Cet établissement a bien changé depuis 2011 où nous y avons organisé notre mariage. Nous nous sommes vus facturer 42 euros des menus enfants (tomates mozarella - poulet frites - boule de glace). Le cadre reste magnifique et le service était impeccable. Malheureusement le côté resort attrape touristes a pris le dessus, les locaux et anciens vont définitivement dîner ailleurs.

Le Domaine du Mas de Pierre est un écrin de paix emprunt d'une élégance et d'un charme remarquables. L'établissement propose une gamme de services luxueux pour toute la famille : un excellent restaurant gastronomique qui propose des saveurs originales avec belle cuisine ouverte, un spa superbe pour se délasser, des jardins qui sentent le sud de la France tout en raffinement avec les oeuvres exposées, un bistrot plus qu'agréable pour un moment de partage, un lagon qui dépayse, des jeux pour enfants, un joli potager et un jardin des senteurs, et j'en passe.

Si le lieu est déjà somptueux, c'est aussi l'équipe qui m'a marquée : un sens du service irréprochable, d'une qualité impeccable jusque dans les moindres détails; l'équipe a été pleine d'attentions que nous avons grandement appréciées et nous avons savouré ces instants privilégiés. Un grand merci à Audrey, Julien, Christine, Joel, Eric, Cedric, Paul, Thibault, Vik, Antoine, Manon...et tous ceux que nous n'avons pas cité pour ces moments délicieux !

단점: 5성급 백만원 넘는 가격인데, 객실에 욕조가 없어요.
컵이 깨져있었어요. 객실 내 커피머신이 더러워요.

장점 : 인테리어가 예쁘고 침구가 매우 부드럽고 포근해요.
깨끗하고 딱히 흠잡을 데는 없어요.
객실이 적어서 투숙객이 적기 때문에 쾌적해요.

결론 : 굳이? 이돈주고 여길...? 걍 니스 바다 앞 5성급 가세요...

A great stay as part of our honeymoon across France. Every staff is friendly and goes out of your way to help you - huge shout out to the valet and concierge team (Christophe). Room was beautiful - and the flower on first day was a very nice touch. Love the spa as well - only suggestion would be to add conditioner in the spa shower area. The property itself is also very beautiful with scenes of serene greenery and garden. Would come back

Merveilleux endroit, des arbres fruitiers, des aromates etc. Le spa est extraordinaire, avec des produits bio utilisés pour le corps ou pour les tisanes. Hammam, sauna, pool etc. simplement parfaits. Le restaurant propose des plats exquis avec des produits du jardin, ou locaux ou bios , ou fermiers, même les enfants se régalent. A refaire.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the staff are attentive, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. We stayed in what seemed like one of the newer rooms near the lagoon, which was spacious and beautifully designed. Staff brought our bags the long distance to the room, which was a nice touch.

The food at the gastronomic restaurant was excellent. We didn’t book a massage but made full use of the spa, which is included with your stay. The facilities are top-notch, with an ice room, steam room, two saunas, a large pool, jacuzzi, and a peaceful garden area.

They also surprised us with a lovely gift for our honeymoon, which made the experience even more special.

The only knock is that some pricing felt excessive. A Coca-Cola by the pool was 10 euros. We had no issue paying for high-quality food, wine, and service, but that kind of pricing on basic items felt unreasonable.

One important note: during our first meal by the lagoon, my wife was served a salad that included pistachios, despite no mention of nuts on the menu. She has a severe tree nut allergy. While the waiter was apologetic and confirmed that pistachios were not listed on his allergy sheet, this could have been extremely dangerous. I raised the issue with the front desk, and they assured me the menu and allergy guide would be updated. I hope they follow through on that. Because they acknowledged the issue and committed to fixing it, I have chosen not to let this affect the rest of my review.

Overall, this is a beautiful, luxurious resort that delivers an exceptional experience. We would absolutely return

Beautiful resort and gardens in a picturesque idyllic location. Emmanuel, the concierge, in particular was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special and offer something extra every day. Thank you for a great stay!

To start off, the hotel is stunning. The property is gorgeous, the pools were great, and the staff was friendly. However, the room that we were put in just didn’t match the quality that we were expecting at a Relais & Chateux. First of all, there was a clump of hair in the middle of the room upon arrival that stayed there for the duration of our stay. The shower had mold and the shampoo/conditioner were near empty and difficult to get out. It was so hot out that we had the a/c on in our room that kept getting turned off by staff. One of the most annoying things was that you could hear every sound magnified by 100. People opening doors, slamming doors, and furniture was being moved above us all at 7 am and on. It just felt like the room quality did not match the quality of the hotel, and did not feel 5 star. It did appear that some rooms were newer- hopefully they’ll work on improving the older rooms soon. One more suggestion would be having pool service- it would’ve been nice to order drinks and food poolside.

Eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage! Riesig und sehr gepflegt!|Drei Pools ohne Stress um Liegen. |Frühstück sehr gut. Personal seht zuvorkommend und freundlich!|Das einzige zu bemängeln sind die Getränke und Essen Preise. 26.00 Euro für einen Aperol Spritz?!? So viel besser kann er nicht sein als in Nizza ...|Es wundert mich nicht, dass viele nicht im Hote Assen.Sehr schade.

This is not a 5 star hotel due to the lack of attention to detail and lack of an appropriate level of service for the price point. Service is very slow. Dinner at Provenza was not very good and service was slow and orders missing. Too expensive for this type of service. They seem understaffed for being fully booked. Lack of details: no towels at pool in morning (i guess you have to lug them to breakfast then pool), ring of mold around lagoon pool, staff don’t know anything about resort (bar staff couldn’t call reception to see if our room was ready). Easy fixes so not sure why they don’t do it.

Beautiful property with incredible grounds. The spa facility is exceptional with many different sauna/hammam options. I love the location of this property. It is close to Nice and close enough to Cannes. It is a wonderful respite after being in one of the more bustling towns. I will be back for sure!

Refused to be flexible with cancellation. They chose their policy over a potential lifelong customer. I am a French citizen and we come to the Cote D’Azur every year. Unfortunately will not be a customer of this hotel ever again and will choose to stay elsewhere that is more customer service oriented.

This also goes without saying that other hotels in the area are much more of an experience like the Chateau St Martin and there is a reason people continue to stay there time and time again, it is not even a comparison.

Endroit magnifique, dommage le service manque parfois de réactivité. Le room service a oublié plusieurs fois de venir réchauffer la purée de notre enfant. Ou à la piscine, il a fallu venir plusieurs fois pour passer la meme commande. On sent que le recrutement n’est pas facile.

My wife and I were blown away by Domaine du Mas! We celebrated our 1-year anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. Jason at reception was incredibly friendly and Christophe at the concierge desk was very helpful and even got us a last-minute dinner reservation at a popular restaurant in Antibes. Great location for exploring St Paul de Vence and cities along the French Riviera. I would highly recommend!

The hotel guests are at the heart of all employees, from top to bottom, in everything they do. Almost nowhere else, we met such an enthousiast team in doing the impossible to make sure that all guests have a wonderfull time. Quality, of course, is at the high level of what one can expect from a R et Chateaux.

When you approach this place, it looks grand and well kept. |Arrived at 2:30pm after a long journey from Bangkok, was told to wait till 4pm as “that’s the time the room is available for check in” rather than trying to give us a better understanding of the progress of the room. We booked 5 nights for a Junior suite room and was allocated to a nice big room on the ground floor, near the Lagoon and the spa. Room looks modern as it was recently refurbished. Unfortunately the power point is poor. Bedroom only 1 side has a USB charging. This refurbished room also has a weird layout. 1 toilet but 2 rooms that has a basin and shower area. The 2 large basin and bathtub in the bedroom could be easily transform to a single basin with a toilet. Who thought of waking up in the middle of night to wash your hands or taking a bath? |Room has lots of cupboard space which is much appreciated. Their living area sleeping sofa is hard to sit as when you’re watching TV or read, you’ll find yourself sliding down slowly. Fridge is small but effective enough to cool a bottle of wine and put some small items if you need. Housekeeping has been punctual and fast however 5 days stay here our floor was never vacuum/mop. ||This hotel has 3 pools. 1 Lagoon which is like a beach pool with sand underneath filled with kids and adults in their honeymoon lurking around. There are 2 pools which are better for swimming in laps and they can do better by opening the pool to start at 7am in the summer as it is humid and hot when sun is up at 6:30am. I enjoyed their spa which has lovely 20m indoor pool though you can’t really swim in it but is great to walk around it with the current switched on. The sauna is nice, steam room can be hotter. Gym opens at 6:30am. Spacious gym with 2 treadmills. Most of the machines are up to date. However they can do better with more leg machines rather than those fancy ones in each room which no one knows how to use.|Breakfast was disappointing as I was expecting better selection and quality. They do make nice omelette and crepes on demand but the display of buffet is rather poor. Fruits selection is cheap just have lots of pastries and sweets.||This is not a convenient property as we have to call Uber in and out and often Uber is hard to get in the early morning where we want to start hiking before it gets too hot. For such a large property, I’m surprised lunch is only served either in Bistro or in the bar. Bistro area has no air-conditioned and it was so hot it was impossible to enjoy a nice lunch. While if you choose to sit in the bar which has no ambience, only serve Pizza or Burger. Wine by the glass selection is poor. They really can do better with the quality selection of wine by the glass. ||All the staff are nice and friendly. Special shout out to Matthieu who seems to be the waiter who is everywhere - Bistro and Bartender in the bar at the same time. I feel he’s the most proactive and efficient staff in this entire compound. He goes to the extra mile to make sure we can order lunch in the Bar and help and teach me to open the irritating 3 point turning gate to the swimming pool.

A very pleasant and charming domaine with gorgeous and very ample gardens structured in different settings/areas, filled with various trees, flowers, bushes, plants and herbs. The domaine has 1 main pool, 1 adult-only pool, 1 lagoon (sort of pool) and a spa with another pool. Rooms and service are quite good, it would be a great 4* and fair 5* standard. It’s lovely to enjoy the terraces in the rooms. Great buffet breakfast with great variety. Lunch at dolce Provenza was lovely, though food took some time to come (maybe it is intentional to cater to resort-style hotel guests). Spa and its service left a bit down. Overall a wonderful place to wind down and escape the busy city life!

Je pense que dans la région il est difficile de trouver mieux.|Entre l’accueil, les chambres sublimes, l’environnement superbe, le spa magnifique qu’ajouter ?|Une équipe vraiment au top.|Du service voiturier au service de chambre et restaurant il n’y a que des louanges.|Mention spéciale à Antoine, toujours aussi accueillant, au responsable du restaurant toujours prévenant et à Rosetta qui se met en quatre pour faire plaisir ????.|Mais j’en oublie sûrement. Et toute l’équipe est géniale.|Sans oublier le chef grâce à qui nos repas sont délicieux.|Enfin juste hâte de revenir !

Wonderful get away. This place is a bit off the beaten path from any main activity and seems to be more for locals (French) as opposed to foreign tourists. However, with that said, if you want a great quiet getaway experience with spa access, restaurants, pools, gyms and much more, then this is a lovely place with excellent service! Very nice staff and super accommodating. ????

A beautiful hotel with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast and Le Table de Pierre served excellent meals, while lunch (salad and others) at the bistro could be somewhat improved. I missed typical french food opportunities at lunch like quiche with salad, onion soup with cheese, french lemon tart and macaroons.

Un séjour (trop) court et pourtant réellement dépaysant,
