Avis CAMPING SIRÈNE HOLIDAYS Argelès-Sur-Mer

Structure de l établissement non conforme par rapport à la population, très bruyant, spectacles un peu trop enfantins,pas assez d'ombre à la piscine et pas de structures assises, manque d'intimité aux mobilshomes.

Hele goede camping. Veel activiteiten, fijn personeel!

Mon frère réserve pour six personnes, il y a une personne qui ne peut venir, on apprend un jour à l’avance qu’il y a un décès donc on se réorganise pour que je vienne à la place de la personne manquante, on nous dit non, il fallait prévoir 15 jours à l’avance ☠️☠️

Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Mais un gros point négatif c’est le monde dans toutes les infrastructures ce n’est pas adapté à autant de monde. La piscine est bondée même pas appréciable, les commerces pareils ne parlons pas des activités pour les enfants ou il faut se battre pour les inscrire et la salle à spectacle qui est vraiment mal organisé il faut arriver 1h30 avant pour avoir une place et puis les tables de pique nique en guise de siège vraiment pas terrible non plus! Le mobilhome quand à lui etait super mais sale à notre arrivée ????

Camping magnifique, bien entretenu, avec des mobil-homes très confortables. Le personnel est au top, toujours poli et accueillant. Les animations et spectacles du soir sont incroyables, un vrai point fort !

Petit bémol sur la piscine extérieure que j’ai trouvée un peu froide, mais avec les améliorations prévues, ce sera sûrement corrigé l’an prochain. Tout le reste (supérette, boulangerie, bars, etc.) est impeccable. Hâte d’y revenir !

An amazing family experience

The place was overcrowded , too many people for the facilities, impossible to book kids into activities, food was average and limited. Over priced for drinks food. We had a huge issue with security, brought to managements attention and they still have not replied to my emails or my enquiries at reception.

Incroyable, très propre, bien entretenu, beaucoup de végétations. Parc aquatique parfait et spacieux et assez de place pour que tous le monde puisse y mettre ses serviettes sans devoir se battre.....
Très beaux spectacles malgré quelques petits soucis de visibilité pour certaines personnes. Je penses que quelques petites modifications dans l organisation des spectacles seraient parfait du style où l' on demanderait aux enfants de s assoir et que personne ne s assoit sur les tables, permettrait à tous le monde de pouvoir profiter des spectacles. Aussi à refaire.

Great location and well serviced by road train to the local town. Lovely cabins, clean and well equipped. Pool complex was fantastic! Activities were great but it was difficult to book in as they were over subscribed and you were often on a waiting list despite being ready to book as soon as it opened the previous day. The shows were top class, very impressive! Very busy site and cars on site meant I wasn't as relaxed about letting the children go ahead of me towards the main area. Lots of security and very well maintained site.

It’s a lovely site. Very big and busy. Needed a bike which was fine and didn’t have a car. All shops, bakery etc on site are great. Food in restaurant is lovely too. I felt there should be more lifeguards staff. They have a huge area to cover and feel like they need more. There were children in adult pool many times. The on-site launderette should also have a member of staff supervising. It’s too small for the size of the site and one day four machines were out of order. People not returning on time to remove their clothes when cycle is finished. Should have a staff member there to supervise this and ensure people aren’t skipping the queue. Be prepared for ants in your accommodation. Slides and pool area is very impressive. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and slides. Entertainment area gets busy especially on big show nights. There should be more staff on these nights also ensuring that everyone can see etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nous passons des superbes vacances dans ce camping et nous reviendrons l année prochaine .
Les équipements sont top et surtout il y a énormément d activités pour la famille , les emplacements superbes !
Seul bémol la salle de spectacle trop petite pour que l on puisse danser et participer !
Mention spécial pour l équipe d animation du tir à l arc notamment Pauline rigoureuse , patiente et avec beaucoup d humour !
A l année prochaine la Sirène merci pour tout

Bonjour, je suis allé séjourné dans ce camping en août 2021 avec mes parents à l'âge de 10 ans et je tenais a dire que ces vacances ont été inoubliables et vraiment exceptionnelles, tout était bien et parfait, les activités étaient vraiment excitantes et c'était inexorablement beau comme camping !
Les toboggans étaient pittoresques et les piscines étaient vraiment superbes, je recommande fortement ce camping et je pense y revenir un jour !

Très beau sejour au camping la sirène. Nous avons profité de quelques animations via l'application qui est malheureusement submergée dès l'ouverture des inscriptions. Le garage à vélo mériterai un lampadaire. La capacité d'accueil de la scène est limitée et très bruyante malgré les consignes de l'animateur pour respecter les artistes (espace couvert qui résonne)..
Le camping est tres bien entretenu avec une equipe animateurs/staff tres souriante et accueillante et de multiples activités pour toute la famille. Malgré les petits détails d'amélioration constatés, nous recommandons vivement ce camping, agréable, végétalisé, proposant plein d'activités et très bien tenu.

Place was very very busy. Pool area and bar/restaurant area very small for the number of people on the site - made it feel claustrophobic nearly.

Mooie camping wel erg groot en druk. Vooral zwembaden zitten overvol. Ze bouwen er volgend jaar wat bij. De avondshows zijn wel echt geweldig. Echte musical shows. Buiten het hoogseizoen spreekt er bij kinderanimatie niemand nederlands wel frans en Engels.

Crowded campsite
Poor pool facilities where you have to leave your shoes outside the gates with no eating in the pool area. A nightmare when the kids wanted their holiday treat/icepop and feet burning running between slides.. not what I expected

Lot of cars and bikes constantly passing onsite,
Kids park a good distance from pool area
The positives:
Clean accommodation booked direct with site
Nice greenery but lot of mosquitoes
Good A/C in kitchen area
Can use hippocampe across the road which was better for younger kids
Local town is not far, less than 15 min by car. It has a nice beach and is a busy nice area. Taxi cost €10-15 booked at reception. Ubers only catered for 4 passengers.
A lovely onsite bakery and decent supermarket. Staff were very friendly

Très déçu de ce camping qui pourtant fait enormement parler de lui . En ce qui concerne notre mobil home il n'y avais strictement rien a dire , emplacement top , mobil home quasi neuf et tres beau sur ça top ???? . Le camping en lui même et tres beau et tres propre , bien arboré c'est genial . Pour le reste que dire ... nous n'avons pas trouver l'esprit camping qui nous plaît car vraiment énormément de monde , personnes ne se parle ne serait-ce que pour se dire bonjour , pour acheter une glace au moins 10min de queue , idem pour le traiteur et la boulangerie le matin .
Le parc aquatique difficile d'y trouver une place pour s'installer malgré son immensité . Et l'air de jeux pas très adapter par rapport au nombre de personnes . Du monde partout , tout le temps ????‍???? nous nous sommes cru en plein centre ville d'argelès. Cela fait très usine, il faut entasser au max pour encaisser au max , et c'est dommage !
En ce qui concerne les spectacles et activités je ne pourrais me prononcer car avec le monde aucunes envie d'y participer .
Certains vigiles aux portails pas très aimables .
Des enfants a vélo qui déboulent a toute vitesse sur la route sans regarder si il y a des voitures ???? cela est très dangereux malgré la très faible vitesse des automobilistes. Les parents nesurveillent pas leurs enfants (de tout âge) donc c'est un peu l'anarchie !
Bref séjour très décevant , nous avons voulu tester car nous en avions entendu que du bien , et bien ce qui est sûr cest que la sirène ne nous reverra plus .

This was my third time at La Sirene. On this trip the facilities were far too busy. There were too many people for the size of facilities. I did not enjoy the pool as it was too overcrowded, and there was no space to lie down in the shade in the afternoon. The restaurants and bars were always fully packed with no available seating. While it is great to see La Sirene becoming more popular, the support facilities need to either grow or stay open for longer hours to accommodate all guests.

Everythig was awesome

Die öffentlichen Sanitärräume waren leider bei unserem Besuch schon in die Jahre gekommen und häufig sehr dreckig. Schön wären auch insbesondere Sanitärräume für Kinder , wie es sie bereits auf vielen campingplätze gibt.

We are just back from our first time visiting Le Sirene and we cannot wait to come back. This is how a 5 star resort is run.
The great!:
The site consists of two sides, we stayed on the quietier side, with the smaller heated pool, it suited our little one better, but it was nice to have the facilities of the larger campsite just across the road. It is really nice to have the options of both sides.
The food on site is really delicious! There is lots to choose from, either eating on site in a restaruent or getting a take away.
The shop on site is well stocked, we grabbed an UBER and did a big shop nearby but you could easily get it all on site.
The team that run the kids club are amazing, they are so kind and caring.
The level of English on this site from staff is unbelievable.
Every team member we encountered from reception, to the bakery staff, to the shop staff and to general workers were all exceptional, helpful and cheery.
This campsite has an app you can download and book into your activites, it is really helpful for seeing whats on each day.
The campsite was spotless and there were always staff members pottering around tidying up.
There is no food or drink poolside, this is great for a family campsite, less bugs, no drunk people and children are being watched.
But the absolute best thing about this campsite is the night time entertainment!!! A different show each night we were there from The Lion King to ABBA, it was like being at the theater each night, it is also great that you can bring your own food and drinks over, makes everything more comfortable.

The slight downsides:
And these are only slight....
The toilets at the swimming pool and stage area are in need of updating, there was never any soap or hand sanitiser at any of them, I could almost accept this in the pool area with chlorine in the pool, however, the whole 10 days we were there, there was none at the stage area, which wasnt ideal with food being eaten. We ended up bringing our own hand sanitiser with us.
The big shows start at 9pm, if you want a decent seat you need to arrive early, about 7pm, it would be great to see some earlier entertainment in the evening to get little ones over the wait, there is sometimes mascots on stage dancing but this can be at 8.15pm so a 7pm slot would be great.
Where the entertainment is held is hotter than the sun! Bring a fan!! It's like a green house, would be great to see the campsite look into this and see what could be done, I cant image how the dancers feel!
Booking for activities only opens at 2pm the day before, would be great to see them opening earlier, so we can get things booked then put the phone away for the day and not have to bring it to the pool.

But all in all an amazing place, a family holiday you will never forget and we cant wait to return next year!!

Buen lugar para vacaciones y buenos servicios, piscinas parque acuático muy bien y animación y espectáculos muy bien, disponen de panadería, supermercado, y varias tiendas, así como varios restaurantes y comida para llevar.tienen que mejorar en la limpieza de los lavabos con motivo del volumen de gente, y en la limpieza de la entrada y salida al complejo del parque acuatico.

Location very good but pity the tourist train-bus to/from town doesn't operate more frequently and later in the evening in June. Schedule is better in July and August.
