We stayed in Le Mas Perreal in late June/early July as a base for exploring that area of Provence. The existing reviews are all pretty clear and you can't go wrong. Hosts were friendly, and extremely helpful with suggestions and dinner reservations (including a lavender field we'd not have known about). This IS an older farmhouse in Provence, so if you are looking for central AC or room service, look elsewhere. What you will get is a quiet stay in the middle of vineyards. As we were in the studio and not part of the b&b plan, we did a couple breakfasts (which I'd highly recommend). The private patio was great for wine following a day of exploring. Definitely would stay here again if or when we return to the area.

Perréal is set in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park; so you will not be disappointed by the views. It is relaxed and yet polished. The food is excellent as is the wine from the vineyard.||We enjoyed an intimate three course dinner, which was great value. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and we met Atilla the cat. ||We will certainly be back. |

So liebevoll wie die Landschaft, so liebevoll und völlig entspannt führen Kevin und Elisabeth seit vielen Jahren dieses so traumhaft gelegene Gästehaus und daran hat sich auch seit unserem letzten Besuch vor 14 Jahren nichts geändert. Einzige Veränderung für uns - dieses Mal sind wir gleich an vier Tagen in den Genuss des Frühstücks gekommen. Danach sollte man sich auf alle Fälle etwas Bewegung gönnen. Ob Quiche Lorraine, Apfel-Crepes oder Omelette - alles war wirklich vom Feinsten und hätte allein den Besuch verdient. Dafür besonderen Dank! Der "Rest" - viel provencalische Ruhe, Traumblick und morgens und abends ein umwerfendes Licht. Die Lage bekommt ebenfalls 5 Sterne. Bonne chance et surtout santé. Cordialement Katrin et Sven

Dreamlike experience: quiet, beautiful, in a great position to explore Vaucluse and Luberon. Kevin and Elisabeth are the best hosts around here. The day u leave this place will be painful.

What a truly beautiful stay. The spacious room was impeccable, a typical "rustic opulence" French Mas feel. The bathroom was spacious with a separate bathtub and large walk in shower, the beds were luxuriously comfortable decked out with crisp linen sheets, the enormous garden and pool a delightful way to relax at the end of the day. Best of all were the homemade, elaborate breakfasts that kept us full until dinner.

We hesitated between staying in a small village or just outside of town. The starry nights and peaceful silence only pierced by the crickets singing made us realize that we made the right decision for our vacation. We walked to town for dinner several nights after relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon with our glass of wine. Walking home from town in the evening was the perfect length for a leisurely stroll to work off a full meal.

The location was ideal. Though we visited the region extensively every day during our 10 days there, we rarely drove more than 30 minutes to get where we wanted to go. We were in town for a wedding which happened to be next door in a very expensive hotel. However, after several of their guests visited us, they all agreed that next year they would prefer to stay at the Mas Perreal. Thank you Kevin and Elisabeth for being truly wonderful hosts.
