Still under construction. Hotel rooms are comfortable but beds need new pillows. Casino is in disarray from construction. Service in casino is currently non existing. May return when upgrades are complete.

I kid you not. The first time I've ever had no room services. No room service to clean our room, ask for more towels, and tissue. For a 3 day stay. We've called and went down to ask for 0 help.

The ironing board was broken, fridge falling apart, to the cabinets were falling apart off the hinges too. The damn toilet was even sliding off now that's crazy.

Then before checkout the maids barged in our room a hour before checkout to clean the room. Like they couldn't clean it days before when we asked, hell we shouldn't even have to ask, but they literally opened the door with no knock to my parents sleeping and only I was awake.

We had so much fun here just enjoying the scenery. They had a live DJ keeping the entire casino dancing. A time was had. Will return soon.

I were treated what the utmost disrespect from security for no apparent reason,haven't been to this place since May of last yr. I were harassed it took a gentleman to vouch for I and a slot attendant to also say I didn't use vulgar language. He walked up to me and started threatening me bout putting me out etc. I was shocked,hurted and what did it was there were no one who cared or I could speak to in reference to this matter. Still after calling there the next day to report incident left number and no one called back. I took they survey they send after visits,reported it and still no call back. It's heartbreaking to know that they have security working who lies on folks THANK God witnesses were around to verify I didn't say the things he said I did. Honestly I'm a grown woman and should have and can curse but didn't do the things he were lying about. I had him right bout the harassment he did me. He even threatened to put me out but couldn't after slot attendant and gentleman stated I been on that machine for hrs and weren't bothering anyone. There were many employees were they name tags turned backwards so u can't see their names look like it's something new going on in there with that which I were told by 2 if them is that they didn't have to give me their names which is against Harrah's Casino policy for show. I recording the incident also took pictures of names I went to including the security guard who's name was also covered for my proof and no one still reached out. I'll tell u this when visiting Harrah's always be around folks in there so you'll have witnesses for security cause I know for sure they have security in there that lies,co-workers that are rude who works for security and Harrah's careless bout how they guests are treated. Unless you are a different color of skin! Harrah's have it on camera they audios work they haven't reached still so now I'm choosing to warn the public. I waited a wk for someone to contact I bout this matter still they didn't and I still have my names,videos for proof.

I’m not sure why some reviews claim the service is poor or unfriendly. Not my experience. Everybody was helpful and happy. The room was big, beautiful and comfortable. The casino has a re-do construction project which limits the floor space (for now). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I had read some of the posts, so I was a little guarded. I had no issues with the front desk. The lady was quick and efficient.
My room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
I had a great time at the casino. I hit seven hand pays, mostly on pinball and top dollar.
The only thing I wish they had, was a restaurant with room service. Unless I missed something, the only option was to order from a QR code at one of the restaurants, and there were only three options.
I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Service- lacking. Front desk folks are not friendly or welcoming. The bell desk gentleman- super nice! No hair dryer in room. Called front desk twice, no answer. Finally called their main line from my cell and got an answer. Forty minutes later, still no hair dryer. I had to go to the airport with wet hair. Front desk lady gave zero ****.

Walked in to this casino while enjoying a few days in NOLA, spent a while $5 in the slots and enjoyed lunch while there. Casinos are always a bit sketchy to me since they want you to spend, spend, spend big money but since I am a tight wad, I only break out a small bill to lose and I am fine with that.

We stayed at Harrah 3/15/24 through 3/17/24. We were in room 912. The furniture was nasty with white stains and the shower drainage was clogged. I have been trying to contact hotel manager, no response. I had fun in New Orleans but not my hotel stay.

The rooms where nice. The service was terrible! Constantly being hung up on when checking my reservations. To having to wait hours to finally get my room. Finally I was woken up by cleaning at 9am (check out is 11am). When answering the door I was told "oh, just checking..." I will never stay here again. Would have been better off at a cheaper hotel.

The casino was the worst... with EXTREMELY LOW PAYOUTS! After paying high amounts of betting and finally hitting a feature... the payout was not even equal to my existing bet (this should never happen, but happenned five times this trip). Once on a feature, with the Buffalo game in High Limits Slots area, it paid $3.20 on an $8 bet!
Dining options are absolutely the worst.... I paid more ever for less food that was not even edible! The breakfast sandwich at Emeril's Petite Brasserie I brought back to the room was disgusting with an old bun and a flavor that made me nauseated. I threw it away after paying $15! The fish sandwhich at Ninas was barely edible and not worth half the price. Gordon Biersch was pretty bad, as well... Very disappointing.

I stayed at Harrah's New Orleans during a convention for an average $340/night. I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the hotel rooms and the service. The room was dirty -- pink mold in the shower, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom doors, splatters on the walls. The shower sprayed straight at the wall. The lighting was terrible. The bedding had holes in it, and the room was not serviced unless specifically requested by a certain time of day. Additionally, the wi-fi forced me to pay and the front desk could not issue an access code for it to work. The restaurant in the hotel was supposed to be open for breakfast at 7:00 AM, but was never set up on time and was poor quality for the money ($25 for oatmeal and toast and premade scrambled eggs). They are clearly short staffed and cannot keep up with the maintenance required for such a large building. I will never stay at a Harrah's or Caesar's property again.

The hotel is fine, although service is as bad as you will get in the USA. Casino used to be ok. Since Caesar merger the payouts are abysmal. Tonight I hit four features that didn't even payout my actual bet. That should never happen, but for times in one day? Questionable oversight... And I am Diamond Elite Total Rewards... I recommend everyone stay away!

Hands down, No towels, didn't clean the rooms. I asked a housekeeper in the hallway for some towels for my room with attitude she stated she didn't have any.

Very dirty restrooms and casnio. Service was terrible. Only nice person was person standing up front when you come in . Machines was dirty and your chance of winning is 0. We stop in Biloxi Mississippi @ hard rock and played at there casnio and won on Machines a few times . Wouldn't go again

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service from the moment I stepped in was so rude and dry. I am from another southern state as well and southern hospitality does not exist here. I genuinely think that the staff enjoys being mean to guests and making things difficult. Never saw a single smile on any of their faces over the course of several days. I had to ask multiple times for hospitality services to tidy up the room, it fell on deaf ears. Truly just a horrible experience and impression of New Orleans, will never stay at a Harrah's again.

The staff don't care about customers at the hotel front desk. The casino service is horrible, to get a drink from the slot machine it takes at least 45 minutes and this is during busy and slow times.

1st time back in over 12 years. Remodel seemed almost sterile. Had an okay, expensive burger at Bobby Flay's.
