... Attention ambiance toujours aussi kitsch mais vous rirez bien !

Avoid this Property at All Costs!!!!! I would start by saying the location is (everything ) just beautiful. 2nd stay at the hotel. The sound of the waves and the beach very refreshing. The men at check- in are quick, attentive and friendly. The pool area is nice, the drinks there are amazing. The food was ok hit or miss, it seems like the food is better on the weekends or at night. Then there is the maintenance, outdated and ran down very unsanitary ???? hallways had trash, my room was not cleaned very well , hair in the shower and bathroom floor . I was very disappointed that the room had roaches yes ROACHES! I was embarrassed because we brought our adult kids and we raved about how nice the hotel was and with this stay the maintenance had went down and they were not impressed at all.

El hotel es medio viejo. Pero en relación costo calidad está ok.
El servicio pongo 4 estrellas porque es más la cantidad de gente que hay contra los empleados que tiene el hotel.

I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived on property, we were treated poorly and left unassisted even though staff were present to assist with vehicle and bags. Checked in and then the room key didn’t work. Had to go back downstairs while also carrying my own bags (which happened to be a lot of bags). Went to bathroom and immediately ran out shouting because there were TWO cockroaches in the bathroom. One by the toilet and one in the tub/shower. Second day at the hotel and the power was shut off; I was there for a wedding and showered in cold water, with no lights and no air. The rooms are so old and desperately need to be updated. The amenities are up to date but the actual rooms are not, it does not make sense. Hotel staff was not very helpful or understanding. Parking???? No but they will charge you for it. You park yourself across the street where anyone can access the vehicles. To finish this lovely review off, I’d like to add that I called four times for housekeeping…. with no success because we never got the room tidied up. In conclusion, don’t stay here. Go somewhere else because this hotel is unsanitary and an uncomfortable stay.

This place is TERRIBLE!! completed outdated and the rooms are grimy and creepy. The carpet throughout the hallways is absolutely disgusting. Customer service is also terrible. They all act like they hate their job and it really shows. Only good thing about this place is the pool area. Don’t waste your money trust me you will not like this place.
