I got engaged here last year and booked through travel adviser. I requested a balcony and they gave me one and also got an awesome seat at the Resturant (which was amazing)! Thank you for being apart of my journey - this is a 5*+ hotel - thankyou

We were really pleased with our stay at the most beautiful place i ever visited. We had Lunch at the outdoor restaurant, L'Oliveraie. It was very quiet there. The stuff was very friendly. We enjoyed every moment.. thanks a lot.

Repas du soir:Inventifs dans des mélanges savants et de nombreux entre plats pour préparer la dégustation suivante, service impeccable pour nous qui aimons la discrétion et l’attention du service pour prévenir nos envies et besoins sans ronds de jambes inutiles et intrusifs.

We come to the South of France often and there is no hotel like Chateau St Martin. Absolutely incredible experience - from the service, to the views, to beautiful rooms, to the quality of the food. Always an incredible, relaxing stay. We look forward to coming back.

Our recent stay at Château Saint-Martin was nothing short of outstanding. Beyond the breathtaking setting and elegant charm of the property — which, in my opinion, is the finest venue in the South of France — what truly elevates the experience is the incredible team.
Every member of the staff went above and beyond, combining warmth, professionalism, and a remarkable attention to detail that made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. From the room touches to the thoughtful service at every turn, everything was perfectly executed.
It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Bravo to the entire team — you’ve created something truly special.

We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights and absolutely loved everything. The service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and very comfortable.
The food was delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavor, with very attentive service. The entire hotel is well-maintained, peaceful, and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
We didn’t try the spa or massage services, and honestly regret not doing so — they looked amazing.

We had an incredible stay here. The decor is impeccable, staff is so professional and courteous, and food was delicious. It was so lovely to get out of the hustle and hustle of Nice (way too many tourists in the summer). We went to the spa and had a mixed experience. My treatment was great. My husband had a mosquito in the room that kept biting the massage therapist and they didn't let her pause or move rooms so it was not as luxurious of an experience as it should have been for the price.

Je ne suis pas surpris de la perte d’une étoile au Michelin - cadre exceptionnel - j’y suis allé cet été mais très décevant - cuisine sans surprise et le dessert lamentable à la pêche avec pour décoration une lamelle de pêche.
Je me suis posé la question comment on peut obtenir une étoile en proposant de tels plats aussi simples . Voilà ma réponse

Incroyablement beau et paisible. Service au top et nourriture excellente. Ne vous laissez pas tromper par les photos et les critiques sur les meubles de style ancien. Cet endroit est classique, lent, glamour à la française et il faut vraiment être là dans ce décor pour l'apprécier. Vous ne pouvez pas battre assis dehors à regarder le coucher du soleil. J'ai hâte de revenir.

We often don't eat at on-site hotel restaurants for dinner so we can explore the surrounding towns. The restaurant at this hotel is an Exception! It was THE BEST DINNER during our 2 week trip to France.
Some of our favorites were soaking in the magnificent view from our balconies, the amazing breakfast on the outdoor terrace, and the dreamy jacuzzi by the spa.
Thank you, Chateau Saint-Martin, for your wonderful hospitality during our stay.
