Beautiful hotel with amazing air conditioning. The staff there are terrific. Beautiful pool area. Pay for parking on site. The walk to the water is downhill and nice. Coming back in the summer heat is rough. Uber back. Great rates.

Nous avons passé deux nuits au Suquet et notre séjour a été très agréable. La chambre que nous avions était calme et confortable, nous avions même une petite terrasse.
Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique.
L’emplacement est idéal, un peu à l’écart pour le calme mais en même temps proche de tout.
La piscine est très agréable, surtout après une journée de marche.
Si nous devons revenir à Cannes nous retournerons ici.

Amazing little hotel <3 Loved the stay!!

This is on me for not reading other reviews before booking. Live and learn. I made a mistake and booked two rooms instead of one as I'm in Cannes by myself. I've been to this City many times before. Never have I come upon a hotel like this one. As other reviewers have said, yes, it's very weathered. My two rooms have furniture that is chipped and a rug that is dirty. A terrace that looks nothing like the website and by the way, use caution when reading the website. It makes you think you're booking a special hotel with all the staff coming from major hotels in Paris and that the owner is a local and cares so much about the community. Well he clearly doesn't care enough about the hotel to make it and its rooms look more than a cheap roadside motel. As you enter you pass a frayed rug and then the fun begins: you speak to the staff. When I was told by the receptionist I had two rooms I asked if I could change to one and I was told for sure and they would not refund the difference. When I asked if they could include breakfast I was told no. And this is when I'm paying almost 600 Euros for ONE NIGHT FOR ONE PERSON at a substandard hotel. Finally, I must say they did agree to include breakfast. But they were clearly reluctant. After seeing these rooms I can only imagine what breakfast would look like. So I was not interested. Here's my advice: do a little more research and find a nicer hotel or even an airbnb. You won't regret it. But you'll most likely regret your stay here. Warm Mediterranean hospitality at Hotel Le Suquet as the website suggests? Don't count on it. If you're traveling to Cannes you deserve better.

Expérience déplorable. En véritable jeu de dupes, cet hôtel affichant 4 étoiles n'en vaut en réalité même pas 3. Avis à tous les futurs vacanciers qui pourraient, comme nous, se laisser séduire par le site internet trompeur et les avis Google 5 étoiles qui, sans aucun doute, sont faux.
Nous pensions arriver dans un très bel endroit, charmant avec des prestations de luxe. Non.
Le bitume sur le petit parking 5 places est entièrement cabossé et il y est presque impossible de manoeuvrer.
Nous avons été surclassées dans une petite chambre où la clim n'était pas allumée à notre arrivée, fonctionnait mal et faisait du bruit. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, deux petites bouteilles d'eau en plastique d'une marque inconnue, aucune décoration. Rustique. La moquette dans les espaces communs sent mauvais et l'air est humide car pas de clim dans les parties communes. La piscine est collée au parking à l'entrée de l'hôtel, pas de brise vue, pas d'intimité, toute petite. Cinq transats sales et un salon de jardin sale aussi, y sont installés. Le petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas pris (heureusement nous n'avons pris que deux cafés car nous nous attendions à ce que le petit-déjeuner soit minable). Nous avions vu juste : une petite table sur laquelle vous avez un petit panier de petits pains au chocolat et croissants bas de gamme de grande surface, des bocaux avec des produits non périssables (dattes, abricots secs, céréales et graines) du lait, du jus d'orange couleur fluo et du lait et c'est tout. Nous pensons écrire à Atout France pour se pencher sur le dossier. En effet, nous ne pouvons pas tolérer qu'un hôtel se moque à ce point là des clients. Nous avons perdu une journée de notre périple sur la Côte d'Azur et étions très tristes. Heureusement, nous sommes parties sur Mougins le soir, très bel soirée dans un cadre enchanteur pour quitter l'enfer.
PS : à tout ceux qui tenteraient malgré tout l'aventure, nous vous mettons au défi de retrouver en vrai les photos du site une fois sur place. Le personnel, jeune et peu qualifié, est bien aimable, raison pour laquelle il a été difficile de leur dire de façon trop franche ce que nous pensions. Par ailleurs, ils ne sont pas responsables de l'abandon et du mensonge total de cet hôtel.

Very bad quality hotel, overpriced. Rooms and Amenities are bad quality. No kettle, no fridge, no coffee. Received one bottle of water for entire stay. Quite uncomfortable, old and does not smell good either.

Staff was excellent, bed was comfy and the room was a great size with lots of room to open suitcases and not have them in the way. Pool was lovely too!

Tres belle chambre grande lumineuse avec un balcon qui donne vue sur la mer et egalement sur le clocher du Suquet. Personnel aux petits soins et très très sympathique. Clientele élégante et discrète. Magnifique piscine pour vous rafraîchir en fin de journée après votre visite dans la vieille ville de Cannes. Je reviendrai absolument

Super accueil par une équipe aux petits soins, emplacement idéal au coeur du Suquet. La chambre et le lieu sont très agréables avec une magnifique piscine et une terrasse. Pour un séjour au calme c'est parfait !

My partner and I were very disappointed with the hotel Cannes Le Suquet. Will not be returning, overpriced and in need of some care and attention. Don’t pay extra for a terrace with a sea view - dirty and unkept area, loungers that need replacing. Swimming pool area the same, we didn’t once use it - although main reason why we booked the hotel. Toilet seat falling off and took our entire stay before it got fixed. Only good comment would be given to the staff who were all courteous and helpful.

The service was very good, and the staff were accommodating.
However, the hotel itself was quite poor — the property had a strong fuel smell, the rooms were small, there was no water pressure, and the breakfast was very disappointing.

Such a wonderful hotel! In a great location to be near the heart of Cannes with many restaurants and shops just steps away.

The staff was truly so helpful in getting our luggage to our room, helping with taxis, getting us water, and giving us local knowledge about the city.

Our room was cozy and just what we needed after long days outside, we will be back for sure! :)

Un endroit qui mérite le séjour. La gentillesse de Paul ainsi que de l’équipe est un exemple. Nous y séjournons régulièrement et c’est toujours très agréable. La chambre avec vue sur le Suquet est top !

We absolutely loved our stay here. The best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Friendly check in. Super comfortable rooms and beds. Nice little restaurant onsite. We didn’t use the pool because it was cold outside but has a nice pool area. Bar service is open until midnight. Great location walking distance to a lot of activities. Will return ❤️

nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l'hôtel le SUQUET. Nous avons été séduit par son style traditionnel, et bien rénové, le calme du lieu. Idéalement bien placé, en donnant un accès rapide à pied, aux restaurants et centre ville, ainsi que la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, sourire et professionnalisme sont au RDV. Nous recommandons fortement, à toute personne aimant l'authenticité.

Pour le triathlon de Cannes, joli hôtel à proximité du centre.
L’acceuil est excellent, le service de 1er ordre.

I rarely write reviews, but after this experience, I feel compelled to share. We recently stayed at for two nights, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.

First off, the check-in process was chaotic. Once we finally got to our room, we were immediately hit with a musty smell, and the room felt damp and uncomfortable.

The cleanliness was another major issue. There were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. The towels were threadbare, and the toiletries provided were minimal at best.

The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and we were kept up both nights by loud guests in the hallways and from the rooms next door. It seemed like the hotel had no soundproofing whatsoever, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep.

To top it off, the amenities were subpar. The air conditioning was too cold and noisy,. The advertised restaurant was closed both nights of our stay, leaving us to find food elsewhere.

I truly regret booking this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. We will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

J'ai séjourné à l'Hôtel Le Suquet Cannes pendant une semaine et j'ai été ravi de mon expérience
La chambre était spacieuse et impeccable, avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin
Le personnel ( Alicia ) était extrêmement accueillante et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions.
Le petit-déjeuner offrait une variété de choix, et la piscine était un vrai plus.
Pour le prix, je pense que c'était un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent la région !

Petit déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur des quatre étoiles: viennoiseries industrielles voire surgelées, jus d’orange industriel!!!
Chambre pas insonorisée. On entendait les bruits du couloir et d’une chambre voisine!

Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour une nuit avec le « parking » à 25€ …CATASTROPHIQUE . L’état du parking était désastreux des trous et des bosse de partout…
L’hôte était très gentil, cependant il parlait pas français alors que nous sommes à Cannes…
Le point positif étaient la literie .

My stay at Cannes Hotel Le Suquet was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the city and the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, providing all the comforts I needed.I can't recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful experience in Cannes.

The hotel was very clean and the instalations also nice and coussy. But what really made us stay was the way Samil and the rest of the guys treaded us from the begining, they made the difference and we stayed longer just because we felt like home thanks to all of them.

Staying at Hotel Le Suquet Cannes was an incredible treat. The staff were extremely attentive and sweet. The breakfast was delicious and they even allowed us to be flexible with our check out time. I would absolutely come back to stay. Thank you so much for having me!

Очень уютный, тихий, чистый, просторный отель. Мы приехали в отель без предварительного бронирования. Нам показали 2 комнаты и мы смогли выбрать подходящую нам, с выходом во внутренний дворик. В номере, как и в самом отеле, очень чисто. Есть душевые принадлежности, фен. Кровать была очень большая, постель мягкая и прекрасные подушки, ночевать тут было удовольствием. Уборка в номере была каждый день. Завтрак был отличный, прекрасное начало дня. На территории отеля есть бассейн и закрытая частная парковка. Расположение очень удобное, пляж, рестораны и магазины в шаговой доступности. Спасибо большое отзывчивому персоналу за их заботу о постояльцах! Менеджер отеля очень приветливый и приятный человек. Когда заболела моя 3-х месячная дочь он помог нам найти врача. С радостью вернуть сюда еще. Очень рекомендую!
