Rooms are good, there is a bit of noise, but you will sleep good, if you already used to live in Cyprus.

Lovely place worth visiting

Disappointed, we were simply deceived. We purchased a beautiful and bright room on the hotel's website, but we were placed in a stone cave. I do not recommend this hotel; the hotel management simply doesn't care about guests, conducts business unfairly, and is solely focused on making money.

Unfortunately, my husband and I encountered the same problem that many others have: we were deceived. We booked a room on the hotel's website, and the photos showed a bright, spacious, beautiful, and large room with a breathtaking mountain view - the Superior Suite. This is the most expensive room at 264 euros per night. However, we were placed in an old stone room that looked more like a cave: dark, musty-smelling, with low ceilings that required us to bend over to avoid hitting our heads. There were no photos of this stone room on the on the booking page of the hotel website. In other words, it's a clear case of deception on the part of the hotel management. They advertise one thing but, in reality, the guest gets something completely different and of lower quality.
We had a conversation with the hotel manager. In the end, the hotel's manager, Iliana Hochigorgiu, admitted that the rooms in this old stone building were subleased from another owner and had not undergone any renovation. She also admitted that we were not the first guests to receive this stone room instead of the beautiful, bright room that was advertised on the website, and that they had received negative feedback multiple times. So, the hotel manager is not only aware of the issue and the deceived guests but also knows that there are no real photos of these rooms on the website. Manager Iliana did nothing to address our questions about why they repeatedly treat guests this way, only offering empty apologies and trying to steer the conversation in a positive direction by changing the subject and avoiding giving direct answers.

Please read reviews about this hotel; I deeply regret not having done so, like other guests, and I did not read reviews about this terrible place where people hide behind beautiful ideas of a family business and claim to care about how they conduct their business. They don't care; it's just a way to make money off people who come once and won't return, but that's not a concern because new guests will arrive. The hotel has not seen renovations in a long time, the food in the restaurant is of low quality, and the staff is distant and unfriendly. Perhaps this review will help someone make the decision to go elsewhere.

The restaurant is really good, universal menu with no traditional food. Great service and delicious meals!
