Suite à ma visite avec un grand groupe, j'ai été dessus car lors de l'apéritif le patron nous propose une assiette de charcuterie offerte par la maison qui sait fini finalement sur la note... Des verres apéro où on était à 8 euros le verre. Dessus par la quantité au niveau du plat et pour le dessert j'ai pris une croustade qui pour moi était juste une pâte cramé sans goût. Pour a la fin une note apéro repas 60 euros par personne... Dessus, première et dernière fois...

Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute |Repas excellent avec des produits frais et locaux. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Bonne literie et salle de bain propre et agréable ! Je n’ai pas pus tester la piscine malheureusement. Un très bon rapport qualité prix à mon avis. What else ?

Bonne soirée de grillades. Je recommande vivement.

Lieu situé à la campagne.
Le menu était copieux et son tarif raisonnable.
Seul bémol est la serveuse qui sentait la transpiration.

Bonjour, nous étions de passage ce mois d'aout pour passer un week end dans cette belle région. Nous avons apprécié notre moment, la mise à disposition d'un gite dans une auberge, c'est juste parfait pour avoir un peu d'autonomie et profiter des services de l'auberge. L'accueil est top et très sympathique, on s'est vraiment régalé à table. Et quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter de la grande piscine en cette saison de forte chaleur. Merci et bon courage à l'équipe pour cette saison.

We stayed in the Loft gîte for 3 nights as a family of 4, ahead of a friend’s wedding nearby. Whilst we were staying there, other friends of ours were also staying in a number of other rooms; also guests of the wedding.

The loft is a nice size and is well equipped however it’s not very well maintained and has several failings. Firstly, the air conditioning doesn’t work; not ideal in an August Canicule. The flooring is warped so there are large gaps and the main door doesn’t open properly. There is no door on the bathroom. The room is next to the cesspit and food waste bin so smells bad. The room was not serviced at all and was supplied with only half a toilet roll.

The hotel itself is not suitable for children that want to have fun. The pool area, whilst lovely and clean, is a quite zone (good luck keeping kids quiet in a pool) and we were asked to keep our children quiet on the patio of our own room (which is at the back of the establishment) at 8pm despite the fact that they were not being excessively noisy (we are conscious of it when they are).

Finally, when other friends arrived at the hotel from the UK, and came so say hello to us on our patio area, we were told we were not allowed more than 4 people on it and were asked to go elsewhere. We were not being obnoxious or having a party - just greeting people that have travelled several hundreds of KM to get there.

At this point you would think that the sensible thing to do from a guest services and business perspective is to invite your guests to come and have a drink in your bar, however we were in fact told it was closed and there was a jazz festival 30 minutes away that we could go to. The result of that was 14 people going elsewhere to spend their money ????????‍♂️

Maybe this is good for couples, but if you have any kids or interest in socialising, it’s not great. We didn’t feel welcome, and I’m sure we weren’t for whatever reason. It’s a shame because it’s not the Ritz, it’s a little gite in rural France. Business is surely limited.

Le service était au top, la nourriture était parfaite !
Par contre il faut m'expliquer le comportement des propriétaires, parfois ça hurle, l'ambiance est pas ouf ...

Personnel très aimable, cuisine soignée je recommande fortement accueil chaleureux.

Nous y avons juste pour dîner

Auberge hôtel au calme. Chambres et salles de bains spacieuses, très propre. personnel agréable et accueillant. Hélas, nous n'avons pas pu rester déjeuner et/ou diner, cela semblait bien appétissant et très correct.|Nous recommandons.

Très belle découverte , accueil très sympathique. Très belle assiette et dessert Maison succulent. Vous pouvez vous arrêter sans hésitation.

Très propre! Personnel hyper accueillant ! Repas de bonne qualité ! A connaître absolument absolument !!

I have nothing to do with what you are describing here. I did presence though how you treated the guests you are mentioning here. You were shouting out of your lungs to one guest who did serve himself a drink and that was wrong but that does not give you the right to shout at him violently as you did while he was apologizing for it. His intention was to let you know he was serving that drink himself as there was no one there to help him.
Your daughter started crying right when you started screaming, she knows you were wrong and you got her scared.
One guest started to scream back at you after you spent 10 minutes shouting at them and them apologizing.
You have no knowledge of service.
As I said, I was only present and did not participate in any of the things you are describing here.

Lugar con la peor atención que he recibido en mi vida…mi compañero cometió el error de servirse una bebida y nos gritaron de tal forma que tuvimos que irnos del hotel…consigan otra opción pero aquí no se queden

Accueil parfait, conseil de lieux et domaine viticoles à visiter, chambre très confortable et restaurant excellent.

Au top.
Service avec le sourire ce qui devient rare
Plats bien présentés, de qualités et le chef s adapte aux allergies ou aliments qu’on aime moins.

Très beau restaurant, accueil très chaleureux, produits locaux, une cuisine rafinée et de très jolies assiettes ,un chef a l'écoute des clients bref ,une adresse a partager !

Repas de mariage en famille passé dans ce lieux, très bon accueil , personnel souriant , agréable...nous avons également fait connaissance avec les repreneurs ...très sympa également...je recommande, repas copieux des produits locaux de qualité

Nous sommes venus en famille, au restaurant, à midi. Dans l'ensemble,bonne ambiance (musique) , repas plutôt bon : amuse bouche , entrée, plat, dessert, mais ne valait vraiment pas 32€. Le fois gras de l'entrée était vraiment gras , il fond dès son arrivée en table et a un peu le goût de beurre. En se qui concerne le dessert (des profiteroles), il était congelé, impossible à couper ces profiteroles, et l'intérieur ne ressemblait ni à de la crème ni à de la glace vanille comme annoncé, le chocolat et la mascarpone n'étaient pas bien mieux, j'avais un peu mal au ventre à la fin du repas . On a été un peu déçu car on avait entendu parler de cette auberge comme un bon restaurant.

Super ambiance avec des prestations de cuisson au feu de bois et des produits de qualité. Endroit agréable avec terrasse ombragée avec une équipe super sympa . Je recommande vivement ????
