Fantastic experience here. The presentation was beautiful and at times a bit whimsical with unique serving dishes. Flavors were incredible, would come back any time I find myself in Lyon!

Amazing! Such a lovely place, with great service, such tasty food made with love by an italian woman chef. We had the grand menu and the italian menu and we lived a magical culinary experience. Everything was delicious and above our expectations. Highly recomand! I think its a must in Lyon.

Il y as assez des voyageurs, mais c’était vraiment le plus excellent restaurant dans deux semaines de vacance en France. Le service, des vins sont incroyables, mais les plats- le foie gras nous a fait presque pleurer de joie.

We spent a magical evening hosted by the charming Alban Perez and his incredibly talented colleagues who prepared two delightful set menus for us on a warm spring night this March. Every dish was a work of art in both appearance and taste; I had the Menu Balade végétarien and my partner had the Menu Balade and we loved every bite. Every course that arrived was elevated by Alban's explanations—we were very curious—and wit. Afterward, Viviana came out to greet us and we had a wonderful chat about her professional journey from her home in Naples, Italy to Belgium, Norway, and elsewhere in Europe -- always cooking in Michelin-starred establishments -- before she ended up in Lyon. This is a warm, family-run restaurant without pretension or pomp; everyone pulls together and works hard to create magic for their guests every night. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is only a matter of time before it earns a star!

Merveilleuse découverte. Nous avons choisi un menu qui promettait un "Voyage en Italie", et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. Ce fut une succession de très belles saveurs, valorisées par un accord des vins parfait. Un grand merci aux chefs et à toute l'équipe pour cette soirée très réussie.

Outstanding kitchen! Every dish we tried was excellent. Visited with 2 young children, I was amazed when they finished their pasta and asked for additional one;) pleasant but not annoying service. 100% will return when will be in Lyon again. Thank you for perfect experience!

Un endroit paisible avec un beau cadre, une cuisine raffinée de l'amuse bouche au dessert. Le pain est fait maison, le service est souriant et attentionné.

Une expérience gustative que je ne suis pas près d'oublier... Le Menu Balade végétarien, un délice des amuses-bouches aux mignardises, est très sophistiqué. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié l'inspiration italienne que l'on retrouve dans chaque plat.
Mon père aussi s'est régalé avec son Menu Balade au Boeuf d'Argent.
Nous avons tous les deux trouvé que les portions sont parfaitement adaptées, on en ressort léger mais repu !
Enfin, dans ce restaurant familial l'équipe est accueillante et le service chaleureux.

Au départ très content d'effectuer une réservation pour partager un moment avec mon amie qui venait d'avoir 40 ans.
Confiant étant donné la réputation du restaurant et sa présence dans cette très belle rue.
Pour résumer assez simplement : endroit joli, accueil et service parfaits. Malheureusement, le menu fut assez déceptif. Plats bien cuisinés mais un menu truffé dans lequel on ne retrouve qu'une saveur lointaine de truffe et très peu de véritable truffe.
Qu'on se comprenne, c'était bon, mais le rapport qualité prix, lui, n'est pas bon.
60 euros pour un menu déjeuner.
Et surtout, 30 euros (!) pour deux petits cocktails non remarquables et 20 euros pour deux verres de Côtes du Rhône 2024.
Deux personnes. Addition à 170 euros. Pour un menu qui en vaudrait selon moi deux fois moins, au vu de ce que l'on trouve aujourd'hui sur Lyon et alentours.

Absolutely delightful restaurant. Impeccable service, wonderful food and a great setting. Superb cocktails and wine list. Choose from one of several “set” menus. An excellent choice in Lyon.

High end French food with many courses

Un sans-faute, de l’entrée au dessert, en passant par la sélection des vins. Des équilibres parfaits sur l’ensemble des plats, avec une mention spéciale pour le pain maison de la cheffe Viviana. Bravo à tous !

First time in Lyon and we stumbled upon this gem. The food is exquisite, with every dish thoughtfully explained, a flavor bomb in each. Arguably the best meal we’ve had since arriving in France. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Where do I even begin? This was hands down, without question, the best dining experience I have ever had and likely ever will.

I had some last minute unplanned travel changes that landed me in Lyon for a few days. Being the gastronomic capital of France, I wanted to dine at as many Michelin Star restaurants as I could. As fortune would have it, I only had a day or two in advance, so I was only able to reserve a table at one. That meant I had time to visit a little restaurant my friend told me I absolutely HAD to try. I'm so glad I took his advice. Words can't do justice to how truly incredible it was, but I'll do my best to describe my experience...

Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was very nice but not pretentious. The kind of place you could go to dressed up for a very special occasion or dressed casually for a delicious lunch. I was dressed very casually and felt as welcome as the man dressed to the nines a few tables from me.

Service: 5

I don't typically write reviews about service because, frankly, I care much more about the food. However, the service here was so above and beyond excellent, I had to include it. My waiter was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but was genuinely kind. I could really tell how much he cared about me and my experience and how passionate he was about the food he was serving. I had similar positive interactions with the rest of the staff as well. In fact, the chef personally reached out to me on Instagram to thank me for mentioning them in my stories. How cool is that?!

I honestly don't know how to even put the food into words. It was indescribably delicious. Every aspect of the meal, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect. No exaggeration, my brain released so much dopamine in response to the meal, I legitimately felt high for at least an hour afterwards. I didn't even know food could do that. It was really that good.

In conclusion:

I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. It's been over a year since I've been and I still think about it almost daily. I feel no need to return to Lyon except to eat here again. You can bet I'll go well out of my way to return. If you have an opportunity, GO!

To the staff, thank you SO much for everything. Dining with you was by far the best part of my trip to France. I can't wait to see you again someday soon!
