Muy buen hotel, con todas sus instalaciones reformadas y muy bien pensadas. Las habitaciones muy completas, la comida muy buena, completa y para todos los gustos. La atención ha sido muy buena y la ubicación ideal

Ubicación privilegiada justo al lado de la Estación de Atocha. Personal de Recepción muy amable, especialmente Luis. Habitación muy limpia y acogedora. Desayuno muy completo. Sin duda una opción muy recomendable si visitas Madrid

We were able to check-in online and select our room in advance. Although we were early to check-in with front desk, the room we previously selected was not ready. I believe Luis at front desk was the person who assisted us. He suggested if we'd want the upgraded room for additional $20 a night which is ready. After hearing the suggestion and traveling all morning we took the offer. He mentioned that the additional upgrade has a good view and is more spacious.
Some reasons with the low star rating is due to the specific room they called an upgrade. The room had a great 180 view of the corner and was spacious, but because the room's windows were not sealed properly we heard every single commuter and tourist from five stories above. If the room had better sound proof I think our two nights stay would have been improved. When we inspected the windows, we noticed that the far right panel (which had the worst noise level as though the window was ajar the entire stay) had improvised foam to minimize noise. After seeing this it was obvious that they have encountered this situation and attempted to alleviate with a quick remedy. It is disappointing that the hotel still sold the room as an "upgrade" when the stay was closer to feeling downgraded.
Overall we enjoyed how clean the hotel is, that it was in close proximity to the transit, and parks. But instead, the additional upgrade was actually more than you've listed and was the most noisy stay during our vacation.

Hemos estado 5 días con nuestra mascota y la experiencia ha sido de 10. Desde la entrada hasta la salida. Las instalaciones, el personal, los detalles en la habitación, los detalles en la recepción, la chica de seguridad de la puerta un encanto de amabilidad y cariño. Ese desayuno hasta las 12 en festivos te hace sentir descansada además de la calidad. Desayuno muy muy completo. Volveré seguro.

Todo excelente, ubicación, el personal, las habitaciones.... Pero ni una botella de agua de cortesía y que luego te soplen 4€ por una botellita pequeña del mini bar .... Eso me pasa por ser sincero, la próxima vez que me pregunten diré que no he tomado nada.... Porque la biblia dice que no hay que negarle el agua al sediento.

had a great 3 nite stay in this hotel. very accessible by walking to many top tourist places, the guest relation PIC Mr. Alvaro was very helpful in many aspects.

Fue una gozada nuestra estancia en el hotel, todo el personal increible y de verdad QUE BUENA UBICACIÓN! Pudimos caminar a todos lados, el único tema es que esta justo arriba del único McDonalds 24/7 en Madrid jajajaja entonces la neta se escucha muchisimo ruido en la noche :( para que lo tomen en cuenta. Recomiendo con todo y el ruido

Buena ubicación, al lado de Atocha. Hotel cómodo, limpio y funcional. No tiene parking propio, aunque está en los sótanos del hotel. Aún así, no se puede reservar plaza y te arriesgas a no aparcar cerca.

Excelente hotel. Confortable, muy bien ubicado cerca de Atocha, frente a los Jardines de la Reina, cerca de todo.
Quiero resaltar a todis sus empleados, desde la señora de limpieza hasta los de recepción, siempre atentos a todo.
Sin dudas me sentí mejor que en mi propia casa.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum Madrids in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Atocha von dem man super schnell den Flughafen erreicht. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Eingang zum Retiro Park befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Das Team an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Obst, Gemüse, Schinken, Käse, Eierspeisen und süße Teilchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :)

아토차역과 가깝다는 장점이 있고, 버스정류장도 가깝습니다. 다만 큰길가라 소음이 있습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 일요일에 바로 앞 도로를 매주 통제한다고하네요. 시위를 아침부터합니다. 제가있을땐 일요일과 월요일 이틀동안 했고, 포탄같은걸 쏴서 무섭고 괴로웠어요. 그리고 하우스키퍼에 문제가 있습니다. 3박 내내 10시부터 방문을 열어봅니다.. 홀딱벗고나오다가 문이 열려서 놀란적도 있습니다. 객실에 손님이 있는지 없는지 알지못하고, 모든 객실문을 두들겨보고 엽니다. 이건 진짜 최악의 경험이에요... 하
프론트의 직원과 보안요원은 아주 친절했어요.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana en pareja y ha sido una experiencia muy buena. El hotel tiene un desayuno maravilloso ,unas instalaciones muy bonitas y renovadas y el personal no se queda atrás su trato es excepcional desde las personas que te atienden en recepción hasta la guardia jurado.
