We had to move tables mid-meal, waited one hour for our water to be poured. And 3 hours for our main course order to be taken at which point they had stopped serving food and a waitress bought over a half eaten platter of cold pasta from ANOTHER TABLE. This place is a disgrace. I have met David Barokus who is a lovely, down to earth guy, I’m sure he’d be disgusted to know how his employees are treating guests. I will steer any future clients away from this chain at all costs. Go to McDonald’s if you want better service!!

DO NOT GO! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN and is unsafe for any females and have never felt so unsafe in my life.
Myself and my friends were abused and man handled by the security staff here and after reading other reviews this is a regular occurrence here! The staff pulled me out of the restaurant, slapped me across the face (I’m a 29 year old female), pushed me to the floor and dragged me out. I have returned home with finger print marks on my arm, bruises up my leg and even cuts from where the gravel flood pierced my skin from being thrown to the ground with such force! We have since spoken to other customers that saw what happened to us and recorded it. They all said how disgusted and sorry they were to see what has happened to a group of young girls just trying to enjoy their night. A lot of the customers that have witnessed the ordeal have sent us footage so we shall be taking this further but in the mean time please book elsewhere!

I have no doubt just like the other previous reviews, the restaurant will reel off a story blaming the customers for this horrific abuse however we have all the evidence to know this is bully mentality and unless you’re rich, they don’t want you there!

Nous étions un groupe d’amis, la cuisine était parfaite ainsi que le service. Néanmoins les agents de sécurité étaient impolis et arrogants, En particulier un chauve avec les dents cassées qui avait une posture et un comportement très désagréable !!!!! Je ne comprends vraiment pas comment un restaurant aussi respectueux emploie des agents de sécurité de ce genre qui nuisent à l’image de marque du restaurant et qui représentent un risque sur la sécurité plus qu’ils ne la garantissent !!!!!
J’ose espérer que la direction revoie ses critères de sélection de son personnel !

Food took 3 hours and they kept bringing us the wrong food. We came before multiple other groups and they made us wait 1 hour for our table before they Sat us at the back of the restaurant. Come here if you want to pay to get discriminated against. Disgraceful establishment

I thought the whole experience was amazing. The food was delicious, it was well worth the price. The drinks were good but I didn’t feel them too strong I would definitely recommend buying a bottle instead. Comes out about the same price and it’s a better experience. I would say it’s more on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and this was one of the best experiences while visiting the South of France.

Used to be an amazing experience, we would go at least once every year. The last couple of years however, the quality of the food and service have deteriorated drastically. They seem to have forgotten the meaning of the word «hospitality».. Staff will behave as if the restaurant guests are lucky to be there, fortunate enough to even have been granted a seat, and as if they should just be grateful to get any attention from the staff at all.
We were supposed to go this summer as well, made the reservation months ago. The evening before we received an email asking us to confirm the shuttle boat, which we did, and then another email - AROUND 7PM - saying they had to cancel our reservation due to an unexpected late semi-private party reservation. No further explanation, no one could even bother to call us, honestly it was lucky we even saw the email at all before making our way all the way into Cannes the next day. Don’t get me wrong; We were fine, we’re in the south of France and there’s plenty of nice places, but this is the prefect display of how the restaurant has changed, lost the respect for their guests, and they simply couldn’t care less. Such a shame.

Do not waste your money here. My group had a reservation for three months and even called to confirm one month prior and everything was good to go. We spent an hour in the car and were told when we arrived that our reservation had been cancelled and gave us no reason why. I’m sure it’s because someone famous/wealthy was going to spend more money. The least they couldve done is communicate that before we spent hundreds on Ubers to get there. Waste of time and they were so dismissive and did not feel any ounce of guilt for cancelling the reservation we had had for months.

Booked a reservation 3 months in advance for 10 girls and we got there today and they told us our reservation had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. Extremely rude and dismissive, I’ve never experienced customer service like that in my life. Do not waste your time with this place

Du får absolut inte valuta för dina pengar. Transporten med båten till ön borde vara gratis med tanke på priserna de tar för allt. Maten var under all kredit, inget kärlek alls i maten. Men plasten är magiskt och vackert.
Kolla noga på notan när ni ska betala, för oss var minst 200 euro inlagt extra som vi inte hade beställt.

Las raciones son muy pequeñas y extremadamente caras La calidad es mediocre
La atención de los camareros es mala, porque son muy bordes y además intentaron estafarnos y cobrarnos tres platos más
Cuando se lo dijimos, nos atendieron con muy mala educación, ni siquiera pidieron disculpas

Lo único bueno que tiene este sitio es que es divertido después de comer porque ponen música disco y puedes bailar allí, pero todo lo demas es un despropósito

Average food , overpriced , felt like they wanted to kick us out . Only positive thing was the nice waiter and boat ride to the island . If you are looking for quality food this is not the place . Just come for the ambience and after 3pm if you really wanna come here ! Other than that I would find somewhere else to go !

We booked a reservation three months in advance and immediately put in a credit card which is required to make the reservation. Morning of the reservation we were told there was no card in the system and our reservation was cancelled.

Cancelled a week before we were supposed to go (July) even thought this has been booked since March, 4 months in advance. This was supposed to be the main celebration and they have left us looking for somewhere else to book last minute and everywhere is booked up. Has ruined the celebration, very unprofessional and provided absolutely no back up option. Would not recommend, big let down.

Très bel endroit pour un petit apéro, service pas très souriant , il fallait discuter et attendre 10 minutes pour 2 verres de vin blanc à 14€ le verre. Peut-être une fin de journée dure pour le personnel ? Ceci dit nous avons savouré ce moment privilégié au bord de l’eau et dans ce joli cadre pleinement ????

Be prepared to spend a lot of money and have some fun and you will have a good time! Cocktails start from around €30 and sunbeds for the day are €200. So long as you come prepared you’ll have a fantastic time with beautiful views, fun entertainment and better people watching than almost anywhere in the world!
