Hotellet har ett perfekt läge. Nära stranden, gångavstånd till centrala Cannes med mysiga restauranger och butiker. Bussar går precis utanför hotellet, vi tog buss in till stan men promenerade hem, perfekt efter en middag. Personalen är mycket hjälpsam och trevlig, bekvämt med poolbar och möjlighet att äta vid solstolarna. Restaurang La Palma håller mycket hög nivå! Vet inte om vi hade lite otur med vårt rum, men när vi kom var det stopp i handfatet, på lördagen blev det inte städat och vi fick ringa efter mer toapapper då det inte fylldes på. När vi påtalade detta åtgärdades det snabbt och smidigt. Rummet var litet, så smalt att dörren tog i toalettdörren när man kom in i rummet. Det är smådetaljer, balkongen var bra och utsikten härlig, men förväntningarna är högre när man bokar executive dubbelrum. Generellt är hotellet riktigt fint inrett i lobby och restaurang, man får en exklusiv känsla. Därför blir det lite avigt att poolen är i sämre skick. Botten är uppskrapad och vattnet känns ganska smutsigt. En poolrenovering hade gjort gott! Jag vill som helhet absolut rekommendera hotellet och skulle själv gärna återvända.

Готель нам дуже сподобався — до пляжу буквально кілька хвилин пішки, поруч зупинка автобуса, що дуже зручно. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання: кондиціонер, кухня з усім потрібним, пральна машина. Власник швидко реагував на наші запитання й завжди був на зв’язку.
Загалом залишилися тільки позитивні враження, рекомендуємо!
Готель нам дуже сподобався — до пляжу буквально кілька хвилин пішки, поруч зупинка автобуса, що дуже зручно. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання: кондиціонер, кухня з усім потрібним, пральна машина. Власник швидко реагував на наші запитання й завжди був на зв’язку.
Загалом залишилися тільки позитивні враження, рекомендуємо!

J ai passé plusieurs petits séjours et des vacances à luxhotel je recommande cet endroit situé à 150metres de la plage des chambres spacieuses une literie très confortable
Un personnel toujours agréable et souriant un super petit déjeuner buffet il ne manque rien pour passer des superbes vacances la piscine avec les transats et parasols
Avec mon mari nous adorons cet hotel nous allons y séjourner dans quelques jours pour nos vacances

Un hôtel très agréable, très bien situé dans Cannes proche du centre ville juste en face de la plage, mais son plus gros atout c’est son personnel, qui est très chaleureux attentionné envers les clients, mention spéciale à Hamdi présent sur la piscine et le restaurant de l’hôtel, souriant, réactif, toujours de bonne humeur, et il saura vous préparer des cocktails de folie,
ainsi qu’à Samia la directrice de l’établissement qui est adorable, accueillante et arrangeante ça fait 3 années de suite que nous venons avec ma famille dans cet hôtel c’est toujours une super expérience, je recommande à 100%

My experience on this hotel is really bad, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful in the evening shift but the night shift were pretty helpful
Room is good but the air conditioner is really bad it was like it wasn’t even working

Otel süper bir konumda . sadece bunun için bile seçilebilir denize gitmek çok kolay sadece yolu geçmeniz gerekli çok büyük olmayan bir havuzu var yalnız odalar beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı ben bahçe katında terası olan bir odası seçmiştim iyi ki de öyle seçmişim odanın içi oldukça küçük havasız banyoda Duşakabin yok ve bir gece büyük bir karafatma gördüm banyosunda ama onun dışında çarşafları temiz her gün değiştiriliyor personeli güler yüzlü klima var ve efektif bu da Fransa için bir avantaj genellikle klima kullanmıyorlar. Die Zimmer sind alt, eng und es hat kaum Platz für Kleider. Wenn man die Zimmertür öffnet stösst diese an den Schrank.
Die Zimmer müssen renoviert werden!
Die Preise an der Poolbar sind zu hoch! Man sollte den eigenen Gästen Rabatt geben. Kommt dazu dass auch diese Anlage in die Jahre gekommen ist!
Das Frühstück war ok - könnte noch Abwechslungsreicher sein.

Classy hotel with very nice facilities. Personel are very nice and welcoming. ||The rooms are nice, AC working fine and housekeepers doing a good job. Only negative is no fridge. ||The breakfast is quite expensive, simple, but has everything you need. Pool area is very nice, and the guys working in the bar next to pool are so good. They make the drinks in no time and bring them to your sunbeds. ||A big plus about this hotel is the bus stop 50 meters away, where you can take the bus straight to Cannes Centre in 5 minutes. ||Had a very pleasant stay overall!

Good and Clean Hotel with nice view and location.||Front Desk Staff, Specially Yan and Naomi were very helpful and attentive.||People you have to stay in quiet location, its a good stay.||Breakfast spread is also good, with plenty of veg and non veg options, there is a in house pool as well

One Star – Still Holding My Deposit with No Response
I checked out of Luxotel Cannes on May 17, 2025, and as of today — 18 days later — I still haven’t received my deposit of [Insert Amount and Currency]. According to my bank, the hotel is still holding the money.
What makes this worse is that I’ve sent several emails and reminders to the hotel — and they have not responded to a single one. No communication, no resolution, just silence.
This experience has completely ruined what could have been a decent stay. No matter how comfortable the room might be, the fact that I’m left chasing my own money weeks after checkout is completely unacceptable. Until they fix this issue, I strongly advise other travelers to stay away.

Franchement on est très déçu de la vue chambre entre la mere et la piscine il faut pas oublié qu' il y a les trains qui passent dès 5h du matin environ et la route( ils vous disent pas pendant la reservation simplement vous aurez une belle vue mere). La chambre est très poussieureuses..
Le gel douche et shampooing 15ml pour 2 pers.La clim qui se declanche automatiquement même en pleine nuit???? et ou j' etais enrhumée dès mon reveil et 2jours de fièvres par la suite( j' avais hâte de partir)
La petite btl de cristaline offerte que le 1ier jour d' arrivé pour 2 pers et pourtant on était en chambre double executive...
Je suis désolée mais pour nous l' hotel ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. Was just close enough to get anywhere needed but far enough away to feel more quaint. Lovely breakfast and had a great time hopping to the beach or laying by the pool. Concierge helped us with everything from transportation to dinner recommendations making the trip effortless on our part. We even had our 6 year old with us and the whole staff spoiled him rotten. Would absolutely stay again.

L’hôtel luxotel est incroyable : service impeccable, chambres magnifiques, propreté irréprochable et un cadre vraiment luxueux. Un grand merci à Rachid, toujours à l’écoute, très pro et super sympa. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, der Pool war sauber und unser Auto ( T6 California) hat in die Garage gepasst. Das Frühstück war nicht abgehoben gut, aber man konnte gut auf etwas Passendes ausweichen, die Auswahl war sehr gut. Der Preis war nicht billig, aber angesichts des Angebotes fair. Der Zugang zum Meer war sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder ! Grüsse Fredy Zimmermann

The rooms are good and the staff also. But the breakfast was not as good as we thought, for around 25€ my expectation was high, Till the reality Hit. No fruit salad(just cutted melons) , Coffee wasnt good and the selection wasnt enough.

Hotel discreto subito a ridosso della spiaggia e del lungomare. La posizione non proprio centrale ha il vantaggio di una maggiore tranquillità. L’hotel è dotato di un parcheggio interno e di una piscina. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di un ciclo di rinnovo ma nel complesso si tratta di un posto piacevole

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean — plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to relax. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
The service throughout the hotel was simply top-notch. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly and we felt very well cared for. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality and attention to detail these days.
We highly recommend Luxotel to anyone — especially families or travelers with pets. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, service, and great value. We will definitely come back!
