Hotel in pieno centro a Cannes, comodo per un soggiorno veloce. La ragazza alla reception è stata gentilissima e disponibile (parla perfettamente l'italiano!). La stanza non era grande ma era molto pulita e il letto comodissimo! I parcheggi nei dintorni sono tutti a pagamento ma siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo trovato un posteggio gratuito a 700 mt dalla struttura. Questo ci ha permesso di visitare la città con calma e senza restrizioni di orari. Consigliamo vivamente questo Hotel!!

Great stay in Cannes. Clean, safe, budget friendly and location is amazing. The single room I stayed was small but surprisingly very well organized. Shower could be small for some people and there is no elevator. These are just for the info, because not a problem for me at all, the hotel was exactly what I needed, I enjoyed my stay very much.
And special thanks to Mr. Cirillo. I had a problem about making the reservation, he solved it quickly. And for all the information he gave and his enjoyable talk.
I would stay in that hotel again.

J’ai payé 46€ pour une nuit seule et j’ai trouvé l’hôtel hyper bien placé dans le centre, chambre simple, sans chichi et propre, accueil très agréable et surtout bonne literie!! Légèrement gênée au matin par le bruit des canalisations d’eau qui s’entendent fortement dans la salle de bain et comme la chambre est toute petite forcément on entend nettement mais c’est le seul bémol. Je n’ai pas entendu les voisins, j’ai très bien dormi. Pas de vue par la fenêtre mais pour dormir ça ne m’à en rien gêné, un petit placard pour ranger ses vetements, un grand miroir. Bref, je recommande fortement et j’y retournerai très certainement.

Nice stay for 2 days, short walk to the beach and Cannes city centre. The train station is like 10 min away walking. During the whole stay I didn't see anyone at the reception, until the last day in the morning when checking out. The checking in was via the doorbell where you could dial a number and reached the person to explain how to get in and the keycard was just on the reception desk. Room was on third floor without elevator and there was a weird smell in the room even after opening the window for fresh air. A small room without minibar, but enough just to sleep.

Había hecho una reservación en este hotel del día 28 al 30 de agosto del 2024. Por un problema de la aerolínea el 28 no pude viajar ya que me cancelaron el vuelo y avisé que no llegaría ese día, sin embargo no cancelé la reservación porque no sabía si al día siguiente podría viajar. Pues al día siguiente día llegué a viajar y luego de un largo recorrido llego al hotel donde tenía “reservación”. Cuando llegó él chico de recepción me dice que le dieron mi habitación a otra persona (cosa sorprendente ya que yo había pagado por adelantado y NUNCA cancelé ni ELLOS CANCELARON mi booking, entre otras palabras, se aprovecharon de la situación y hicieron un overbook de mi propia habitación). El personal siempre estuvo a la defensiva y NUNCA pidió perdón. Me dieron la “solución” de darme una habitación en otro “hotel” y a continuación les presento el “hotel” que me dieron que no tiene ni electricidad. Es una burla después de pagar 155 euros la verdad. Si pueden por favor eviten quedarse en este hotel. Hay otros lugares en Cannes al mismo precio, mejor personal, mejor servicio al cliente y, sobre todo, más confiable.
Postada: como último recurso el hotel luego que me dieron la nueva “habitación” recién cancelaron mi reserva para que así no pueda llamar y reclamar a booking por lo sucedido. Les evito pasar esta horrible situación.

Un petit hôtel 2 étoiles en plein centre. Très pratique. Le hall d'entrée à été rénové et décoré sympathiquement, ce n'est pas encore le cas pour les chambres. Ces dernières ne sont pas très grandes mais équipée de clim individuelle. Literie à l'ancienne à ressorts mais confortable. Propreté juste correcte de par l'usure. Hotel tout à fait correct avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

On a séjourné dans un studio de l’hotel. Le studio été spacieux, avec un emplacement parfait, le service au top. Mention spéciale au monsieur à l’accueil qui a pris la peine de m’acheter un nouveau sèche cheveux comme il n’avait pas un disponible. Merci encore ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

The receptionist was very welcoming, the location wad good, but the room was very small, also the bathroom and you could hear the other guests talking like they were almost in the same room with you.

The hygiene of this hotel is a concern. We found stains on the unused quilt on arrival and asked for a replacement the next day but it was not given. The room and bathroom were very small. Soundproofing was very bad.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel last week. The lady receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. The lobby had a nice ambiance. The room looked good. With TV and toiletries available. However, the bathroom was a bit too cramped, not much space. One of our towels was soiled when we arrived so we didn't use it. But it was replaced with fresh ones after the housekeeping service. The aircon worked fine during our 1st night but it turned off automatically afterwards and it didn't work during our next 3 nights. We asked assistance from the reception but still didn't work. Then the pamphlets are outdated. We wanted to try the yellow boat in Antibes, that was the only activity that caught our interest out of all the pamphlets in the hotel. But then when we got there, we found out that the yellow boat service closed since 2019 or so. Really dissapointed. Hotel staff must check on their pamphlets to avoid dissapointment like this. But still, we had a good stay in this hotel.

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants et font tout pour vous être agréable

Il est situé dans l’hyper centre de Cannes proche de toutes les commodités , gare, marché, commerces et plages de la Croisette
Le rapport qualité/ prix est imbattable sur Cannes

Perfect gelegen kleinschalig hotel in Cannes. Heb hier gezeten tijdens een beurs. Een klein, simpel maar heel fijn. Ontbijt is prima en eigenaar en personeel zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Door de centrale ligging ben je overal binnen no time en op 3 koprollen van het strand …tot volgend jaar

accogliente, camere molto pulite, ci vorrebbe un distributore per bibite o snack alla réception e il climatizzatore non riscalda bene quindi nella stanza faceva molto freddo. ottima posizione nel centro, ambiente tranquillo.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for an extended period and I even ended up prolonging my stay because I loved it so much.
The staff are absolutely wonderful <3 incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel the warmth behind it all. The atmosphere is relaxed and personal, not something you find often.
The room was just right, and very clean. The cleaning lady is fantastic. Always friendly and willing to help with anything you need.
This place felt more like home than a hotel. I’ll definitely come back. A hidden gem!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and safe, but above all heartwarming place to stay.
