I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary culinary experience we had at your restaurant in Panarea. From start to finish, everything was simply fantastic!

The ambiance is charming and inviting, the service was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The menu offers a wonderful selection of delicious dishes. Each dish was masterfully prepared, presenting a successful blend of flavors.

I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the creative reinterpretation of traditional flavors. The wine recommendations were also excellent, perfectly complementing the culinary experience.

I am already looking forward to my next visit to Cusititati. Thank you very much, and continued success!

P.S.: They have the best pistachio ice cream here :-)

Been visiting this stunning place during a stopover to Stromboli recently. It offers tables also for larger groups (we had been 7).

The ambiente is excellent and so is the food and staff. The meals are excellent as well, although pricey. It has been an incomparable stay anyway and we enjoyed it much.

Broken Italian our end and broken English of the staff made orders a bit difficult. Small misunderstandings could be cleared out anyway.

Must visit place for everyone who comes to Panarea and likes usual and also unusual but very tasty combinations of Eolian kitchen.

My personal favorite had been fish (Dentex, never heard before) fried in herb breading accompanied by lemon mint sorbet (see picture).

The worst experience you can get on lovely Panarea island. Very unfriendly and snobbish staff that tried to make their best to make us uncomfortable and unwelcome on my birthday 12.09.2023, like moving us to a smaller table or answering in a rude manner to our questions about some dishes. The best decision we made was going to Da Pina where we had our lovely and delicious dinner.

Assolutamente da provare, piatti squisiti e servizio impeccabile !!
Prezzi in linea con quelli degli altri ristoranti dell’isola ma imparagonabili, qualità, presentazione dei piatti e servizio nettamente di un altro livello !!

Magia pura ….a partire dalle prelibatezze servite, alla posizione con vista mare e poi che dire delle fantastiche ragazze che si adoperano per accontentare tutti, complimenti!!

Non sappiamo da dove cominciare…
Avevamo prenotato almeno 3 settimane prima, ma arrivati al locale inizialmente notiamo confusione tra il personale non convinto della nostra prenotazione. Si convincono e ci fanno sedere, ma anche dopo aver ordinato continuano a chiederci a che nome avessimo prenotato. Personale scortese, ci lascia intendere dall’atteggiamento che ci sia un trattamento di serie A per alcuni clienti e un trattamento di serie B per altri.
Con riguardo al cibo, l’antipasto crudo era pessimo e non fresco, mentre il polpo era gommoso difficile da mandare giù e non amalgamanti con il condimento di agrumi.
I primi possiamo dire abbastanza buoni, specialmente la pasta mista.
Conto salatissimo, da più di 100 euro a persona, sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità del cibo e alla scortesia del personale.
Carina soltanto la location.
Da evitare!

Really nice food but terrible staff - rude and pushing people to leave to welcome more people. Would recommend going there if you are comfortable having a quick dinner but not enjoy a chill evening as they will push you to leave and ignore you as you speak to them.

Posizionato a pochi passi dal porto di Panarea, i Cusiritati si presenta con un ambiente elegante, staff cortese e una cucina impeccabile.
Menu offre una scelta alla carta o un percorso degustativo. Carta dei vini ampia che rende omaggio alla Sicilia e menu dei dolci golosissimo.

Location elegante con vista spettacolare. Portate con abbinamenti particolari e squisiti. Servizio molto curato. Personale molto gentile e garbato. Ampia scelta di vini.

Really excellent experience, we booked last minute and though they were already full, managed to accommodate us anyway. The service was excellent - friendly and warm. The food was wonderful, in particular the spaghetti alla chitarra and the amberjack carpaccio. Not the cheapest place in town but top food, top atmosphere and top service. Highly recommend

Great dinner. Service was friendly and attentive, great recommendations and nice atmosphere. Food was excellent especially relative to other restaurants in town which are just as expensive and nowhere near the level of this restaurant. Would definitely recommend and go back next time we are in Panarea.

Incredibile... Non credo che possa esistere un ristorante che faccia pagare 10 euro per un coperto. Non c'erano le posate d'oro e nemmeno le tovaglie di seta. Un piatto di pasta meno che mediocre 30 euro. Un calice di vino 12 euro. Tenetevi alla larga.

Il posto più bello e più buono di Panarea. Ogni anno tappa fissa a Panarea con i nostri amici, ma questo ristorante risulta essere il più buono in assoluto. Bellissima vista e personale altamente professionale.

The restaurant itself was beautiful and so the location. Jazz music was playing and together with the view on the sea and how the restaurant is decorated a beautiful ambience was created.
The service wasn’t that good. We arrived to an empty restaurant and had to search for the personal by entering the interior and even there we had to speak up to be noticed.
Coming to the food, we rlly enjoyed the appetizers that were served before the dish. Unfortunately these created a high expectation for the main dish we ordered. That expectation wasn’t even met the slightest. The spaghetti were not fully cooked and there was a lack of taste. The calamari wasn’t bad at the first but after eating for a while it became evident that even that dish had a lack of taste. The food became boring and we had the urge to pay and leave asap.
As we went in to ask for the bill we were stopped saying a dessert will be served.
A small cone with pistachio ice cream, which made us less sad about the money that was spent on the food.
All in all we hope the restaurant just messed this time so the high price can be justified somehow.

I went 5 times in 2 weeks. By far my favorite restaurant in Panarea. Frederika, the owner is amazing, passionate and knowledgeable. Try the pasta in fish stew! Great tasting menu. For a gourmet restaurant in Panarea the prices are fair - $20-30 for first, and $30-40 for second. Location is gorgeous overlooking the sea and the design/tableware are all highly considered.
