Spent one night as we were touring through the south of France. Quite pleased that we could drive to the door of the hotel to check in and unpack, and that the hotel had on-site parking. Conveniently located just a short walk from the Marina

Cet hôtel est vraiment très beau à l'intérieur, calme et très bien placé.|Notre chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et calme. Le personnel est très agréable, efficace et avenant. Le petit déjeuner est à la hauteur du reste et donc très bon.

El hotel anuncia que tiene Spa y lleva cerrado desde 2020. Informe que había una luz del baño rota y la cambiaron a las 48 horas, solicite llamada despertador y no lo hicieron, los recepcionistas son secos y no conocen lo que es una sonrisa. Viajo a Cannes cada año y tengo claro que no volveré a este hotel nunca más.

Very comfortable! Very clean! Manager Serge welcomed us in reception and made sure we have everything we need for a comfortable stay! Will definitely come back great! Hotel is in an excellent location, loads of restaurants nearby! 5 minutes walk to the beach

Our stay at this hotel was saved only by the location and breakfast. The location is excellently placed right behind the train station in the central Cannes. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was small but had varied choice (mostly continental with a small amount of hot food). However, we only found out the spa is closed indefinitely when at the hotel, and also found out that despite nil warning on their website the pool was also closed. This should not be advertised as a spa hotel and the pool seasonal availability dates should be clearly advertised. We did receive small amount for compensation for these disappointments but would only recommend this hotel if you are not planning on staying in the hotel much.

We spent a long weekend in Best Western Plus Cannes Riviera Hotel in October. Hotel location is the best! Quiet, and in the cenrte of Cannes. Train staion is 5 minutes walk. Room was clean and tidy.||Staff is just amazing!

I had an amazing time at the Best Western Plus hotel in Cannes Riviera. The staff were very friendly and they made me feel at home, especially the manager Arnaud, and Lucas. I would stay at the hotel again. Merci beaucoup Cannes Riviera!

Une expérience très particulière… L’hôtel offre un niveau de confort agréable. Cependant, ce séjour a été terni par un accueil « particulier » de la part du monsieur du matin. Une écoute extrêmement limitée et un très mauvais souvenir qui restera au niveau de l’accueil. Le poste d’accueil n’est pas simplement un poste mais c’est également une posture à adopter pour que l’expérience client soit positive. Je reste à votre disposition pour échanger si vous le souhaitez.

I have stayed one night here and the staff Vesna provided a good quality of service in a kind and nice manner. Thanks to her I could start the busy morning with smile and had a wonderful breakfast. Room condition was fair as well.

This was an emergency hotel booking via booking.com after a flight was cancelled. Arrived around midnight. Didn’t partake with any hotel food or drink apart from what was in the room. Our room was by the main road and railway but the glazing made it so quiet that you wouldn’t know you were there.

Very good hotel. ||Staff all very helpful, especially reception and also the breakfast staff . Well done. ||Hotel was immaculately clean throughout. ||Room air conditioning was very good. As was the fridge and Wi-Fi. Bath and shower working great. Bottled Water provided every day in room. And espresso machine and safe in room both working fine. ||Bed was very comfortable. And very good sleep. ||Great location by the station (there are 3 subway passageways from each side of hotel under the road and station taking you to the front entrance of the station). Also only minutes walk from the main town. ||During our stay we had a leak start on our Aircon, which was resolved within minutes whilst we were at breakfast. Amazingly quick to sort out, and all working good after. Very good how quick this was resolved. ||Pool on roof was good, although some of the decking is getting slightly old now, but we had a great sunbath and swim.||Superb stay. Will definitely return.

I am not happy! I thought it was a spa hotel but they had no spa, the swimming pool was chained off on the day that i wanted to use it. I requested a twin bed for health reasons but did not receive it. The breakfast was 19 euros but was terrible, no full english just cheeses, ham, pastries and whole fruit. The bathroom had a strong vile smell

First time in Cannes. Very nice hotel and great location. Great staff, very nice rooms . I would highly recommend staying here. Nice atmosphere in the bar area and rooftop pool with views of the Mediterranean. Train station just opposite so great for getting around. Five minutes away from the centre of Cannes. Ideal.

Hotel clean, service poor. Breakfast awful, no gluten free choices except buns. I was wrongly told to eat the sausages and when I asked at reception I was laughed at. Bar had a poor selection wine was served in coffee cups for the pool. Pool furniture was badly damaged.

Très bon choix pour un séjour de quelques jours à canne , le petit déjeuner est complet chambre propre et a quelques mètre de la Croisette a pieds , gare ???? en face, seul bémol c’est de trouver de la place pour sa voiture, on a préféré de mettre notre voiture au parking payant de l’hôtel (prix correct ) merci pour le savons parfumé offert a la sortie

Je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une grande chaleur et un professionnalisme irréprochable. Le personnel a fait preuve d’une gentillesse remarquable et a tout fait pour que mes attentes soient comblées.

Les services proposés ont parfaitement répondu à mes besoins, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié l’attention portée aux moindres détails. On sent que l’équipe se soucie vraiment du bien-être de ses clients.
