Un hôtel cosy ou dès notre arrivée on se sent bien.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées mais il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre et mini bar
Très bonne insonorisation, aucun bruit malgré le fait d'être au cœur du centre historique de Montpellier.

Le seul point négatif est lorsque l'on arrive en voiture... pas de place pour stationner même une minute... ne sachant pas que l'hôtel proposait un parking, j'ai tourné dans Montpellier pendant plus d'une heure pour trouver où m'arrêter...

Très bon Hôtel pour le confort.
Mais pour une personne âgée l'accueil manque de chaleur humaine...Ce qui est un peu déroutant !!!

Excellent hôtel. Mais sentiment d'insécurité aux alentours. Ma valise a été volée dans le train TGV avant le départ par quelqu'un de l'extérieur. Ce qui me fait hésiter de revenir à Montpellier.

We enjoyed our recent stay. However, the weather was extremely wet while we were there and unfortunately there was no where for us to hang our wet clothes in the room, other than in the wardrobe. It would help to have coat and towel/robe hooks in all bedrooms.

Notre fille a déménagé de Lyon pour Montpellier et nous venons régulièrement la voir. Comme nous avons été déçu lors de nos deux dernières visites par la chambre d'hôtes où nous sommes descendus, notre fille nous a proposé votre hôtel qui est proche de son domicile. Il correspond exactement à nos attentes.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anfahrt und das Finden des Parkhauses ist aufgrund der fehlenden Kurzparkgelegenheit vor dem Hoteleingang kompliziert und führt zwangsläufig zum Verkehrsstau und zum Stress beim Gast.

Wunderschönes und ruhiges Hotel mit besonderem Flair mitten im Zentrum,sehr angenehm der kleine Pool im schönen Innengarten???? auch die eigene Tiefgarage ist wirklich von Vorteil.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können dieses Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

The lady at the reception did not tell us that the garage war really inside the hotel, and she didn't explain to us how to get there, so it was very difficult for us with your narrow streets to be able to do it!

L'hôtel présente des caractéristiques très intéressantes, telles que le vieil ascenseur. Il s’agit d’un bel immeuble bénéficiant d’un excellent emplacement, à proximité de la gare, de l’arrêt de tramway et de la place de la Comédie. Une des meilleures caractéristiques était une très bonne douche
Le wifi était une nuisance, couper tous les jours. L'absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre et de transats inadéquats autour de la piscine étaient d'autres défauts.
Cette enquête est également déficiente, ne me permettant pas de dire d’où nous venons (Pays de Galles).

Great staff; beautiful accommodations; great location. Breakfast was poor - eggs were cold, fruit was not fresh. When we entered the breakfast almost one third of the tables were not prepared and dirty with dishes. Otherwise, wonderful hotel.

The reception manger was very helpful at Check-in. She directed me to the nearest ATM and suggested a restaurant for dinner away from the tourist area. I will return!

Very good hotel, in the city centre. The room was essential but clean and confortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of choices.
On my opinion, the only negative point (if we want to say that) is that the parking cannot be reserved, but there are other options.
