Do not visit Chateau Des Alpilles! It will make you want to quit your job and move to France!! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, the staff is wonderful, and the food. THE FOOD!!! The food is fantastic. The meal we had at the hotel was the best meal I had throughout our entire trip. Make sure to make a reservation, even if you’re a hotel guest. I looked forward to breakfast every day. The butter is next level. You think that the hotel can’t possibly be as beautiful as the photos show, but it IS!

Also, the town of St. remy was my favorite “small” town we visited. Wonderful local shops, gelato, and just incredibly charming.

Special shoutout to Vlad! He was the most helpful member of the staff. Incredible recommendations for food and activities. Whatever Vlad says to do, you do it!

I can’t believe I only discovered this place now. We stopped here for just one night on our way back from Burgundy, but I instantly wished we had stayed longer. Everything—from the food to the atmosphere—was absolutely wonderful. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between relaxed and refined, and the cuisine was a true highlight: thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It felt like a hidden gem that deserves to be savored slowly. I would love to return and spend a few more days here next time.

The suite was equipped with everything we could have wished for, including an exceptionally comfortable bed, a cozy seating area, and a luxurious bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi tub. We couldn’t recommend Le Château des Alpilles more! Our stay was perfect. While we loved exploring the charming town of St. Rémy, the beauty and tranquility of the château made it hard to leave the grounds. Every part of the grounds feels like something out of a dream, from the tree-lined entry to the elegant interiors in the castle.||||Make sure to make reservations for dinner - the food was exceptional, and the cheese plate was to die for. We also really enjoyed happy hour beneath the hundred year old plane trees—sipping cocktails there was a highlight of our trip.||||Le Chateau des Alpilles was a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and authenticity. We can't wait to come back!

This hotel is sublime. The rooms are spacious and bright, the staff is friendly and efficient, the food is great, and the grounds are beautiful, the location is quiet but close to St. Remy. We've been here a couple of times and it never disappoints.

Старинный дом постройки начала 19 века рядом с Сен-Реми-де-Прованс. Открыт как отель с 1980г. Очень большая территория, правда не вся благоустроена. При отеле есть вместительная парковка, бассейн, теннисный корт; в самом здании находится хороший ресторан, бар. |Интерьер замка меня особенно порадовал - фото прилагаю.

Maya et toute la famille étaient tellement chaleureuses. Ils nous ont reçus comme des invités qui faisaient partie de la famille. On a eu un séjour vraiment exceptionnel.

This is a review of the restaurant only. We dined here at lunch to celebrate a special birthday. The outdoor setting and building are both exquisite and transport you to another time. Service was prompt, polite, and efficient. Meal was memorable and food was a treat in both taste and aesthetics. Highlights were the amuse bouche soup which was creamy but not overly heavy and perfectly seasoned. A small chickpea fritter was the perfect foil in terms of providing another texture and colour but not stealing the taste show. I had the stuffed zucchini flower which was stuffed with a smoked cheese and a vegetable purée. For my main I had the tuna which was delectable and a very generous portion. I ended with the chocolate tartelette which was rich and decadent. This is the perfect spot for a special meal or if you are craving the French countryside experience. We enjoyed every second!

Sind etwa fünf Jahre hintereinander hier zum Urlaub gewesen.
Wirklich tolle Szenerie, allein schon die Baum- Allle, wirklich bemerkenswert.
Gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr ruhig, grosse Parkanlage.
Zimmer im Altbau oder in Nebengebäude wählbar.
Unsere 2 Zimmer waren im Nebengebäude, Blick Hinterhof, unten befanden sich wohl Tonnen, nicht immer leise!
Badezimmer neu renoviert, gut gemacht!
Was gar nicht ging: Das Verhalten des Servicepersonals und der Chefin betreffend unseres Anliegens beim "Menu Degustation" an einem der Abende. Unsere Frage wurde sowohl von dem Service, der am Tisch bediente als auch von der Chefin schlicht negiert, ignoriert und einfach übergangen.
Eine Frechheit, die dazu führen wird, dass wir uns zukünftig freundlichere Logements in der Gegend, die wirklich charmant ist, suchen werden.
Eigentlich schade......

Restaurant : plats raffinés, entrée St Jacques bonne mais pour 25euros on s'attendait à être plus surpris gustativement. Idem pour le plat, le saumon, 4 bouts d'artichaut, la sauce et voilà 40euros. J'ai dîné dans d'autres gastronomiques et un étoilé à Salon où l'on comprend mieux les tarifs, on est surpris par les saveurs, on déguste. Là, rien de plus qu'on pourrait faire à la maison désolé. Sauf le dessert oui très bon.
Bref tres cher pour la qualité et quantité, abusif quand même, déçus.

Where do I start. This place is an absolute dream. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed warmly by Vladislav. The rooms were elegant yet modern and the chateau grounds were nothing short of breathtaking with the rows of trees lining the entrance seemingly waving to you as you enter the grounds each time.

Now, what made this place exceptional was their hospitality and unparalleled attention to detail of their guests’ needs.

We had been walking back from the town centre and the roads were quite dark. It happened that Catherine drove past and saw us. To our surprise, minutes later, Leonie drove out specially to pick us up. We were really touched. That’s just one of the many little gestures and touches, including coming to set the room for bedtime every evening.

On our last day before check out, there were some works in the estate. They were very apologetic and made it up so generously. Our stay was nothing short of amazing - we felt right at home, and will certainly be back.

Special mention to Vladislav for his always approachable, warm disposition and his humor. Always there to take care of your every need. We will see you back next season ;)

For our first trip to Provence, we chose Le Chateau des Alpilles and it did not disappoint! What a place. The whole property is perfectly stunning. We had many meals at the hotel which were incredible. And we had the best time using the amenities - a massage, rode electric bikes around town and enjoyed the pool. Vlad was extra helpful in giving us a route to ride the bikes which was perfect. Thank you to a wonderful team for making our 10 year anniversary trip so special!

We loved it! Graceful, very comfortable accommodation set in large, beautiful grounds, a very friendly and excellent team and the dinner there was the best and most enjoyable we had while in Provence. We want to come back.
