Muy bien, en recepción muy atentos, ojo no todas las personas que atienden en recepción hablan español, pero si inglés, la ubicación está muy bien, ya que está al lado de la estación de tren y cerca del centro de Val d'europe

Deuxième séjour au résidhome et pas déçu .
Emplacement top à 20 mètre du RER. 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial val d’Europe .
Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propre.
Bouteilles d’eau en guise de bienvenue , ainsi que thé , café et petit biscuits .
Le personnel est très accueillant.
Nous pensons déjà à séjourné dans cette hôtel pour nos prochaines vacances

Lo peor de todo los recepcionistas sobre todo un pelado que se hacen los que no hablan español y entienden todo.
Las habitaciones nunca las limpiaron bien , pero sobre todo los empleados ninguno saluda no te Dan ni los buenos dÃas todos enojados. Mala gente. El precio no es x lo que pagan y las estrellas se las regalaron

We stayed for 4 nights in an executive room. The location to get to Disneyworld is brilliant! A quick walk across the square to the train station and 5 minutes later we were at the park.
My only complaint would be the restocking of the executive room. Trying to get a dishwasher tablet was like pulling teeth and whilst it’s great having a pod coffee machine they don’t restock the pods and 4 pods for 4 day stay felt stingy. If not for that would be a 5 star stay.

It's a ideal location for Disney as well as Paris as the train station just in front of hotel nice big room and comfy beds .lots of restaurants and fast food outlets in the shopping centre .local supermarkets also close by .staff at hotel friendly .breakfast is good and filling .

Prenotato per 5 persone, abbiamo trovato un letto matrimoniale pronto, i divani letto ho dovuto aprirli e farmeli, con la biancheria che era nell'armadio.
Questa cosa è successa ben due volte.
Non vale le 4 stelle che ha, ne vale forse 3, anche per la colazione buona, ma non eccezionale.

Wir waren über Ostern im Residhome Val d'Europe und können die 4 Sterne absolut nicht nachvollziehen – eher 2, wenn überhaupt. Im ganzen Hotel hat es an grundlegender Hygiene gefehlt. Alles war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, man hatte das Gefühl, dass seit Jahren kein gründlicher Putz mehr gemacht wurde. Der Schmutz war überall sichtbar – im Zimmer, im Bad und in den öffentlichen Bereichen.||Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe: dreckiges Geschirr, das man erst selbst säubern musste, bevor man es benutzen konnte. Eine Zumutung! Unser Zimmer hatte ein Ausziehsofa, das absolut ungeeignet zum Schlafen war – durchgelegen, unbequem und es hat stark gerochen.||Beim Check-out habe ich das angesprochen, aber statt Verständnis zu zeigen, wurde ich nach "konkreten Beispielen" gefragt. Wenn es an der Grundhygiene fehlt, muss man eigentlich nicht ins Detail gehen – das spricht für sich. Auch im Restaurant lief nichts rund: Man meldet sich ab, verlässt den Raum – und 5 Minuten später weiß niemand mehr, dass man überhaupt da war. Das kann in großen Resorts mit tausenden Gästen besser funktionieren.||Fazit: Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder und würden es auch niemandem empfehlen!

El hotel está genial. Las habitaciones también están muy bien y son amplias. Pero para nosotros hubo un 'pero' muy grande, nadie habla español. Excepto el chico que está en el snack bar, él sÃ. Pero en recepción, nadie. Y es muy difÃcil entenderse

Cet hôtel est très bien tenu avec des chambres assez spacieuses et un personnel accueillant. Les transports pour accéder au parc eurodisney est très facile et sécuritaire. Des options de restauration existent tout proche ce qui rend l’expérience encore meilleure |À recommander

Wir waren hier für 5 Nächte, das Team an der Rezeption / Bar sehr nett. Die Lage wer zum Disneyland möchte super???? eine Station mit der Metro und man ist schon da. Nach Paris Innenstadt ca 50 Minuten. Kein Umsteigen nötig. Leider ist das Frühstück zu teuer aber es gibt ohne Probleme Cafés mit Leckereien in der Nähe. (5 Minuten zu Fuß ) was sehr schade war die Zimmer. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit ???? naja wird nicht groß geschrieben. Aber für ein City Hotel okay. Man schläft ja nur da ????

Nous y allons plusieurs fois dans l année et on n est jamais déçus. Accueil parfait et chambre propre. En plus à côté du rer et de Val d Europe. Nous y retournons d ailleurs au mois d août.

First off, staff was very nice & helpful. Great location, perfect for disneyland visit. Literally right outside the train station. Supermarkets (Monop, Carrefour) at 5 mins walking distance, max. Room was well equipped, very clean. Would recommend, 100%.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit afin d’être idéalement placés pour visiter Disneyland, et l’emplacement était tout simplement parfait. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son accueil chaleureux et sa patience. Mention spéciale à Tarek, qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer avec beaucoup de gentillesse !

Disneyland yerleşkesi içinde bir apart otel. Etrafında outlet center ve süper marketler var. İsterseniz alışveriş yapıp kendi yemeğinizi yapabilirsiniz. Biz restoranları tercih ettik. Odalar küçük ve eski hiç yatırım yapılmamış. Otel yönetimi odaya sabun terlik traş bıçağı diş fırçası diş macunu gibi ayrıntıları ikram etmiyor, siz gelirken getirin. Otelin bahçesinde metro istasyonu var bu da çok önemli bir avantaj. Personel ilgisiz özellikle kahvaltı yetersiz.

Excellent location, 30 steps far from metro station :) one stop 3 mins far from Disneyland Park and it is very easy to reach to the place from the airport. From Airport take Line B and reach to Les Halles, in that stop you do not have to change the level even (believe me its a gift if you are carrying a big bag with you) change to Line A and it takes total 1hr15mins travel. Rooms are big enough for families for 4-5 and kitchen is well equipped. There is a freezer in the room which made our lives easier since we are carrying ice cubes with us. Locker is available in the room. They left couple of towels so we did not need to have housekeeping for 2days stay.

Stayed here with large family group.|Location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from RER station and short train to DLP.|Room was good size for 2 of us.|Kitchen facilities adequate to cook basic meals to save some money.|Beds were comfortable and were twin which was ideal for us.|Other family were in a room nearby which was helpful.|Limited outdoor space with very little for kids to do.|Had to wait a while for room to be ready.|Reception staff were fine with us but did see them being rude to other people.|Worth staying here for location.

Superbe expérience dans cet appart hotel. Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et spacieuse. Quant au petit snacking bar je vous le conseille le barman est sympathique accueillant souriant ! le mojito délicieux et le fondant au chocolat aussi. On se sent bien dans cet hotel. Petit plus le rer est juste en face à une station de métro de Disney.

Séjour de 2 nuits, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Super pour aller à Disneyland :) Emplacement idéal, à côté du RER. Service de bagagerie (gratuit) très appréciable. Personnel très gentil.
