I came to Paris for a holiday and I was not disappointed, I had a luxury caravan and omg it was beautiful, loads of room for me and my family especially while 30 Weeks pregnant, the pool was amazing my 11 year old who's autistic was in it loads, staff was amazing so helpful and the drinks menu was great and cheap my 5 year old loved the climbing play center when we arrived reception was busy and to be expected don't be rude respect the staff and understand that things take time, thibaut who works the bar I give 5stars he was so helpful and the mocktails he made was great especially when I can not drink certain things I would like to say thank you to all the staff and the entertainers that helped make our first trip to Paris memorable

We had a good stay at Le Chêne Gris in May half term. Booked through Eurocamp, had a premier chalet.
The site got busier at the end of the week, as it was also Ascension Day national holiday.
Good accomodation, comfy beds, clean and well maintained. Missing some basic kitchen equipment like a frying pan and chopping board (bought some basic ones from local hypermarket in the end).
Pool was good, on the cold side slightly but didn't stop the kids.
Great location, easy to get into Paris by train station next door (can't hear trains from accommodation though)
We kayaked with Canoë77, booked through reception (which saved us money) this we really enjoyed.
We didn't go into Disney but would have been easy to get there by car.
We would recommend a stay, good for younger families, we probably wouldn't return ourselves as feel we have done everything in the area for us.

Lovely place - Emmanuel staff member was very helpful , had a bit of an issue with hot water but they moved us promptly- rooms are much more spacious then chalets in England - play place & pools & playground for the kids were great - food onsite looked nice but didn’t actually get to try …..

I was a little apprehensive before our trip to Le Chene Gris, having read a few negative reviews about the accommodation and service. Thankfully, our experience couldn’t have been more different. The Eurocamp van we stayed in was spotless and well-kept (Although you can tell a lot of the vans are quite old, there are some new ones starting to appear), we were missing a kettle on arrival, but a quick visit to reception sorted that out immediately. The staff throughout the site were friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help. The entertainment is definitely more aimed at children, but wasn't an issue which suited us fine, though the music at the bar was a bit on the loud side at times.

You can tell the campsite has been around a while but is having work done, some of the road bumps are high enough to scrape the underside of a car, and a few of the hills are fairly steep so be prepared. That said, the location more than makes up for it. The local train runs twice an hour (Once in each direction) and is electric, so it’s very quiet, the campsite provides a timetable of the trains in and out of the village, and at just EUR2.50 for two hours’ travel, it’s a bargain. It’s worth getting a Navigo card for convenience, and the IDF app on your phone works well too. Nearby villages like Coulommiers and Provins are easy day trips, and Paris is less than an hour away. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Le Chene Gris is now firmly on our list of regular stops.

Mobil-home dans un triste état (chambre parentale pleine de vomit!) Camping peu entretenue de manière générale, piscine très sale et dangereuse, on sent bien que c'est un camping de passage !

Nous revenons ce jour de 4 jours dans ce camping.
A notre arrivée nous n'avons pas eu le mobil-home prévu à 16h soi-disant car il n'était pas encore prêt. Pas grave mais lorsque nous sommes entrés dans le logement la catastrophe : le logement était sale et il y avait du vomi sur les murs, le lit, le matelas les meubles de la chambre parentale. Horrible, il a fallu qu'on attende qu'une personne vienne faire et non refaire le menage. Ce jeune homme, Clement, que je tiens à remercier de par sa gentillesse a tout récuré et c'était méga sale ! Pas de désinfectant sur lui, le pauvre nous avons acheté par nos propres moyens du javel!
Un autre employé est venu nous mettre un autre matelas mais commencer le séjour comme ça il y a de quoi fuir!
En lisant les commentaires et les réponses apportées depuis quelques mois je remarque qu'il n'y a pas eu de modifications ...
Par ailleurs nous avons signalé à plusieurs employés et à la réception un nid d'insectes (bourdons guêpes ) la réponse collective : on le sait mais ils n'appellent pas de société ! Du coup ils ont vaporisé un produit mais qui n'a absolument rien fait! Quelle est votre part de responsabilité si un de nous se serait fait piquer ?!
Et la dernière, pas plus tard qu'hier dans le bassin de la piscine où se trouve le toboggan pour enfants se trouvait une vis qui était ressortie et qui a blessé des enfants en bas âge ! Purée la sécurité de nos enfants passe avant tout le reste .... Beaucoup de vos clients étaient sidérés.
C'est désolant parce qu'il y a de quoi passer un bon moment dans votre camping! On sent un réel manque de gestion, propreté des logements des espaces communs (toilettes du bar) ...

Personnel très agréable, logement très propre et pratique. Petit problème d’évacuation des WC qui a été résolu à peine 1h après avoir été signalé. Piscine propre et bassins qui correspondent à la description. Lieu calme facile à trouver.

Ok so this is day one after 1 hr or so. But given as many complaints are about the initial entry I feel obliged to address that. Reception for check in as stated is set times if you arrive outside of this you must wait with bags in bar area and can use facilities. The vibe is very positive, music playing pool full of families having fun and people just enjoying a bite to eat or a drink. I arrived at 2pm. At 3pm I went to reception and 2 people opened up. There were no surprises as we paid taxes online beforehand and didn't need to present card as they have details if needed for the deposit. Had my keys in less than 2 min fastest checkin of my life well done. The property. The bbq looks new I'm afraid to use it now as I'd never have it look like that after it's used. Without going around looking like 4inabed show. It's spotless maybe the people beforehand. I'm impressed by all. Have cooker with oven, mico, kettle, pots,a nespresso all utensils and cutlery. I ordered sheets n towels they were dropped up within 30min of checking.
My anxiety is gone this place is great. I'll update any additional at the end of my stay next week.

Leuke camping voor bezoekjes aan Parijs. ( Trein voor de deur kun je opstappen ) . Fantastische ligging 25 minuten naar Disney Land . Caravan was qua ruimte voldoende en keurig netjes . Service was goed ook toen we weinig druk op de waterleiding hadden kwamen ze snel oplossen . Gezellige bar en entertainment rondom zwembad .

we have arrived at this place which we booked online in advance and while my mate was waiting in a huge queue at the reception, i went with kids to explore. the small sandy play area nearby was nice, but i was surprised that those toddler pools (main reason why we came) has been very dirty and closed. |I went down and told my mate in the queue (which was still not moving even after 30 minutes). At that point another lady in the queue pointed that those pools will remain closed and it has not been cleaned after winter - so basically we realised at that point that this is definitely not why we came and what we expected. Luckily the lady who talked to us (another guest) was offered Eurocamp space elsewhere and because it was not convenient for her, she gave us her place. However, it was from the following day so, we needed to pay B&b and been told to get a refund (which we never did). We needed to wait on confirmation (we have been calling Eurocamp customer service several times as they never called us back as they said they will). We waited several hours at the bar upstairs and were happy that we are leaving, because of several things- other guests complained about undercooked food, choice of music at kids club and entertainer was absolutely shocking (would not put my kid there!) and toilet absolutely disgusting and smelly- next to kitchen. |We are glad we did not stay there even for a night and went to other Eurocamp - La Croix, which will be my next review

Séjour plus qu'agréable. Mobile-home en très bon etat. Magnifique cadre pour prendre du bon temps en famille ou avec des amis. Mention spéciale pour l équipe d animation qui est au top et qui cherche réellement à vous divertir. Sans oublier le personnel du bar et du snack qui fait preuve d un grand professionnalisme.
Nous reviendrons.

We used this park as a base for Paris and Euro Disney. The entrance to the park is in the train station car park, so perfectly located for the train to Paris (50 minutes journey to Paris). For 12euro per day we used the train, metro and buses with the Navigo card purchased from the machine at the station.||The park had very basic facilities but that was clearly advertised. There are no arcades or evening entertainment. The little shop is very basic but on-park and convenient for essentials.||We had a basic two-bedroom caravan that had three singles in one room and a double in the other. The side of the microwave was disgusting, there were no frying pans and no air-con remote control when we arrived but a quick chat with the staff and this was rectified promptly. The floor clearly hadn’t been mopped for years but had been swept. There was no TV in the caravan but who needs TV when holiday. |This park has no free WiFi. They charge per day for a MiFi device if you want WiFi!|The on-site restaurant was basic but what it offered on the small menu was well prepared and cooked to order. There were no open restaurants within walking distance of the site.||Overall, we were pleased with the park as a base for exploring. Not sure if we’d have been happy paying the full Eurocamp price for the caravan though.

Stayed for five nights in May 2025. Weather was beautiful , campsite was quiet , a few on site activities for kids such as small play area, soft play and pool area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Zijn hier meerdere keren geweest en altijd met plezier.
Alleen in de mei vakantie wederom geweest maar kregen een vieze caravan met een omgezaagde boom op de veranda en overal sigaretten peuken
Bij de receptie het netjes aangegeven maar dan begrijpen ze je ineens niet.
Ook bij vertrek nogmaals gemeld dat we het vervelend vonden, maar het interesseert ze totaal niet meer.
Ook Vacansolei benaderd en die is uiteraard ook nergens bereikbaar

Totalement ravis de notre sejour d'une semaine avec nos deux enfants.
Une équipe animation au top et désireuse de faire plaisirs aux vacanciers. Snack et Bar avec personnel accueillant et tarif abordable.

We stayed at the beginning of May
We enjoyed our stay but used as a base for Disney. We booked through Eurocamp and upgraded to platinum which was fantastic very well maintained with a secluded garden area, bed were quite comfortable. Snack bar has burgers and pizzas which was nice.
Staff very helpful and spoke good English. The pools were open but my children found them cold so didn’t stay in them very long. Lovely little soft play and sand play area which my 2 children enjoyed (2,8)
It’s not like a Haven site with arcades and entertainment but I sort of knew this.
On site shop has basic stuff in to buy.
Train station outside to take you to Paris but there is 1 ticket machine and if it doesn’t work you take a risk of getting on the train and potentially getting a fine €50 each.
We used Bolt to get around in and didn’t have to wait long to be picked up 15mins was the longest.

No televisions in the homes but we knew this and took dvd player with us.
We enjoyed our stay.
Only issue we had was no pushchair access to go upstairs to bar area had to leave buggy downstairs or carry up, could do with a lift or slop entrance for people with disabilities

Un très beau camping ! Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques avec notre famille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la tente safari. Les piscines sont parfaites pour les jeunes enfants, d'autant plus qu'elles sont peu profondes. Nos garçons étaient inarrêtables. Les bagarres pour un transat sont parfois hilarantes mais je pense que c'est le cas dans tous les campings. Nous préférons changer de camping chaque année mais nous reviendrons certainement ici.

Première séjour dans ce camping pendant les congés de la Toussaints. Il est à côté de Disneyland et relativement proche de Paris. Accès facile depuis la province.

Le site est sympathique et à côté d’une gare, cela permet les déplacements en ville fréquents si besoin.

L’aire bar / restaurant est très bien.

Mention spéciale à Jonathan from Los Angeles !

Assez simple digne d'un 4 étoiles je ne sais pas mais on a eu deux Mobil home et le deuxième plus récent n'avait pas de rangements et pas de tv dans les mobiles homes en cette saison c'est un peu embêtant

Nous avons fait 2 séjours dans ce camping, un en juillet et un octobre. En juillet nous étions en tente aménagée et en octobre en moilhme. Nous sommes satisfait dans l'ensemble de ces séjours.
En octobre dans le moilhome nous avions un problème de condensation sur les murs quand on allumait le chauffage, l'eau chaude passait souvent du chaud au froid, et quand on partait tout l'électrique se coupait donc même le chauffage car système de clé a insérer au mur pour déclencher l'électricité, et problème de chasse d'eau qui coulait.
Mais ça va nous avons vu pire, nous sommes en vacance, il faut aussi s'adapter!
Bon camping dans l'ensemble, propre et bon accueil.

Vraiment une mauvaise expérience
Ne jamais utiliser ce camping
Le camping est très sale
Nous avons loué un mobil-home qui n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis 5 ans
Il est dangereux d'y séjourner
Des mouches éclaboussaient les murs. Trous colmatés avec du ruban adhésif. Pisse sur le sol. La douche était verte avec de la moisissure. On nous a donné un chariot différent de celui qui était plié bien trop petit.
Le personnel est très arrogant et ne veut pas aider
Il ne veut que votre argent.
Il y avait un tel désordre.
On ne peut rien acheter d'autre que les vieux restes du magasin.
Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de beurre, rien.
De plus, on vous facture 90 euros pour un nettoyage qui n'a pas eu lieu.
Pourrais-je avertir les autres d'une meilleure façon qu'ici ?
Ensuite, c'était fait.
