Was my 3rd time staying here and I was shocked to see that the hotel had went downhill a bit since then. Carpets were very grubby and dirty looking in our room and in the lobbies and the room looked a bit outdated. The shop was hardly opened in the whole time I stayed there, only got to go in once. The bar was always short staffed which resulted in long waiting times for any drinks. The food options in the hotel aren’t great at all and prices aren’t reasonable so we ended up ordering food on uber eats which I could see a lot of other guests also done. The breakfast selection was nothing special, ended up just sticking to pastries, some cereal or orange juice. The positives are that the interior in the lobby area is nice and also the outside pool and seating/garden area is nice. It’s also in a convenient area if you are going to the Disneyland parks or the train station just outside the parks that take you to Paris city or other areas.

Great family hotel. Large rooms, helpful staff. Good place to stay when visiting Disney, would stay again.

Perfect place to stay if you have young children and are heading to Disneyland. The hotel is spotless, the staff are extremely helpful. There is a shuttle every 15 minutes to Disneyland in the mornings and evenings and every hour during the day. If you have accessibility issues this shuttle will be difficult as there is very little space on board. Breakfast has everything needed, nutella and croissants for kids and traditional french hot breakfasts and more in a buffet style. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a small playground. Some advice - the hotel a la carte menu is very expensive - 21 euro for a childs meal. Either ubereats food to your hotel or head to the Super U supermarket located in the town 20 mins away walking. If we return to Disney - we will be back.

nous étions clients du spa... eu égard a la fraîcheur de l'eau de la piscine, le jacuzzi rempli d'enfants la propreté et la vétusté plus que limites des sanitaires... sans compter le hammam minuscule et complet... nous decidames rapidement de quitter les lieux pour nous rendre à la piscine extérieure de l'hôtel beaucoup plus avenante..
pour nous entendre dire que seuls les clients de l'hôtel y avaient accès.... expérience à ne pas renouveler... et la honte pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de ne pas accueillir un spa digne de son confort....

Une veritable honte qu’un hotel 4 étoiles propose un “””spa”” d’une qualité aussi médiocre. Vestiaire extrêmement sale, piscine mal entretenue avec des règles non suivies par les touristes, le hammam et sauna sont minuscules et peu propres. Nous n’y sommes restés seulement 1h uniquement pour rentabiliser notre argent perdu.
Pareil pour le bar, les tables sont sales, pas débarrassées. Point bonus pour l’enfant qui se baigne dans la fontaine sur la terrasse.

Nous avons passé une journée en couple au spa/piscine et nous reviendrons certainement. Le lieu est tres beau à voir et il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et les hôtes d’accueil sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Concernant les piscines et le jacuzzi tout est propre et bien aménagé, mais ne comportent pas forcément la notion de détente vu qu’il y a pas mal d’enfants, ce qui n’est pas un souci mais c’est à savoir. Le hammam est le sauna étant interdits aux mineurs on y retrouve la tranquillité que nous cherchions donc très ravis.
Concernant les inconvénients, pour le déjeuner il n’y a que le bar qui est ouvert car les restaurants ouvrent à partir de 18h donc en termes de choix on est limités et c’est dommage ; de plus certaines personnes ne respectent pas toujours le règlement comme le port de chaussures interdit dans les vestiaires, d’où les 4 étoiles. Globalement nous avons été satisfaits de cette expérience.

I too was in your position. - not knowing where to stay and quite overwhelmed by the insane pricing of the Disney hotels alongside the other offers close by. So listen up. I’m no expert but I found this hotel to generally be ok. It’s a 3 day stay jammed up in a hotel room with your kids. Happy days and hopefully happy memories for them. The issue I have is that the hotel doesn’t really have well priced offers for food so what you end up having is people eating kfc and every other take away in the lobby which sort of takes away the vibe. Solution: make some other affordable options available and people will buy from your hotel. The second issue is with the shuttle to Disney. The hotel knows very well the ONLY reason people stay is for Disney. And they also have very limited shuttles which means it is a total dog show getting into the shuttles. People can’t really control themselves and it’s a true attestation to group think and mob mentality. It’s shoving and pushing and I was struck by the number of children appearing to be really frightened and upset. I spoke to the hotel manager - a young chap in his 20s and who was clearly not equipped to deal with my issue. In his mind it was the shuttle companies problem and not the hotel. His hands were tied as far as he was concerned and to be frank he was going to do nothing at all about it and he was also not going to escalate it. The hotels point of view is that they benefit from the tourism so they also can’t be bothered until their revenue is impacted. It’s quite a simple solution to install more shuttles - or to use basic maths and work out the number of shuttles needed and then pay the shuttle companies to up their game. I’m expecting some half baked response from the manger thanking me for my input - and before they do so I thank them for theirs but really until something actually happens then they must talk kak about what they have planned to do. Final verdict - probably better is stay closer tp the Disney gig or BNB it. You’ll be happier, eat healthy and also jus uber in and out. Or… you could always travel to Florida where the Disney experience in general is a bit more on point. Thank you for reading and enjoy your trip ????

Piscine intérieure minimaliste, piscine extérieure fermée malgré la belle météo durant le séjour. Buffets de qualité. Personnel très professionnel.

Where do I start!||Restaurant : One of the most terrible meals I have ever had at the rotisserie dinner restaurant. It’s €39 for adults and €20 for kids with no drinks. The food is stale, tasteless, lying outside for hours, The meats were under harsh lights making them dry, chewy and inedible. And staff is so so rude. When you enter they literally demand payments and no please or thank you. ||Breakfast: Totally disgusting! Eggs were made out of powder, bacon burnt and dry and boiled eggs that never boil. Nothing gets refilled, cleaned or replaced. Everything is just filthy and dirty. The staff is apathetic and robotic. We went one day at 7 am and it was okay but the other day at 10 am it was total Serengeti with chaos and people running around and filling their bags with baguettes and bottles with juices. I cannot complain the hotel here as some people behave horridly and try to pack their snacks and food for Disney.||Staff: Rude and just apathetic. The bar staff did not know how to open a bottle of wine and generally so slow and careless. The staff at reception were just tired and looked so exhausted by people coming and going. ||Rooms: Very basic and bathrooms look like a three star or two star hotel. It’s clean and functional but very outdated and listless with doors not closing properly or the flushes not working.||Hotel: Very outdated, dirty sofas and lounge area and the pool are is sultry and it’s a small pool with edgy, unsafe rock like structures. The changing rooms are worse than a public toilet. Just filthy and unkept.||Shuttle service: Nightmare as the shuttle covers 4 hotels as well. There were buggies, kids, screaming babies and very rude people. Shoving for seats while going to Disney and coming back. ||People who have given this a 5 star have never stayed in a proper hotel. Those reviews are so deceptive. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. A campsite would be better than this nightmare!

Absolutely vile disgusting workers who work here I’ll never come here again rude made me feel like I had to leave the breakfast buffet without eating my food as they where so rude it was unbearable.||||The worse thing is I PAID EXTRA for breakfast ???????? avoid with all costs purely just because of how appalling the staff are. They have let down a beautiful hotel. GET NEW WORKERS!!!!

Truly a beautiful hotel with stunning decor and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. We were checked in by Quentin, who was absolutely amazing – so helpful, kind, and genuinely warm. He made the whole process smooth and pleasant, and set the tone for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, style, and exceptional service!

The rooms seem really dirty. The carpet needs to get renewed or a deep clean.
We asked for water (after midnight) and there was nothing. All vending mashines were out, bar was closed and the reception didn't have any bottled water either. No complementary water in the room. That shouldn't be a 4 star hotel.
Also, vending Maschine didn't work and took my money for a different product. The reception didn't help with that issue either.
The staff seems nice, first floor is stunning and location is really great.
But overall, the hotel needs some updates.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits dans la chambre 2098, qui s’est révélée très accueillante et spacieuse. Les services, tels que le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant où nous avons dîné deux soirs, ont pleinement répondu aux attentes d’un établissement 4 étoiles. L’emplacement est sans aucun doute l’un des points forts de l’hôtel.||Si je peux me permettre une remarque, ce qui distingue un bon établissement comme celui-ci d’un grand établissement, c’est le détail du parking payant. Je ne conteste pas le prix en soi, mais l’absence de ce service inclus, compte tenu de l’ampleur des espaces extérieurs. C’est un petit détail, mais significatif pour un hôtel qui aspire à l’excellence : ce sont ces subtilités commerciales qui font vraiment la différence.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es leider nicht ausreichend. Die Zimmer müssen komplett saniert werden. Es sind an einigen stellen Wartungsarbeiter zu erledigen.

Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett gewesen.

Das Essen ist leider nicht empfehlenswert und zu wenig Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr.

Péssimo serviço! Hotel sujo, copos e garrafas espalhadas pelo corredor e passam mais de um dia lá, limpeza do quarto não existe, somente arrumam a cama (chegaram a levar as toalhas e não deixar novas!). Pegamos um dos melhores quartos, com mais espaço, mas era tão mal feito que a tv ficava tão longe da cama que era impossível enxergar.

Serviço de quarto super limitado, funcionários que não se importam. E a alimentação é uma catástrofe! Estávamos com café da manhã incluído mas era melhor comer qualquer coisa na rua do que se arriscar no meio da multidão que se espreme no café da manhã, fora que é ruim mesmo!

Vi gente pegando pão do chão e devolvendo no Buffet. Sério, dava nojo de comer lá!

Somente a localização é boa e o hotel tem instalações bonitas que ficam bem mas fotos, mas não se deixem enganar!

Se for de carro, inclua o estacionamento na diária antecipada pois parar o carro no hotel é mais caro que parar na Disney!!

I booked at Dream Hotel Paris with my family for two nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.||We paid €97 for a buffet that was absolutely disgusting—poor quality, limited options, and not fresh. When I politely complained, staff snatched my plate and my entire family’s food and threw it away. I was passed between the manager and reception with no help—each blaming the other. Now management claims I never spoke to anyone, essentially calling me a liar.||Our room was dirty with sticky patches on the floor and a TV literally hanging off the wall, not working at all. The hotel advertises as family-friendly, yet we weren’t allowed to bring a buggy by the outdoor pool —a nightmare when traveling with young children.||Staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Even a basic request like help with a taxi was ignored—they sent one unhelpful email and then nothing. The bath was made of flimsy plastic and felt unsanitary.||We ended up leaving early and booking another hotel because the conditions and treatment were unbearable. Despite raising all of this with the hotel, they have refused any refund or accountability.||If you value your money, time, and sanity—do not stay here. This is not a 4-star experience by any standard.

We went here for our first trip to Disney and it completely added the sparkle to our experience. I would visit this area just to stay in this hotel.
The decor when you first walk in and continue around the hotel is stunning.
The rooms are so clean. We had connecting rooms as we had extra family and the set up was so good.
The welcome in the room was truly top tier and made us feel very welcome
The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful and very personable.
The playroom and amusements around the hotel were great for the kids when we had quiet down moments but they still had energy.
The breakfast options were so good and fresh and the bread and pastries were fantastic. Even though a member of our group was coeliac, he felt looked after and had a great option to choose from.
The areas were constantly maintained and we appreciated the amount of planning and forethought that went into the decor and presentation of activities and room.

The shuttle outside was fantastic and the time table was perfect. Its the perfect location as its first on the collection and third on the drop off, access to disney was easier than we anticipated
We felt very safe travelling to this hotel and staying there i was truly relaxed with the children.
The indoor pool was great and really loved by the kids and adults
The views are stunning. We will definitely be returning

Fijn hotel! Gezellige sfeer, in de lobby en de restaurants. Heel fijn en groot buitenzwembad. Wij komen nog eens terug!

Absolutely awful – stay away

We booked two nights and ended up leaving early after a horrible experience. Paid €97 for a disgusting buffet—when I complained, staff took our plates and threw all our food away, including my children’s. Management refused responsibility and now claims I never spoke to them—basically calling me a liar.

Our room had a broken TV hanging off the wall, sticky floors, and a cheap plastic bath. Despite claiming to be family-friendly, they wouldn’t allow a buggy by the outdoor pool. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I even asked for taxi help and only got an ignored email.

We had to book another hotel because we couldn’t stay there another night. No refund, no apology—just blame. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
