Super séjour ! Un grand merci à Amira, Sonia et Nooman pour leur accueil si chaleureux et leur bonne humeur dès le matin ! Le petit déjeuner était non seulement délicieux, mais aussi servi avec une attention et un sourire qui font toute la différence. On se sent tout de suite bien, comme à la maison. Merci pour ce moment convivial et plein de gentillesse !

Amira et Nouaman du premier étage du petit dej sont juste magnifiques au petit soin avec maman les meilleurs, très gentils très accueillants.

We haven’t stayed at the hotel, but were trapped with an empty car battery in the car lot below the hotel. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helpful and full of understanding even though we weren’t guests. I cannot remember the name of the person who helped us, but really wanted to shout out, for helping us out in a really stressful situation!

Our stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion Cannes was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and seamless check-in. The location is ideal making it the perfect base to explore Cannes.
The room was clean with a stunning view of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its exclusive private beach club, the Mademoiselle Gray Plage Barrière. It’s just a short walk from the hotel, and it’s a true gem. The experience is absolutely serene.
This is truly an amazing experience in the heart of Cannes. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly staff and an unforgettable beach escape.

Este hotel es un fraude . Tengan mucho cuidado . Los últimos días hubo una protesta de los controladores aéreos en Francia yo había hecho una reserva en este fraude de hotel y vengo desde Panamá . Me comunico con el hotel le explico la situación que no hay manera de llegar por la situación en su país . y su respuesta fue no me importa no hacemos reembolso y no me interesa .
En este tipo de situaciones te das cuenta que el interés por sus huéspedes es nulo y solo te quieren quitar dinero de sus bolsillos .
Me toca cancelar el pago directamente con el banco .

Aufgrund des Fluglotsenstreiks in Frankreich konnten wir die Reise nicht antreten und das Hotel zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Es mussten 50% des Gesamtpreises bezahlt werden und es gab keine Möglichkeit auf einen Voucher oder ähnliches.|Sehr enttäuschend für eine Hotelkette in dieser Kategorie, werde dies Hotelgruppe zukünftig meiden.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel and especially the staff, particularly, Arthur. From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and receptive. Arthur helped us check in and personally took us up to our room ensuring we had everthing we needed. The bellhop followed soon after with our bags. We had a wonderful time. Location of the hotel was ideal, close to the water, shops and many wonderful restaurants. Unfortunately my mom and I had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency at home and once again Arthur came to our rescue. Given the May 1st holiday we had issues trying to reach support personal at the airline. Arthur helped us secure our air and train tickets allowing us to get home ASAP. I will never forget the amazing service we received. Can't say enough great things about the hotel and staff. Have been telling everyone I know about it. So far already had two of our friends book stays! Thanks so much. Looking forward to our next visit.

Positives!||- Very nice hotel in a great location.|- Lovely helpful staff|- Comfortable beds, with black out curtains! |- My Deluxe room had a garden/sea view, was nice to overlook in the mornings/evenings.|- Car park is below the hotel, you get better rates if you pull up outside the hotel and get your ticket through them before you enter the car park.|- The food at the hotel is great, I had a couple meals sent to my room when I didn’t feel like going out.|- The hotel is surrounded by shops,bakeries and restaurants. |- Couple of grocery stores nearby for snacks and drinks. ||The downside to my stay||- The private beach club was closed off for preparation for the Lyon’s festival, my partner and I was not made aware when booking. But the hotel offered to book us in to other places. Not many had spaces.||- One night around midnight, my girlfriend and I were woken up by the doorbell going off. Turned out to be room service trying to deliver two portions of fries to the wrong room. Struggled to get back to sleep due to next door being loud on their balcony.

Accueil très professionnel à toute heure, chambre très silencieuse, dommage que la vue sur la terrasse soit très moyenne (herbes folles non tondues, aucun aménagement.)
