Nearly two months later, they finally replied just to say that nothing had been found. I honestly don’t care if the items didn’t turn up — but really? Two months?
Every time I received an email, it was from a different staff member who seemed to know less than the previous one. From the very first day after we checked out, I kept calling and was always told they’d “check with housekeeping” — but I never got a proper follow-up until two months had passed.
It’s a shame, because the room itself was stunning. But for the price you pay, you expect a more professional and committed staff.

I will say the breakfast is beautiful and again gardens are serene. But if you're going to spend a small fortune, you might be better off in the city center (like Cannes, or just make your way to st tropez) where the hustle of old town is at your finger tips. I think that if you're looking to stay on property the whole time away from the cities this is a beautiful option.
