Das Hotel ist ein reines Kinderhotel.
Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, noch nicht einmal eine Klobürste oder eine externe Belüftung.
Der Shuttlebus zum Park ist gewöhnlich sehr voll, da er vorher andere hotels Anfahrt.
Abends, nachdem Feuerwerk hätte man erwarten können, das man mehr Busse eingesetzt würden,aber nicht hier.
Am schlimmsten ist es zwischen 13.00 und 14.00 Uhr. Wir haben 45 min gewartet, bis ein Bus kam. Nicht wie beschrieben das die Shuttlebusse regelmäßig fahren, alle 15-20 min.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

The Hotel is a paradise for young children. The facilities for swimming, entertainment and eating are on point.

Prices aren't on the cheap side but definitely not expensive, and hey, your on holiday, so what!

The swimming pool is the perfect temperature and both the slides and the pirate ship is a brilliant inclusion.

Hotel is as noisy as a kids/family hotel would be expected.

Rooms are very spacious, we had the family room so, bunk beds are very strongly made and the added storage is a plus.

My literal only complaint was the bed matres protector but honestly that's a minute problem.

The place has so much to offer.

If your staying here to go to disney do yourself a favour and just get a BOLT. don't bother with the shuttle, a bolt was like £9 per trip

Das Hotel ist in die jahre gekommen . Der emfang war ok. Doch das angebot was das Essen betrift nicht zu friden stelend ( nur wenig gesundes viel ungesundes). Das baden im pool war ok. Jedoch konte meine süsse begleitung und ich nicht ausreichend schlafen weil es überal so laut war und dir zimmer türen wurden von den anderen gästen immer zu geknalt. Und sauberkeit von den gängen und Zimmer könnte besser sein . Und mein badetuch wurde einfach vom reinigungspersonal mitgenomen . Allso behaltet eure sachen bitte im Auge. Wegen al dem kann ich nur zwei sterne geben.

Plenty of stuff to keep kids entertained. Arcade room, a virtual reality (4D) style room . The swimming pool is great however it does not have a lifeguard or any staff watching the pool so be mindful of that. If the kids are not strong swimming then an adult will need to accompany them as there are a few slides in there.

J'ai passé une excellente séjour le personnel et est super gentil et très professionnel et je profite de cette occasion pour remercier le jeune qui était à l'accueil du nom de Luc toujours souriant et et plutôt drôle merci de sa part de m'avoir fait rire .

Imagine if the sandcastle at Blackpool and Wetherspoons teamed up and made a hotel together…||If you like those establishments then you’re in for a treat. If that’s not your bag, I’d look elsewhere. ||The overall feel to communal areas is very tired and messy. The ladies toilets were just awful. A saw a pair of discarded kids knickers on the inside play area. Smushed chips in the flooring. People walking about in their swimming gear. There’s even a sign at the buffet restaurant area asking for people to wear shoes!! ||We booked one night here before we headed home from DLP thinking we’d have one last fun night in the pool. But having seen all the above, I couldnt bear to get in the pool. Urghhh.||Our room was not as bad as the rest of the hotel though. They were a bit like Alton towers splash landings rooms. Acceptable. Just.

Kamers zonder airco maar met plafondventilator. Bij ons maakte die echter zoveel herrie dat we hem niet konden gebruiken maar op andere kamers was dit niet. Urinevlekken op het toilet die we er zelf maar afgeveegd hebben dus de schoonmaak is op zijn zachts gezegd matig. Bij het inchecken kon je kiezen tussen een gratis drankje in de bar of het schoonmaken van de kamers, nog nooit meegemaakt zoiets. Een halve liter bier kost ruim €10,- bij de bar. Slapen kun je wel vergeten door of de hitte of het constante rennen en schreeuwen van kinderen op de gang en het slaan met deuren. Daar kan het hotel uiteraard weinig aan doen maar toch. Personeel erg vriendelijk en leuk zwembad voor kinderen. Ontbijt prima voor de prijs (€11,-) maar wel opmerkelijk dat ze niks van eieren, worstjes, bacon enz. hebben. Zes laadpunten voor EV’s die de eerste drie uur €0,40 per kWh kosten en na drie uur vreemd genoeg ineens €0,80 per kWh. Ook betaal je een vast bedrag van €1,50 per uur er bovenop. Zo traag als wat dus als je hem vol wil laden betaal je heel lang die €0,80 per kWh waardoor dit flink in de papieren kan lopen. Vlakbij het hotel is een Tesla SuC waar je hem beter even kan opladen vlak voordat je aankomt.

Leuk hotel, goede kamers en ontbijt, Super voor families, makkelijk met shuttle park en hotel te bereiken. Hier kom ik zeker nog terug.

I feel really sad writing this review because we had such a fantastic stay and would even consider going again. The waterpark was great and open really late (like 11pm late!), the park outside great, soft play great, rooms clean. However, upon leaving we noticed a pair of the children’s Sony headphones had been taken from our room. We did not take them out of the room at all which is why we know we didn’t just lose them. Upon arriving home I noticed my GHD straighteners had also been taken. ||So my advice is - if you stay here, lock away your valuables as there is a robber with a room key!! ||I have reported this to the police.

To say we were so excited for this trip is an understatement. We arrived in the Explorers Hotel on Tuesday and went straight to the pool after check in. We had a great evening had some basic food and then bed for trip to Disney in the morning. The room was smaller than I expected but we were only sleeping there so all good. Room was clean fresh sheets bathroom clean toilet clean but no bin for sanitary products. We went to the communal area when came back after Disney to have a quick drink before bed. The lads serving in Traders bar were exceptionally rude and this continued for the 4 nights we were there. We headed off to Disney for our 2nd and last trip. As there was a taxi strike on it was difficult getting shuttles so we walked there and back. 20 mins each way so the location is good. We went to Val De Europe on Friday and had a great day shopping. We went to Hippopotamus for food the steaks were amazing. Came back to the hotel for a drink which I have to say is expensive and was met again with rude arrogant comments. Asked for water was told no. Said I’d have tap water he said they had none. Eventually after asking very politely I got the tap water. I’m not sure what their problem with our family was but it was so bad. Anyway got up this morning got ready for breakfast and the pool as we are leaving at 1.30. Went to the pool to be told that as we are leaving check out is 11 and we can’t use the pool. I’m now sitting in the communal area with a very upset 3 year old. After all the money we spent on this hotel and what we spent here in the hotel I am disgusted that we were refused entry into the pool for the last hour. I won’t be coming back here nor will I recommend to anyone.

Se volete andare al parco Disneyland di Parigi questo Hotel è un'ottima soluzione sia per i più piccini che per gli adulti. Stanze di buona metratura e ben tenute tutte a tema. Hotel con grandi spazi all'interno e aree giochi ben attrezzate. Ottima anche la piscina interna con scivoli aperta della 08.00 alle 23.00. Prima colazione abbondante a buffet così come per la cena. Navetta per i parchi gratuita. Unica pecca se sei italiano la pizza da evitare.....

Propreté 0 ! Salle de bain pleine de crasse sur les carrelage dans la baignoire + moisissure autour de la baignoire ! Moquette de la chambre sale ! Bref une saleté honteuse au prix de la chambre et un petit déjeuner pas top ! Salade de fruit pas bonne à mon avis fruit en boîte , fromage et jambon pas top non plus pas dutout un bon petit dej à part le pain au céréales même le chocolat chaud était deguelasse !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’Hôtel Explorers ! Le personnel est vraiment professionnel et sympathique, en particulier Sandra à la réception, qui a été adorable tout au long du séjour.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Pirate, puis dans une chambre classique. Les deux étaient spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté est très bon et varié, parfait pour les familles.

L’hôtel offre plein d’activités pour les enfants : une grande piscine avec jeux aquatiques, une salle d’arcade, et plusieurs aires de jeux intérieures. Il y a aussi une bagagerie accessible 24h/24, avec de grands casiers capables de contenir une grosse valise.

Un hôtel 3 étoiles qui en mérite largement 4 voire 5, tant par la qualité de l’accueil que par ses équipements. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe à proximité de Disneyland.

Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Marcel, la chambre était propre et spacieuse, la literie est parfaite, nous venons depuis plusieurs années et nous ne sommes jamais dessus. Petit déjeuné garni et varié. Et la navette gratuite pour le parc Disney est très pratique.

Nous rentrons de 3 jours à Disneyland.|Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l' hôtel explorer.|Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits des prestations et de l'accueil. Un personnel très à l' écoute des clients. Des chambres tout à fait propres et pratiques.||Les prestations sont très bien. La piscine était excellente après une bonne journée de marche dans le parc. Une salle arcade, un billard des jeux pour les enfants extérieur et intérieur.||Petit déjeuner : très copieux en salé et sucré.|Nous sommes 6 et les enfants aiment manger.|Le choix est tout à fait respectable. Le choix est pas fou mais bon!|Les Navettes gratuites sont rapides et souvent à dispoisition.|Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Disney.||Aux vues de l' affluence dans les 2 parcs Disney, les enfants ont voulu rester plus longtemps à l' hôtel pour en profiter plutôt que de faire des queues interminables.||Le rapport prix / prestations est très intéressant.|

Nous avons réservé en juin 2024 pour l'anniversaire de ma fille . 1er point nous avions demandé spécifiquement pres des ascenseur du a l'handicap de notre fils nous avons été mis à l'autre bout d'un couloir .
2eme point le première jour la poignée de SDB tombe sur le pied de l'un de mes enfant . Les petits déjeuner n'étant pas adapté à mon fils j'ai gentiment demandé à la réception si il y'avait possibilité de faire un geste ou autre ,on m'a répondu "on n'est pas à la.carte" et le 3eme.jour (dernier jour) pendant la dernière nuit la ventilation tombe dégageant une poussière énorme ,le lendemain quand je la donne à l'accueil l'hôtesse rigole ,on me donne un email et on convient que je ferai un autre séjour cette année en 2025 et que je devais envoyer un email avant afin de prévenir évidement personne répond ???? merci j'irai ailleurs !!!!

Explorers is the perfect family hotel close to Disney and great value for money! The shuttles are great a bit busy but it’s Disney of course they’re busy! Our children love this hotel and we are returning guests the breakfast is perfect for our boys and they are fussy! We didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel but the pizza was great for night time snacks after the fireworks! Our children love the swimming pool and it was so warm our baby fell asleep while in the pool! This was our second visit and I doubt it will be the last!

Super hôtel mais problème d’eau

L’hôtel est facile à trouver. La proximité avec le parc est très appréciable avec les bus réguliers. La chambre est spacieuse et calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Par contre, la piscine venait de réouvrir suite à des travaux : Les douches avant d’accéder à la piscine étaient gelées. L’eau de la piscine était trop froide. Avec mes enfants (3 et 5 ans), on est resté 5 min et on a du sortir car ils avaient les lèvres bleues. En sortant de l’eau, il y avait un courant d’air froid. On a voulu prendre une douche dans la chambre pour se réchauffer, plus d’eau chaude. Résultat : les enfants ont été malades. J’espère juste que c’était dû aux travaux !

Grand hôtel avec piscine , un bateau de pirates à l' intérieur qui ravit les enfants, et des aires de jeux. Les chambres sont simples et opérationnelles. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est correct. L' hôtel propose des navettes de bus toutes les vingt minutes pour le parc Disneyland, ce qui est appréciable. Le personnel est souriant et agréable.

Nous avons eu une chambre rénovée donc propre et bien. dommage que nous n'ayons pas eu de frigo avec un bébé dans la chambre pourtant j'ai demandé par mail à l'avance mais à la réception peu de monde parle français et personne ne comprenait ma demande !
