Un hôtel caché dans une cour au calme, personnel très accueillant, établissement très propre. Malgré le bruit de la fête de la musique un peu partout, la sonorisation extérieure est très bonne, meilleure que l’insonorisation intérieure qui pourrait être améliorée |La petite salle des petits déjeuners est claire, joliment décorée . Le buffet est correct , j’aurais apprécié du pain au levain . |Un hôtel situé au centre de la ville à quelques pas des grandes places. |Possibilité de réserver une place de parking extérieur payante.

Hôtel bien placé. Grande chambre joliment décorée, mais le ménage laisse fortement à désirer. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. Machine à café tombée en panne le dernier matin sans solution de rechange ni geste commercial, alors que nous avions 3 chambres doubles pour 3 nuits. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut, mais nous sommes avec mes amis très déçus de notre séjour. Parking un peu cher.

Small, friendly, independent hotel with parking in the centre of Arras, and in a very quiet area. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst visiting the Christmas market. Large, comfortable beds, good shower too. Generous continental breakfast.

Hôtel au top ! Situé à 5 minutes de la Grand Place. Endroit calme, et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très grandes et très propres.
L’accueil va avec le reste de la prestation, chaleureux et un petit plus pour le parking. Je recommande.

Hôtel très bien placé , calme ,chambre propre , parking payant à l’intérieur (14€) il y a des places à l’extérieur payantes aussi mais le stationnement est très difficile surtout avec le marché de Noël.
Le petit déjeuner a 16€ est très décevant à un prix très excessif pour ce qu’il propose il vaut mieux le prendre à l’extérieur.

Hôtel idéalement situé à 5 mn à pieds des places et du Beffroi. L'hôtel est retiré du boulevard dans une grande cour intérieure et donc au calme. Chambre très propre, literie de qualité, belle salle de bains avec WC séparé. Bref à recommander

Bel hotel très bien situé chambre très grande décorée avec beaucoup de goût un parking à disposition pour 10 euros nous avons tout apprécié. Le personnel très professionnel et très sympathique.

Rare ontvangst, leek wel of de buurvrouw ons de deur open moest doen. Kapotte en lege bloembakken voor de deur. Erg slordig. Kamer en bed is prima, maar stoffig.
Ontbijt zeker geen 15 euro waard.
Drie jaar geleden hier gelogeerd, toen erg tevreden. Nu voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

When we arrived at the hotel we were a little concerned as the car park area looks really run down. We got to the door and it was locked. After using google to translate the sign on the door we realised we needed to call a number if the door was locked. We did but there was no answer. My husband went into the bar next door and found someone to open up. He was very apologetic and we quickly got checked in. ||The room was really clean, had a lovely comfortable bed with the softest sheets. The shower was great and we were really pleased. We thought we were in for a lovely stay, however we did have a couple of issues. ||The air conditioning unit was really loud. We had to turn it off at night but the room became unbearably hot. When we opened the window there was lots of noise from the street including what sounded like a fight. ||The worst issue was the paving on the entrance to the car park was replaced on our first full day. This meant pneumatic drills waking us up after what had already been a disturbed sleep. We wanted to explore battlefields around Arras but were not able to get the car out because of the work being done. The car was trapped in until just after 5pm. To add insult to injury we had been charged £20 for using the car park! We never saw any staff the whole time we were there so there was no one to help us. We wouldn’t have even minded if we had been given the heads up and we had been given the opportunity to move to a different car park.

Be aware that this hotel has no lift. If they put you on the top floor you will be lugging your cases up two steep flights of stairs. Also there is no front desk - the manager lives next door. If you accidentally leave your key in your room, as I did, you have to call her to come over to open your door. That's OK, but she doesn't answer the phone. I had to call five times over a period of two hours in the early evening before someone picked up. And they don't respond to messages. I would avoid this place.

Lovely little hotel with spacious rooms and big comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and the owner very pleasant and helpful. Great secure parking although the entrance is tight. Only improvement could be cleaner bathrooms and the shower could be updated.

Great hotel in Arras within a short walk of the town centre. Hotel and rooms were great and good value. The hotel had reservable car parking which suited our group perfectly

un établissement très cosy, très bien situé, intime, personnel agréable, chambre impeccable
dommage que :
- il n'y ait pas de service bar ou restaurant en chambre : lorsqu"on arrive à 23h à Arras tout est fermé !
- il n'y ait pas d'oeufs brouillés au petit déjeuner !

Extremely comfortable small hotel.
We came to Arras to visit WW1 memorials and various sites around the Somme. We stayed at the Le Dome Hotel, which is perfectly situated for easy access to Arras town square.
The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and modern in its decor. The couple who run it were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Although their English was as good as our French, it wasn't a problem, we managed. Our room was everything we needed, clean and well presented, the shower was brilliant and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual continental, served in their lovely dining room, but there was plenty of it.
Just one word of caution, the car park is tight. This is simply down to the layout of old buildings and nothing they can change, but if you drive a big Range Rover, you may struggle, you'll be fine 2CV!
The adjoining restaurant, run by the same people, is also nice, well presented with good clean decor and the food was lovely, if a little expensive, but we ate from the specials board which offered better value.
Would I go back there, for sure I would.

Les chambres sont agréables, spacieuses et propres. Bruit de la clim ce qui est dérangeant la nuit. L’emplacement central est formidable. Le parking est limité et difficile d’accès. Par contre souci de double facturation Booking et hôtel ce qui est incompréhensible et un mois après le problème n’est toujours pas résolu totalement.

Niché dans un endroit calme avec parking et à seulement cinq minutes de marche du quartier historique cet hôtel est une bien belle découverte. Cosy, propre, belle décoration, literie très confortable. Tout cela avec un directeur et un personnel sympathiques et prévenants. Les mêmes remarques sont valables pour La Coupole restaurant associé à l'hôtel.

Really liked this little hotel. Good location, easy to find, good access of main road. Parking for 2-3 cars on site. Nicely modernised rooms, excellent bed, good shower. Breakfast probably a little expensive, but there was ample food, enough to make cheese & ham rolls to take for lunch…

Je suis déçue par contre par le personnel. J'ai demandé l'envoi par email de ma facture et je suis obligée aujourd'hui de les relancer une seconde fois car je n'ai toujours rien reçu... peut-être que cet avis fera avancer les choses...
