Hôtel confortable et très propre malgré un très court séjour d’une seule nuitée. Accueil et personnel très agréables. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Seul bémol, dommage que les catégories supérieures soient situées au premier étage ..... la vue y étant assez limitée ..... et juste au dessus de la route très fréquentée cela n’incitant pas à profiter de la terrasse. Hôtel à recommander

Superbe hôtel très bien situé. Si l'on prend le parking de l'hôtel, il n'y a aucun souci de stationnement.
La gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel sont à souligner. Ne pas hésiter à leur demander conseil sur le choix des restaurants !
J'y reviendrai certainement un jour.

An excellent hotel! The location, service, cleanliness, cool room, comfortable bed, etc., were very welcome! The only negatives were that the drinks in the bar were a bit too expensive for the quantity and the bathrooms were a tad bit small. Otherwise, a really great place to stay and I look forward to my next trip to VILLEFRANCHE Sur Mer and staying at the Welcome Hotel!

Concierges - all of them - amazing. Great suggestions. Helpful. Bartender lovely!

But, the crazy loud music from Achilles is a problem, as well as the incessant smell of smoke. I know it’s France, but people are smoking just outside their rooms, and if you’re on your balcony ….

Also our room didn’t get service two days in a row.

Fantastic location on the waterfront, wonderful view from the room looking out over the harbour. Staff at the hotel were first class, friendly, attentive and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was varied and you can eat either in the terrace room or on your balcony. You can also enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in the wine bar looking out over the bay. A wonderful holiday ....

The air conditioning in our room (Room 15) didn't seem to be working, and also we had problems getting into our safe once it had locked. Room rate expensive for Hotel with no Pool, and room not very big, they also need up-dating. Otherwise, fantastic stay.
