Venire a mangiare qui è un'esperienza unica e speciale! Cibo vegano o vegetariano di stagione ottimo, servizio super simpatico, ambiente casalingo che non si trova da altre parti!
Super consigliato per chi ha voglia di prendersi il tempo di mangiare bene!

Absolutely amazing meal. All vegetarian and vegan. Including vegan cannoli! Leggio sandwich and ravioli was delicious. Lovely family owned spot off the beaten path a bit. Highly recommended!

The closest experience to eating in family in all of Sicily. The food here does not only feed the belly, but the heart as well. Open every single day at lunch and dinner, in an excellent location, the kids are happy with all of the available toys, couples can have some privacy, there's a variety of high quality food, prepared on sight, and the personal is both beautiful and radiant. I've promised to return until I've tasted all of the menu.

La esperienza più approssima a mangiare in famiglia in tutta la Sicilia. Il cibo qui non alimenta solamente la pancia, ma anche il cuore. Aperto tutti li giorni, pranzo e cena, locazione ottima, bambini sono felice con tutti le giocattoli disponibili, le coppie possono avere la privacy, il cibo e variato, di alta qualità, anche fatto a la vista, e il personale e bello e radiante. Ho promesso di tornare finché non avrò assaggiato tutti il menù.

Magnifique expérience dans cet univers enfantin. Des plats préparés avec des produits frais sous nos yeux, dans la salle de restauration et servis par un couple touchant. Tout est délicieux ainsi que le vin de table. Des cannoli exquis, les meilleurs du séjour ! Étape gastronomique à faire assurément. 69euros à 2, entrée,plat,dessert et 1litre de vin rouge. Une valeur sûre à Syracuse☺️.

Locale davvero particolare con piatti esclusivamente vegetariani/vegani. I proprietari puntano molto sulla freschezza del prodotto, ma se è tutto pieno i tempi di attesa sono biblici. Preparano l'ordine di un tavolo per volta. Manca un po' di organizzazione e forse una persona di aiuto in più. L'attesa è ripagata dai piatti, tutti molto buoni e preparati con amore.

Zenzero non è un luogo dove andare solamente a mangiare... è un luogo dove fermarsi.
Sono andato più volte con persone diverse e tutte hanno esclamato “qui devo tornare con…” (ognuno di loro voleva portare una persona cara) ed è questa la sensazione che ti lascia Zenzero… di benvoluto.
Come andare a mangiare da una persona a cui vuoi bene…
Vieni, siediti, stacca il cellulare e goditi il momento che poi al resto ci si pensa.

Ein toller gemütlicher Ort. Absolute Ruhe , fernab des Tourismus. Ein älteres Ehepaar sorgt sich hier im jedes Wohl. Mit großer Hingabe. Ihr müsst hier essen :)

It wasn't just about food, it was about the experience. I felt like I was, for a short period of time, living with an Italian family enjoying a home made meal together.
I ordered bruschetta vegetarian for starter, pasta pesto for first course and burik for the second course.
I enjoyed them all as they were all delicately prepared and were distinguishable in taste.
Definitely recommend it for a fine meal in Syracuse, Ortigia.

Abbiamo scoperto casualmente Zenzero passeggiando per le viuzze di Ortigia. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, adatto sia per coppie che per piccoli gruppi. I proprietari sono davvero cari e preparano le pietanze sul momento con cucina a vista. Gli ingredienti sono freschi e l’offerta del menù molto ampia. Anche la selezione di birre artigianali è davvero invitante!

My favourite dining experience of the trip. Love the focus on fresh, seasonal, local vegetables and home style cooking. My young girls were made welcome and enjoyed playing with the selection of toys and spotting unusual things on the wall whilst we waited for everything to be prepared in the tiny kitchen space. It's really cosy and relaxing. Very grateful to our hosts.

Ein wirkliches Kleinod - Familienbetrieb im positivsten Sinn☺. Er kocht und Sie schmeißt den Laden mit einer Seelenruhe. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet - vegane Optionen - beim Aufräumen wird noch live mitgesungen ????.
Bring etwas Zeit mit und entspanne dich in einer schattigen Seitengasse ????.

Completely different vegetarian or vegan restaurante. Like a Sicilian home. Very lovely place. Good music and wine, very unique food, a slow and very akkurate kitchen. We had a very relaxing evening there.

Une jolie expérience culinaire à tenter. A recommander en particulier si l'on souhaite une séance "détox". Evidemment on est loin de l'excellente cuisine sicilienne mais ce petit restaurant très familial offre une expérience touchante au milieu d'un bric à brac plein de charme.
