Une équipe agréable et souriante (tant à l’accueil qu’en salle de petit dej) cherchant à nous aider au mieux pour le week-end!!
Équipe de nuit au top qui, malgré la charge de travail importante reste à l’écoute et disponible !!

The hotel was good and served its purpose.
Staff very helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable.
I believe we paid over priced due the concert held in the arena.
Also the place is not very well connected with public transportation. it is about 10 minutes walk to the Metro station.
In regards of the hotel, it’s a basic low quality hotel. Don’t expect comfort or even basic amenities.
We had old towels, poor cleanliness, no friendly people at the reception or breakfast room, people cleaning the room were nice! That lady was so nice, our regards to her.
Conclusion, skip breakfast unless it’s included in the price, stay there only if you need to be close to the stadium, and expect a very basic comfort.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good, and all the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile when I came and went.
I leave Lille with very nice memories!
