Acceuil très chaleureux, emplacement idéal, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel à taille humaine, idéalement situé juste derrière la Croisette, avec des plages toutes proches. L'équipe d'accueil est vraiment sympathique et réactive.
Nous avions hésité pour le petit-déjeuner, mais ce fut une excellente surprise ! Gâteau maison et produits locaux sont parfaits pour bien commencer la journée. En revanche, nous n'avons pas testé la carte des snacks.
La petite piscine est également agréable au vu des chaleurs dans le sud...
Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement cosy !

Had a good stay here - everything that is important for me was there. The vibe is cosy and modern. Although it is not s modern building, the toilet is modern with standing shower facilities, looks like it was newly renovated. Room was also very clean and bright and smelled fresh. Their kitchen is 24 hours which is really not a thing in most hotels in Cannes. My stay came with breakfast which had a good spread. The room is quite small though but i no issues with it. The aircon is generally not cold so the room gets warm sometimes.

Peccato per la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio, solo 2 posti riservati in strada, per il resto Gentilissimi e bella la camera, anche se non grandissima!

Le lieu est très apaisant, l’accueil impeccable et l’emplacement parfait :) à deux pas de la Croisette !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel La Villa Cannes Croisette ! L’équipe est adorable, toujours souriante et attentionnée. La chambre était très confortable, bien décorée et parfaitement équipée (bonne literie, machine à café, peignoirs…).
L’emplacement est top : près de la plage et de la Croisette. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

L’hôtel est très mignon, l’accueil sentait super bon (vraiment, ça marque !). Notre chambre était spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain, même si petit bémol : pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain. La piscine et les parties communes étaient propres et le personnel très agréable tout au long du séjour. L’emplacement est idéal : proche de la plage mais assez éloigné de l’agitation et du bruit de la ville. Un joli compromis pour un séjour détente à Cannes !

Clean and comfy -and near Palais des Feativals et des Congres. We stayed around ILTM Cannes 2024. Hope to stay there again this year.

Hôtel idealement situé si vous souhaitez être au calme (éviter le bruit de la Croisette) mais tout près de la plage. |Ça fait plusieurs fois que je me rends dans cet établissement et c'est sans regret.|Lit confortable. Jardin et piscine au top. |Personnel agréable.

Nettes Hotel. Allerdings etwas ab vom Schuss und nachts in einer etwas zwielichtigen Gegend, wofür auch die SicherheitSysteme sprechen.
Zimmer sind kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Gleiches gilt für den Pool.
Dafür sehr hochpreisig.
Zimmer und Hotel sind schön gestaltet und sehr freundlicher Service.
Hunde erlaubt. Allerdings durch die kleinen Zimmer, wenig Platz.

Paid upfront in full. Arrived a day late due to a delayed flight to find they had already on-sold my room which left me trying to find a replacement late at night which proved expensive, tiring and frustrating. No refund. No cares. Wow.

Abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera pulito e con tutto l’occorrente disponibile. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima poco lontano dal centro.

Consiglio questo hotel in pieno centro di Cannes. Anche se la struttura ( essendo in pieno centro) è un po’ vecchiotta, le camere sono ben arredate, pulite e dotate di comforts. Personale gentile. Prezzi abbordabile. Consiglio per giovani

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet établissement avec mon fils de 11 ans fin août.
Tout s'est déroulé à merveille, cet hôtel est un véritable bijou.
La qualité et la grande disponibilité du personnel est remarquable. On ressent une bienveillance à l'égard de la clientèle mais aussi entre les personnes qui y travaillent.
La grande polyvalence de chacun est un élément essentiel et donne le sentiment qu'il n'y a pas de rôle prédéfini.
Pour le visiteur, c'est très agréable car ses demandes sont traitées efficacement sans avoir besoin de passer par plusieurs services.
Je souligne aussi le grand professionnalisme du personnel d'étage qui laisse quotidiennement les lieux impeccables, j'ai été notamment stupéfaite de la propreté de ma salle de bains, brillante du sol au plafond ! Bravo !

Quant au lieu, il est reposant, frais et joliment décoré, le jardin fleuri en plein cœur de la ville apporte une grande sérénité.
La piscine est parfaite, surtout avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons connu, la proximité quasi immédiate des plages, de la Croisette et des commerces en font un lieu idéal pour un séjour sans voiture.

My family and I came from the US and stayed at La Villa Cannes Croisette for 4 nights in two comfort rooms (they are small but can accommodate 2 people and luggage). We really did enjoy the location (close to the action but quiet) and the pool was great – my two kids (10 & 14) loved swimming and relaxing in it, as the nearby beaches were super crowded.||Despite the positives, there was one overwhelming factor that stood out – it seemed there were slightly different rules applied to us vs others. Two examples:||1. We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday during the trip and decided to open gifts around 10:45 am, so I picked up breakfast from a coffee shop down the street. We had done the same thing the day before and ate outside before heading to the pool. No one said a word. On this day however, as soon as I came back with coffee and croissants, one of the staff came over to me and told me I was not allowed to bring in outside food. I explained we had done this the day before without issue, and we had seen others eating and drinking food that wasn’t from the hotel. Also, breakfast ended at 10:30 according to the hotel website and signs, so even if we wanted breakfast at the hotel, we were too late. The staff explained we could only eat outside food in our rooms. I didn’t see any signs or information on the website that substantiate this claim. She spoke to her manager and told us we could eat our food if we paid an additional 5 Euro a person. This seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with how others were being treated. As it was my daughter’s birthday and she was getting upset, we agreed. We continued to see others eat and drink outside food at the hotel without any staff saying a word.|2. There was a very clear ’no food and drinks’ signs posted outside the gate to the pool. We asked and were told to leave food and drinks (even water) outside the pool. But then we saw other people being served drinks poolside. Again, different rules for us vs others.||As this is a small hotel, I am pretty sure we saw all the guests staying there at one point or another, and we appeared to be the only Americans (and maybe the only non-native French speakers). I don’t know if there was a deliberate bias or not, but there was a pretty clear pattern of different treatment. So if you are coming from the US or even outside of France, you may want to consider what happened to us when you book your next holiday in Cannes.

What a wonderful stay at La Villa. The rooms are great value, and tucked just away from the main strip it’s a good location (three mins’ walk to the public beach). Most of all though, the staff are genuinely friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Șederea noastră la acest hotel a fost minunata.
Am avut parte de o primire călduroasă și prietenoasă, receptionera Marina este cea mai buna! Am cerut sfaturi despre locuri de vizitat și ne-a îndrumat cu drag.
Personalul prietenos și gata sa ajute.
Locul foarte curat și modern.
Ne-a părut rău că vacanta s-a terminat! Felicitari pentru ceea ce aveți, mulțumiri pentru ospitalitate! 5 stele sunt prea puține, Marina este de 10 stele! Va mulțumim!

Bon compromis pour un séjour à Cannes si on cherche la quiétude à quelques pas de la croisette

Excellent emplacement calme qui vous permet de faire tout Cannes à pieds. Un plus fantastique: la zone est gratuite pour le stationnement de votre voiture et même l'hotel à des places a votre disposition devant son entrée. La piscine est agréable . Vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Notre chambre ainsi que notre salle de bain ne manquait de rien. Le personnel reste discret mais souriant. Nous reviendrons. Merci

I highly recommend it. The hotel is simply wonderful, close to the beach, near a shop, with nice views from the windows and the possibility of purchasing underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious; in this place, we felt more at home than in a hotel. We thank the entire team at Hôtel La Villa Cannes very much; our stay in Cannes was wonderful also thanks to you! We will definitely return here every time we visit this beautiful city!

Tolles Personal und sehr höflich. Das Zimmer das ich hatte wow ! Alles super, einziges Manko. Es fahren Bahnen dort vorbei. Doch nicht sehr laut. Perfekter Platz , da es sehr zentral liegt. Es sind nur ca. 4- 5 min bis an den Hafen und zu den Restaurants. Eine wirkliche Wohlfühl Oase. Der Pul ist nicht kalt, man kann sogar in der Nacht schwimmen;). So cool , es ist pure Entspannung und so leise in den Zimmern. Vom Nachbar nichts zu hören. Toll toll toll , bin hin und weg. Gerne wieder:)

Très bon hôtel, bien placé non loin de la plage.
Le service est très bien, le personnel nous a bien reçu et guidé durant le séjour et avec courtoisie.
Et le parking est à côté et accessible (la saison basse j’ignore comment se passe la saison haute)
