Nice overall place but could do with an update and makeover, thin walls n floors so you hear every sound, we had someone from Pickfords staying above us who moved the furniture around from 6am every morning, maybes he/they thought they were still working, heh.
As I said, decent place, rather hilly, staff were fantastic could not fault them, comfortable beds, etc.
Nice pool and massive hot tub, great surroundings and views.

The Madame working the front desk was extremely courteous and pleasant. Our room has a balcony with an amazing view. We'll definitely be back

Tres belle adresse avec piscine et parking privatif - les chambres sont grandes et confortables , le personnel accueillant et efficace - l espace petit déjeuner près de la piscine est très agréable avec sa cloche réfrigéré et son buffet en libre service - ambiance internationale et historique !

Altijd geweldig om hier terug te komen. Fijne sfeer, aardig personeel en goede kamers. Parkeerplaats voor de deur en mogelijkheid om fietsen te gebruiken

Great location.
Unfortunately, the room, especially the bathroom did not look like on the website we booked on at all (we were at the ground floor).
It was dirty. We literally wiped brown stains from the toilet seat which lets us assume that the cleaner did NOT clean the toilet seat after the guests before us.
Hotel looks way older than displayed on the booking website.

Leider überhaupt nicht so wie erwartet. Auf den Fotos auf den Buchungsseiten sieht man leider nicht wie alt und heruntergekommen die Zimmer sind. Wir hatten ein nicht 100% sauberes, verkalktes Bad. Auf den Fotos über die Buchungsseite wurden ganz andere Bäder angezeigt. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech und die ältesten Zimmer bekommen (Wir waren im Erdgeschoss), aber für den Preis erwartet man sich viel mehr. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Séjour agréable
La chambre était jolie et bien agencée. Il manque de prise.
La salle de bains est petite et vétuste.
Les portes salle de bains et WC ne se ferment pas.
L environnement est agréable. La piscine est chouette.
Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel.
Le prix du séjour n est pas synonyme de qualité.,beaucoup de défauts (salle de bains,portes défectueuses, transat cassé..).
Breff je me attendais à mieux au vu des tarifs.

Une bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Un super accueil, belle attention dans la déco de la chambre. Nous avons été surclassé avec une belle vue sur mer et piscine. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi. L'établissement est propre. Merci pour tous j'espère à bientôt

The location is amazing, the hotel is fine and has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Cap Ferret however it could definitely do with a renovation, we didn’t find the staff very friendly and I think it is expensive for what you get however that’s probably due to the location. The room overall was comfortable.
