Du check-in au départ, tout a été parfait : bienveillance, gentillesse, réactivité…bravo à l'équipe
Mention spéciale à la responsable , adorable et professionnelle.
Les chambres sont propres, confortables, et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas de Disneyland.
Suite à un dégât des eaux (non lié à notre chambre), nous avons été immédiatement surclassés avec en prime un petit-déjeuner offert et un geste commercial très apprécié !
Un séjour parfait, services au top. Je recommande +++ sans hésiter. Merci encore pour tout ????
Super séjour à l’Adagio Serris Val d’Europe ! La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et très bien équipée, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée à Disneyland. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus, idéale pour se relaxer. Les espaces communs ont récemment été rénovés, ce qui donne une atmosphère agréable et conviviale. L’équipe de réception est très professionnelle et accueillante, toujours prête à aider et à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, à deux pas de Disney et du centre commercial Val d’Europe. Je recommande vivement !
Bus et Navette juste devant l hôtel qui facilite l accès à Disneyland Paris et à la gare .

1. 저는 한국인이지만 불어를 약간 할 줄 압니다. 체크인 할 때 예약했다는 말도 불어로 했구요. 그런데 카운터 여직원이 제 여권을 보더니 다른 직원한테 한국인에 대한 부정적인 얘기를 하더군요. 무슨 말인지 다 알아듣지는 못했지만 사람을 앞에 두고 하기에는 매우 무례한 얘기라는거 정도는 알아들었습니다. 여기 직원들은 원래 이렇게 거만한가요?
2. 일행 중 2살 아기가 있어서 아기 침대를 요청했는데 방에 설치해주는게 아니라 저한테 침대(꽤나 무거운)를 주더니 설치방법도 안알려주면서 직접 설치하라고 하더군요. 방에가서 설치 해보는데 잘안돼서 카운터로 전화를 여러번 했는데 한번도 안받더라구요. 결국 직접 내려가서 침대에 문제가 있는 것 같다고 했더니 제대로 확인도 안해보고 교환해줄테니 또 저보고 직접 가져오라고 하더군요. 무거운걸 여러번 옮기기 싫어서 교환해 준 침대가 잘 설치되는지 로비에서 확인하고 싶다고 했더니 남은 것 중에 가장 좋은걸 줬다는 말만 하면서 안된다고 하더라구요. 어려운 일도 아니고 공간도 충분한데 왜 안된다는건지 도무지 이해가 되지 않았습니다. 결국 계속 얘기했더니 로비 밖 테라스에서 해보라고 하는데 이번에도 저희보고 알아서 하라하고 아무 직원도 도와주러 오지 않았구요. 이번에도 잘 안돼서 직원한테 와서 좀 봐달라고 얘기했더니 알겠다고 해놓고선 몇분간 가만히 있더니 직원 한명 보내더라구요. 그래도 그 직원은 와서 설치하는 법 제대로 알려줘서 다행히 해결은 했는데 역시나 방으로 옮기고 다시 설치하는거는 저희 몫이었습니다. 아 그리고 이 모든 번거로운 과정과는 별개로 침대는 상당히 더러운 상태였습니다.
3. 체크인하는데 시스템이 잘 작동안하는건지 다른 사람들보다 몇배는 더 오래걸렸는데 미안하단 말 한마디 안하더라구요. 무슨 문제가 있냐고 물어보기까지 했는데 그냥 시스템이 문제가 있다고만 했구요.
사실 제가 크게 피해 본 것도 없고 사소한 일들일수도 있긴한데 전체적으로 직원들이 매우 소극적이라는 인상을 받았습니다. 무리한 것을 요구한 것도 아니고 돈을 지불한 만큼의 서비스조차 받지 못했다는 생각이 강하게 들었네요. 이 일들 이후에 체크아웃 할 때까지는 아무일 없었고 시설은 가격대비 만족했음에도 불구하고 체크인 할 때 직원들의 태도 때문에 이 호텔에 대한 인상은 매우 안좋게 남아있을 것 같습니다.
I can't help but leave a review about the staff's "perfect service" at this hotel.
1. I'm Korean but I speak a bit of French. At check-in, I even mentioned that I had a reservation in French. However, the female staff member at the counter looked at my passport and made some negative comments about Koreans to another staff member. I didn't fully understand what was said, but it was clear that it was very rude to say such things in front of a guest. Are the staff here always this arrogant?
2. Since we had a 2-year-old baby in our group, we asked for a baby bed. But instead of installing it in the room, they just handed me the bed (which was quite heavy) and told me to install it myself without giving any instructions. When I tried to install it in the room, it didn’t go well, so I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I eventually went down in person and told them the bed seemed to have an issue, but instead of checking it properly, they just told me to bring it back and they’d give me another one. I didn’t want to carry that heavy bed again, so I asked if I could check if the replacement worked properly in the lobby. They just told me they were giving me the best one they had left and refused. It wasn’t a difficult request and there was enough space, so I really don’t understand why they refused. After more back and forth, they finally told me to try it on the terrace outside the lobby. But again, no one came to help. When it didn’t work again, I asked for someone to come help. They said okay, but then did nothing for a few minutes before finally sending someone. Thankfully, that staff member showed me how to set it up properly. But of course, carrying it back to the room and setting it up again was up to us. Oh, and aside from all this trouble, the bed was actually quite dirty.
3. At check-in, it took me much longer than other people, maybe because of a system issue, but no one apologized. I even asked if there was a problem, and all they said was that there was an issue with the system.
I know these may seem like small things and I wasn’t seriously harmed, but overall I got the impression that the staff were extremely passive and unhelpful. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just the service I paid for. Despite the facilities being fine for the price and no further issues after check-in, the attitude of the staff at the beginning left a very bad impression of the hotel.

Je ne peux pas m’empêcher de laisser un avis sur le « service parfait » des employés de cet hôtel.
1. Je suis Coréen, mais je parle un peu français. Lors du check-in, j’ai même dit en français que j’avais une réservation. Mais la réceptionniste, en voyant mon passeport, a tenu des propos négatifs sur les Coréens en parlant à un autre employé

Le canapé-lit est horrible et fait du bruit quand on le bouge, ce qui réveille tout le monde dans la chambre.
L'emplacement est excellent. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à Disney et à l'Outlet Le Valle, ainsi qu'au centre-ville, où il y a d'excellents restaurants.
En quittant ma chambre en ce 12 Janvier 2024 , on me demande un règlement de 72 euros sans aucune justification. Ma chambre ainsi que mes taxes de séjours étaient entièrement réglées à mon arrivé à l'hôtel.
De plus, la chambre était recouverte de tâches sur les sols et nous avons retrouvé un cafard sur nos serviettes de toilettes.
La meilleure des choses pour le bien-être de tout le monde serait la fermeture de l'établissement.
À ÉVITER DE TOUTE URGENCE !
Dans la chambre, le sol était poussiéreux, la moquette et notre chaise étaient tachées, cela n’était pas propre du tout. Sans parler du sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas et de la douche qui ne s’évacue pas.
Les couloirs sont également en mauvaise état (tapisserie déchirée tout le long).
Point positif ? La localisation à 300m du centre commercial Val d’Europe et la navette gratuite pour Disney.
Je déconseille fortement.
Un point à améliorer, il y a une navette gratuite pour Disneyland, mais s'il y a un événement spécial, comme la veille du nouvel an, la dernière navette à Disneyland partait à 00h30 alors que le parc ferme à 13h00. Vous devriez avoir une navette qui part 30 minutes après la fermeture. Heureusement, le parc n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied.
