Superbe nouveau restaurant installé au château de Clermont. Un vrai restaurant gastronomique, avec une très belle carte de vins locaux et français. Un vrai plaisir de manger à l'ombre avec la vue sur le château.
Expérience à recommander absolument !

Celebrated a special occasion at l'Auberge, set in a small picturesque village next to the Château de Clermont. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality / price point of the peaceful setting, tasty food, and the team's excellent service.

You can tell the team cares about what they're doing. We appreciated the attention to detail placed in the selection of the ingredients, the precise cooking and interesting combinations of flavors (without it being too strange), the beautiful plating of the food, and the quality of service. Each dish was a beautiful gift to discover with all your senses.

We chose le menu Arche, and added the special entrée of langoustine over a bed of pasta stuffed with mushrooms served in a gorgeous sauce made from the langoustine's shells. The pasta and langoustine was perfectly al dente, and the sauce was so so good! In lieu of licking my plate clean, I used a piece of housemade rye bread to soak up all that delicious sauce!

As Chef Vincent Adam plans on renewing the menu every 3 weeks to highlight new seasonal ingredients, we plan on returning again soon!

Dined here for our wedding anniversary and it was excellent: the auberge is right next to the château de Clermont, a beautiful historical setting with no cars or other traffic. The food was very nice with interesting and surprising combinations, all very well paired and balanced in terms of taste and crunch. The presentation of the food and the plating was very nice as well. The pricing is very reasonable, in particular when taking the quality into account.

The chef clearly knows and loves what he is doing and so does the service staff. The auberge will see more of us soon!

L'auberge de Clermont offre une atmosphère élégante et intime ,idéale pour une soirée romantique ou entre amis Dés notre arrivée ,nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel. les serveurs étaient très professionnels ,attentif et toujours prêts à répondre a nos questions . La qualité des plats est tout simplement exceptionnelle . Chaque plat est une œuvre d'art, tant sur le plan visuel que gustatif .Les saveurs sont parfaitement équilibrées et les ingrédients Locaux sont d'une grande fraicheur. Je recommande vivement l'auberge de Clermont .C'est un endroit parfait pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir avec la cuisine raffinée de Vincent Adam et sont équipe .

Une superbe soirée organisée par des amis pour fêter ma retraite ???? Très bonne table dans un superbe cadre, loin de l’agitation à Annecy en plein mois d’août !! Le service est au petit soin. En amoureux ou pour fêter un événement, c’est l’endroit parfait !! Je recommande. Sabine
