L'atmosphère de ce bar-restaurant est haute en couleur : bar en taule ondulée et grande fresque au mur en hommage au cinéma américain. En salle, ou en terrasse, on se régale de l'ambiance décontractée prisée de la jeunesse alentour, autant que de la carte : club sandwich, egg benedict, spinach salad, bagel cream cheese and lox, ou encore plats tex-mex : chicken fajitas, quesadillas... Le guacamole est incontournable, autant que les burgers. Quantités impressionnantes, et les desserts, dans la plus pure tradition américaine, sont aussi très généreux !

Usually, I don’t even buy them because there is too much salad and sauce, and it just annoys me.
But here, everything is done perfectly.
The top bun is toasted from the inside, and inside there is bacon, cheese, and beef.
They are not too salty or too bland.
The bacon gives exactly the kind of flavor you want to feel when you bite into it.
The burger is easy to hold without worrying about everything falling apart or needing to wipe your hands nonstop.
The vegetables are served separately, so you can add them if you want or leave them out.
We asked for ketchup and mayonnaise on the side.
I will definitely come back. Somehow, everything matched exactly what I want in a burger.
The hash brown was a bit too greasy, but it’s easy to ignore.
I liked everything, the taste and the way it was served.

The food is healthy, organic, and they have fresh pressed juices. I prefer the salads over the sandwiches. I prefer to eat more vegetables, so this suits me. I do wish the desserts were homemade. It would be amazing to see a raw vegan carrot cake on the menu. But I did like the dessert I got, so I was happy. My partner was very happy with the sandwich they got.
The only thing I am not font of is the décor. I really think it could be a bit brighter and it could use a major refresh.
I was pleased they were open as often as they were because some of the other restaurants in the area were only open at hours I was busy doing touristy stuff. So the fact that Sisters was open when they weren't meant I visited this café multiple times during my stay. I will definitely be returning.
