A l'occasion des Estivales d'Obernai, nous avons réservé la "Balcony Suite" . L'emplacement est exceptionnel, du balcon, la vue est plongeante sur la scène où se déroule le spectacle.|Cette mini suite, rénovée avec goût, est très bien agencée, d'une propreté irréprochable, très fonctionnelle. |L'accueil est à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, personnel très souriant et soucieux du bien être des clients.|Le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix tant sur le sucré que le salé. Le café est délicieux grâce à une machine haut de gamme.|Une petite suggestion : il serait agréable pour les clients d'avoir, à la réception, une fontaine à eau à disposition ainsi que bouteille en verre afin de bénéficier d'eau fraîche dans la chambre.|Excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.|R. Excellent accueil personnel très agréable et à l écoute. Très bel hôtel les chambres d une propreté exemplaire climatisée ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié en arrivant vu la chaleur extérieur ! Petit déjeuner appétissant et le choix est présent. Je recommande vivement ! Et encore un grand merci au personnel pour leur professionnalisme qui ont rendu notre séjour agréable.

We had a perfect experience at Hotel la Diligence! The staff were friendly and accommodating with our request for a reservation the day of arrival and a last-minute upgrade to a larger room. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym is small but does the job for a short stay. And the location right on the main plaza was perfect for walking anywhere in the village. We can't wait to return to Obernai and the Hotel la Diligence!

Wunderschönes kleines Boutiquehotel inmitten der Altstadt von Obernai, ideal für die kleine Auszeit zwischendurch! Bemerkenswert sind die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, das sehr gute Frühstückt und vor allem das freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Team, das für eine intim-familiäre Atmosphäre sorgt.

Ik stuurde het hotel twee keer een e-mail (adres conform website hotel) met een hele simpele vraag (over keuze lits jumeax of grand lit). Helaas kregen we geen enkele reactie; niet overdag, niet ‘s avonds en ook niet de volgende dag na een herinnering mijnerzijds.
Wat een slechte service. Jammer! Wij zullen dan ook nooit naar dit hotel gaan.

Hotel was right on the main (only) plaza. The staff was professional but friendly. Breakfast was very nice with several juice choices. The view from the breakfast area was delightful. Air conditioning was needed and very good. Bed was comfortable and well appointed. We had a refrigerator that chilled our Alva’s Riesling quickly. |I can recommend this village and this hotel.

Das La Diligence liegt mitten am Marktplatz (mit dem PKW kann man jedoch außerhalb der Stadtmauer stets kostenlos parken und ist in 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß am Hotel). Der Blick auf die Stadt ist schön, die Zimmer sind gepflegt und ordentlich. Wer ausschlafen möchte, sollte die Fenster zulassen, da die Franzosen fleißige Frühaufsteher sind (von der Müllabfuhr bis zur Gastro-Versorgung geht es teils zu sehr früher Stunde los). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Atmosphäre empfand ich als stets freundlich und eher zurückhaltend. Das Zimmer und auch der Frühstücksraum war angenehm klimatisiert.

Ayant séjourné deux nuitées dans cet agréable hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la charmante ville d’Obernai, nous avons été particulièrement satisfait par l'accueil, la propreté et l'aménagement de la chambre et des espaces communs. Une note toute particulière pour le petit-déjeuner si bien assorti et préparé à base de produits locaux des plus délicieux. Merci aux personnels pour leur investissement.

François Baly, the Hotel Director, and his wonderful team were welcoming, efficient and professional. They took excellent care of us and thoughtfully presented my husband with a delicious bottle of cremant for his birthday.|The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows (we even bought 2 pillows!). We were given a room with a beautiful view of the town square and the church. A special thank you to Emilie and Clara for taking care of our dinner reservations during the long holiday weekend. We will definitely stay at La Diligence again and thank everyone for making our stay so comfortable.

Es war schön. Gutes Frühstücken. Aufmerksames Empfangen. Zimmer ordentlich und gut. Das Bad sehr klein und eng. |Das reicht an Bewertungstext. Ich soll jetzt weiterschreiben, um die 300 Zeichen vollzumachen? Das ist ja wirklich sehr dämlich.

Great hotel in a very good location in a charming town, close to all the local restaurants.
Hotel is nicely renovated with quite spacious rooms, there’s a bar and restaurant downstairs as well. No big complains about our stay except that the rooms had no spoons, no free water provided, which you’d assume would be a standard in such a hotel.
We paid for breakfast as well which was good for the price, eggs however were inedible and tasted like they were made from powder, bread such as the rye and the pumpernickel were stale which was disappointing.
For the price I would stay here again.

Fantastique, les chambres sont très belles, confortables et la literie est parfaite. Le personnel est très accueillant et l'hôtel profite d'une situation idéale en centre ville avec restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Je recommande vivement d'y séjourner

We spent 5 nights here .Great location, very quiet, delightful staff, all very helpful.Loved the dog too.
Only one critisim, we would have liked more fresh fruit at breakfast , although we did enjoy the strawberries on one morning, delicious..

Premier passage dans cet hôtel et extrêmement satisfaite de l'accueil et des services proposés. Un personnel vraiment aux petits soins qui a embelli mon séjour. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est également à la hauteur. Et le top du top : une localisation parfaite sur la magnifique place du marché, en plein centre ville historique d'Obernai. Courrez-y !!!

Mitten im Ort. Viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Frühstück sehr gut. Öffentliche Parkplätze in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen (kostenlos). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch zum Hund.

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement avec nos 2 chiens, ce qui est notable. Établissement décoré avec goût, carte réduite avec des plats de qualités et de belles découvertes locales. Mention très bien au serveur, souriant, à l’écoute et attentif. À découvrir absolument!

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel in het dorp en in het wijngebied. Goede uitvalsbasis voor diverse uitstapjes. Heerlijk ontbijt. Keurige kamers met een fijne regendouche. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. We hebben genoten en bevelen het zeker aan!

La chambre était très moderne et confortable, avec une mention spéciale pour les produits Nuxe mis à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est hyper complet et quali.
Et surtout… un énorme coup de cœur pour la mascotte de l’hôtel, Romy, une adorable cocker qui apporte un capital sympathie à ce lieu déjà très accueillant. Un hôtel haut de gamme dog-friendly, chose rare! Bravo
Enfin, j’ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir rester travailler tranquillement dans les alcôves prévues à cet effet même après le check-out, un vrai plus pour les voyageurs pro.
Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
