Hôtel nulle. Infesté de punaises de lit en 2020 quand j’y ai dormis une nuit le 13 mars 2020. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui j’ai encore des punaises de lit dans mon appartement. Ils ont gâchés ma vie. Si vous voyez ce commentaire, passer votre chemin il y a bien mieux et faites attentions à bien surprendre vos valises on sait jamais avec leurs chambres.

Venu passer un we en famille avec 2 enfants, nous avons été conquis par l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel face à la rade de Villefranche et St Jean cap Ferrat. L’accueil des gérants est chaleureux et très sympathique, digne d’une maison d’hôte. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien dans cet hôtel: une belle salle de petit déjeuner/salon/bar avec terrasse et vue superbe sur la rade, une chambre spacieuse pour 4 avec grande salle de bains, la vue de la chambre est incroyable! Le buffet de petit déjeuner fait maison par les propriétaires passionnés de pâtisserie est extrêmement garni et complet, du salé, des viennoiseries, fruits, gâteaux en tous genres…un choix et une qualité incomparables! Idéalement placé, cet hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement/accueil.
Encore bravo et merci aux gérants pour leur professionnalisme et la simplicité de leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Une vue imprenable sur la baie de Villefranche. Très agréable même en hors saison. Des patrons aux petits soins tout en étant discrets. Je recommande

Un lieu paisible, un super accueil, un petit dejeuner excellent avec vue sur mer. Et en plus ils accueillent les animeaux. Si je dois retourner dans la region, c'est là que j'irai.

It was so-so at best. If "value" is your #1 priority, this will do, but if you're looking for a quality experience, look elsewhere.

We took a 2-week trip across Italy and France, staying in 9 different hotels, and this one was by far the worst experience. It was shocking to us that it had good reviews and even mentioned positively in our guidebook, which were the reasons we felt comfortable booking it in the first place. Perhaps management changed recently... First of all, it is a very basic accommodation, and you should expect to get no service of any kind: we stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights and our rooms were not made up, towels were not replaced, no one offered to help with the bags on our way in or out, even though there are many stairs and no elevators, and there were at least two men who "work" there, who were leisurely standing by, so if you have children or elderly in your group, it might be challenging, there is available parking right outside, but the hotel makes you pay for it, and if you want your laundry done, they'll do it for a hefty charge and return it damp (did it twice with the same result). Secondly (and really, this is the biggest issue), the rooms SMELL! There must be a problem with mold or fungus in the walls, the hotel tries to mask the smell by putting some type of perfumed air fresheners in the rooms, but they only make it worse. We tried everything: air conditioning on and off, open windows and doors, nothing worked, it was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, every time anyone used the bathroom, it would make the entire room reek of sewer for a long time afterwards. We had to sleep with our doors open, which was unsafe and unpleasant. We also found insects (bugs, worms) in our room, including in our beds. Thirdly, the service sucks. The lady at the front desk is rude and treats you as if you're an unwelcome guest in her house. She said "no" to everything. Can we use the jacuzzi? No, it has to be reserved (and 18+ only). Fine, can we reserve it? No, it has already been reserved for the day (it was empty). Can we take the beach towels to the beach? No, they're only for the pool. Can we go to the pool? Yes, but only barefoot, you can't wear flip flops there! She also constantly smokes in the common areas of the hotel. We witnessed her being rude and loud to other guests as well. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Lastly, the location isn't great, unless you're just passing through the town. It is high on the hills, so the views are nice, but it's the sleepy section of town, and to go anywhere where there's life, whether it's the beach in town, restaurants, or nearby Nice, you have to spend at least 10-15 minutes driving down to the coastline (or 40 minutes walking) through the labyrinth of narrow streets. Not the end of the world, but not super convenient. All in, stay away, if you can, you can definitely find better options!

Eravamo in piscina e vedevamo il nostro cagnolino nel nostro giardinetto privato tranquillo e beato.
Ero in jacuzzi ed a 2 metri avevo il mio alloggio....

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sehr dankbar für diese Oase etwas außerhalb vom Trubel Nizzas. Die Besitzer sind herzlich & hundefreundlich, es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und der Pool ist eine super Erfrischung. Viel Erfolg noch.

A very good value hotel. Excellent value for the price. Good sized pool, well maintained and clean. Lovely bar and breakfast area. We loved our outdoor area with chairs outside our room. Very comfortable bed and bedding and powerful air conditioning. Dog and kid friendly. Thank you Emily and team for making us feel welcome. There is also an excellent brasserie and very good patisserie near by.

Ужасный отель, абсолютно не стоит своих денег, обшарпанный старый номер с грязной ванной. Еще и взяли 10 евро за то, что не доели еду на завтраке, вы серьезно? Почему я должна доедать, если она невкусная?
Very bad hotel, absolutely doesn’t cost its money, very old room with dirty bath. Also they took 10 euro, because I didn’t finish my food on breakfast. Are you serious? Why should I finish it, if it’s not good?

Très bon accueil, les gérants sont super. On a l’impression d’être dans une maison d’hôtes, on s’y sent bien.
Une belle terrasse avec vue sur st jean cap ferrat. Service de tapas le soir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien garni il y en a pour tous les goûts et beaucoup de fait maison.
Notre chambre pour quatre était spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et une belle vue sur la mer.
On y retournera volontiers.
