One of the best hotels we ever stayed, and we visited 50+ countries and hotels! Staff is great and friendly, Joia and the brother and wonderful and they always make you feel home. The room was cosy and super clean, as well as furnished with decor and taste. Great for pool and relax as well as very centrally located in the village and a short drive to St. Remy.
We also managed to charge our EV which is always a plus.
We would definitely recommend it to everyone and keep this place a beautiful gem like it is!

????: L’emplacement est parfait, la bâtisse et les pièces sont absolument magnifiques et très chics. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et aux petits soins. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient parfaites..
????: La restauration bien que très bonne est trop chere (mais c’est presque un détail tant le reste est parfait).

????: The location itself is beautiful and the Vietnamese family hired to run the service is friendly..
????: The hotel is run by an incredibly unprofessional owner that treats their guests unacceptable. When we wanted to check out during the requested time nobody was available to review our expenses. The owner then told us via phone she would send the expenses for review before invoicing from our credit card. Ultimately they charged us 60 EUR for breakfast we did not have and did not even wait for our correction complaint. I even told the owner on the phone WHEN ASKED if we had breakfast that we had none and she still invoiced. The handling afterwards is even more unprofessional because instead of correcting the credit card charge she now wants me to send my banking details for a wire transfer. ALL of this when a night is 400€+. Absolutely ridiculous.
Also, when in the hotel do not expect to be treated like one. The place is totally understaffed, when you need something you need to walk across the whole property to find someone.
Do not go, find another place nice..

This is one of the most incredible hotels I have ever seen in my life. The design is absolutely exquisite and the ambiance is perfect. I cannot imagine anything better and I am super picky! An absolute must if you are in Provence!

This hotel is disgusting. The room had bugs crawling everywhere and a strong, chemical smell. The pool water was cloudy and grey — it looked like a swamp. All four of us developed skin or throat issues during the stay.
We tried to report this to the front desk, but the two older supervisors (an older man and woman) refused to help or offer a room change. Their attitude was rude and dismissive. The only decent staff member was a younger man who tried to assist us, but clearly had no authority.
This place should not be operating. Absolutely avoid it.

This was one of the most stressful hotel stays I’ve ever had. There were live insects all over the room — on the floor, walls, even next to the pillows. I couldn’t sleep, and I developed allergic reactions including skin rashes and throat irritation. The swimming pool water was also extremely cloudy, like it hadn’t been cleaned at all.
The older managers at the front desk were completely unhelpful and refused to let us change rooms. One younger staff member with an Asian appearance was polite and tried to comfort us, but overall, the hotel was a disaster.

????: While the hotel is overall peaceful and relaxing, several aspects fell well below expectations for a 5-star property.
During the low season, there were no dining options available, and the breakfast was by far the most careless and minimal I’ve had at any luxury hotel. The spa was particularly disappointing — the bottom of the pool had visible peeling paint, and after soaking for just over 20 minutes, my eyes began to sting so badly I couldn’t keep them open. It was the first time I’ve ever left a hotel spa early and had no desire to return.
Everything else was fine, but for a hotel with a 5-star label, these issues should not be happening.and no cabs at all in the town.

3 jours dans ce superbe lieu à la décoration épurée. Même esprit que l’hôtel particulier à Arles.|Déambulations dans des espaces sublimes qui prêtent au repos. Chambres exceptionnelles et minimalistes. Services limités mais cela est connu avant la réservation. |Le bruit de la route adjacente est bien couvert par les fontaines. |Les piscines même non chauffées sont agréables. |Petit bémol concernant les petits déjeuners qui sont inégaux et parfois insuffisants. Concernant l’œuf payant : incompréhensible ! Nous sommes prêts à payer une chambre 7 euros de plus mais pas à commander en extra un œuf non compris dans le petit déjeuner.|Certainement une source d’amélioration même si le séjour ne se résume pas aux défauts des petits déjeuners…

Struttura di nuova apertura e curata nei minimi dettagli, la struttura rimessa a nuovo con stile
È molto elegante e tranquilla, offre zone relax che fanno staccare il cervello del tutto.
Ovviamente non per tutti, bisogna apprezzare lo stile ed il contesto in cui ci si trova, non il solito carrozzone turistico.
Apprezzatissimo e ci ha regalato un soggiorno unico!

????: Главный и большой минус - это сервис и услуги. Нет ощущения, что ты приехал в отель, и о тебе позаботятся.
- При заселении был 1 сотрудник, он ничего не рассказал и не показал, и на мои вопросы отвечал неохотно и повторял, чтобы я спросила все завтра. Первое впечатление было испрочено.
- Никакого welcome drink, даже воду не предложили при заезде, и это отель 5 звезд. В номерах нет ни чая, ни кофе.
- Хамам нерабочий, он холодный и так и не нагрелся, для меня это было важно. А в конце включили его в счет, хотя никто не предупреждал, что он платный (что тоже странно для отеля 5 звезд). Потом из счета убрали..

Si la note de 6/5 était possible nous l’aurions attribué ! Cet endroit est merveilleux tant par sa beauté que par l’âme que lui a donné sa propriétaire. Tout est pur, confortable, entretenu, épuré, chic. Tout est parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin et discret. La nourriture est excellente. Il n’y a que très peu de clients en même temps, nous avons ainsi le temps de tout apprécier, surtout le calme. Nous sommes venus avec notre fille de deux an et demi, parfaitement bien accueillie. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude. Merci infiniment.

A haven of tranquility, very tastefully renovated and decorated. If you like absolute calm in a serene setting, then this place is for you. We stayed here twice for a week in 2019 and 2023. We found a lavish and original breakfast buffet, very large rooms, and an almost medieval charm. Even when fully booked, you likely will find a spot to be on your own in the different corners of the outdoor spaces. The reason we won’t be going here anymore is that the staff took some irreplaceable object of value from our room, the one moment we forgot to lock it in the safe. Not a problem for us, but possibly for some: some of the staff—e.g., the service at breakfast—did not speak French nor English.

Venus en couple pour la cinquième fois pour célébrer un nouvel anniversaire de mariage , on aime toujours autant la beauté pure immaculée du lieu, la quiétude, la décoration soigneuse , simple mais réfléchie avec chaque objet chinée ( par la délicieuse maîtresse des lieux Mme Pagès) à leur place comme si ils avaient été toujours là !
Un lieu hors du temps où l'on en a envie de se cloîtrer à 2 pour l'éternité!!! ????❤️

I was motivated to write this review after seeing the hotel's 4.2-star rating on Google, which I feel does not fully capture its true quality. It appears that almost all of the lower ratings stem from nearly identical reviews from a single wedding party, skewing the overall perception unfairly.
This hotel is one of the most unique and stunning places we've stayed, with beautifully tranquil grounds that smell wonderful.
Although the hotel lacks some amenities typically found in 5-star establishments, such as a full spa or room service, our experience surpassed that of many other high-end hotels. The staff was very friendly and eager to help, despite varied levels of English proficiency, and the housekeeping was top-notch — our room was meticulously refreshed daily. Despite our late check-in at 1:30 AM, a staff member named Van was waiting with a luggage trolley to greet us. There are three small pools on the grounds, which is more than enough given the limited number of rooms.
The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the town center, which offers several boulangeries and restaurants. Breakfast and lunch options are plentiful; for dinner, it's wise to make reservations or consider a quick 15-minute drive to St. Remy for more dining choices. Despite the fewer offerings, I preferred this location over some of the more popular and crowded, touristy villages.
One improvement — while it’s unclear if the volume of international guests justifies it, having English-speaking staff available to take phone calls would enhance the service. We had several frustrating hang-ups before finally connecting with someone who spoke enough English to assist us.
