Accueil super sympa , restaurant moyen , personnel très agréable + ça c'est pour le positif ????
Par contre chambre crasseuse catastrophe moquette même un chien ne dors pas dessus c 'est tout a fait inadmissible , la moquette du couloir dans le même état. Lunette des WC décroché, fenêtres en piteux état. Piscine bien traité mais les abords absolument pas nettoyer. Beacoup trop cher et honteux de proposer des chambres dans cet état.

Si vous trouver cette chambre a 50€ la nuit ça passe au dessus surtout ne réserver pas .

Je connaissais cet établissement en tant qu'employé il y a plus de 15 ans.
Revenu dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel suite à un nouveau secteur, je suis agréablement surpris, car il est très bien entretenu, propre, l'intérieur est toujours aussi agréable et de standing
L'équipe a fortement changée, mais très bon accueil, service en salle Ok, cuisine de qualité
Je recommande et personnellement je reviendrais

Nous avons réservé une nuit pour notre mariage
Pour 180€ la nuit je m’attendais a beaucoup mieux
Pour l’emplacement de la chambre et son environnement rien à dire calme et sécurisé
L’intérieur et les prestations ont été limite
Moquette degueulasse et je pèse mes mots (chambre 133)
Aucun minimum de prestations fond de tasse et verre sale
1 cuillère à café pour 2…
Aucun goodies type coton tige ou coton démaquillant …..(les hôtels ibis moins chères le proposent pour info….)
Et pour couronner le tout je suis tombé en sortant de la baignoire m’écrasant au sol

J’ai eu en cadeau pour ma nuit de noce 3 bleus horrible allant de mes fesses à la cheville
J’ai bien cru que mon pied était cassé

Aber das Essen ist hervorragend. 3 Gänge Menü hatten wir bei jeder Übernachtung und es war jedesmal sehr lecker. Die Teller sind appetitlich angerichtet und die Menge reicht vollkommen aus.

Zum Das Hotel sieht von außen nennen wir es abgenutzt aus. Rezeption und Bar sind relativ neu. Leider hat sich das abgenutzte auf den Zimmern bestätigt (siehe Bilder). Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Naja zur Durchreise völlig ok. Zum Urlaub machen mit Frau und Kind eher nicht geeignet. Wie das 4 Sterne Schild an die Tür kommt bleibt ein Rätsel.

Par contre cette fois ci très déçu de la restauration, un carbonnade flamande qu’on aurait dit « jetée dans un bol », et franchement pas terrible du tout. Le collègue avait pris un burger qui lui non plus était pas top, pour le prix (assez chers) du service restaurant on s’attendait vraiment à mieux. Surtout que l’année dernière c’était plutôt bien.

Hotel confortable et calme mais qui nécessite vraiment un rafraîchissement que ce soit le bâtiment, les salles de bain, la piscine....tout est défraîchi et parait sale...le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien fournit est offre un grand choix que ce soit sale ou sucré.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant mais les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le service est de qualité et l’accueil du personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et assez riche en choix. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de dîner cette fois ci mais j’avais déjà pu tester le restaurant dans une visite précédente qui était de qualité.

The exterior of the building looks dated but the interior looks newer. It has an outdoor pool and available activities for kids to play. The front staff spoke fluent english upon our arrival and were all friendly. As it was a bank holiday, the restaurant was not open, but there are available places to eat in walking or driving distance. Our room was clean and looked newly updated, it didnt have a bath as advertised (one the reasons we booked at Holiday Inn) it had plenty of towels available, if you wanted room cleaning and breakfast this was an additional charge when checking in.

We recently stayed at this hotel on the way down to Provence as part of our honeymoon. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the interior of the hotel was very clean and tidy as was our room which was dog friendly with baby cot provided for our toddler. Breakfast was ok but i kind of got the impression it was trying to cater for a lot of different types of clientele but not really really succeeding. The continental breakfast items, croissants, pastries, etc. were fine. The hot food selection was poor and unnecessary! The scrambled eggs were disgusting and the sausages and bacon were rock solid like they had been there for days! The exterior of the hotel looked scruffy and unloved, definitely in need of a lick of paint! My 2 year old daughter was disappointed to find that the kids playground pictured on the holiday inn website (and is still there) has been ripped out and no longer exists! As i say the service in the hotel was excellent, and if Holiday Inn were to spend a few euros fixing up the place to reflect the level of service, it would be perfect. The location is great being so close to the A25 and quite a few local amenities. Would stay here again if refurbished.

I have stayed on lots of IHG hotels over the past decade in many different countries, however this was my worst experience ever. No air-conditioning (even though it's advertised as hiving it) It had heating. I booked the suite as I was traveling with three little kids and was meant to be a short stay to get some sleep as we had onward seven hours travel in the morning. Sadly we hardly had any sleep due to heat, the room service never brought the breakfast until I rang them and I was told I didn't put time on the form! (could have just asked?). Was told onsite parking but told all spaces are full. The lady on reception was very unhelpful and initially said there are not fan and kept repeating "Its still winter in France" despite 29 degrees in the bedroom! Finally after complaining to support line suddenly she managed to find the fan. I have raised a complaint and have case reference number but I still wait to hear from the hotel!
I stayed in Remis on the way to Venice on a holiday in an Appartment which I thought was much better value and host was extremely welcoming. The only pluses was cleanliness and location (make sure you have parking sorted despite of what it says on website).

Great value hotel. The room size is large as is the bathroom. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel does look dated from the outside and could do with some paint but inside it’s just as you would expect from a holiday inn

An ideal stopping point if you're aiming for the ferry ⛴️ at Dunkirk.

I visited this hotel last year and I found it kept the standard of services. When I heard that the restaurant was to be closed over weekend it did not surprise me. The bath certainly needed a non-slip mat. I fell off in the final night and fortunately the fall didn't hurt much.

Great staff, who spoke excellent English
Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good with hot and cold options.
Lots of parking and the reception staff were helpful when I arrived early. I was able to leave my car there and explore until the room was ready.
It's only a short bus to the Metro station in Lille or a 50 min walk. A good location to visit Lille.

Idéal pour profiter de se rendre à Lille que ce soit en voiture ou en métro.

Prettig hotel, zeer fijn personeel. Fijne schone kamers. Goed ontbijt al waren er waar problemen met de drie koffiezetapparaten. Gelukkig nog op tijd opgelost. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Perfect location if you're driving as it's on the main route into Lille. Uber taxi into town is about 20 Euros. Good sized modern rooms. Nice breakfast as you would expect from Holiday Inn.

The reception was nice and modern but this is all a trick as the building is shocking.
The receptionist told me we were lucky the restaurant was open only as there was a group in tonight…. This place is near a Burger King which was also not open and not much else!
The hotel photos online are fairly nice due to lighting and angles but in person the hotel is in a run down industrial area with the building needing serious extensive renovation. The wood facade is damaged and breaking. The paint is peeling everywhere. The pool is dirty.
The receptionist admitted he wouldn’t walk on the carpet without shoes. Enough said…
I cannot explain better how horrible this hotel is
